This house features a private pool and hot tub, a large kitchen with two sinks, two dishwashers and refrigerator with ice maker and a great room area with surround sound, library of over 200 movies and a separate wet bar. The lower level contains a TV and stereo with a second refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. There are double laundry areas, one each on the lower and middle levels. It is located on a lakeside cul-de-sac in beautiful Ocean Lakes, which has exclusive amenities such as multiple tennis courts, lake, large community pool, baby pool and gazebos.
Ground Level: Queen Bedroom with TV/VCR and a semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Trundle and TV/VCR and a Recroom with TV/VCR/DVD, arcade style game, stereo, movie library, Queen Sleep Sofa and a wet bar including microwave, sink and a full refrigerator. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds with 50" smart TV that shares a hall bath with a King Bedroom and 50" smart TV and a King Master Bedroom with 50" smart TV and deck access. The hot tub is on the deck. Second laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Features a King Master Bedroom with 50" smart TV and the Great room with gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, and wet bar with sink. Dining room seating 12, large kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 3, half bath, and a loft with a game table seating 4.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
