Enttäuschung

Das Personal im Ersatz Hotel war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Schlechte Kritik soll nicht auf das Ersatz Hotel fallen sondern auf das Maison del Sole. Wenn die Buchung aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht funktioniert, sollte man im Vorfeld die Chance bekommen ein anderes gleichwertiges zu wählen, oder die Option die Buchung kostenlos zu stornieren.

Leider wurden wir in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht, obwohl wir bereits über ein halbes Jahr im Voraus das Hotelzimmer gebucht hatten. Das andere Hotel hatte bei weitem nicht die Standards, welche wir uns erhofft und für welche wir auch bezahlt hatten. Das Ersatz Hotel war bereits in die Jahre gekommen und es war nicht so sauber. Die WC Spülung funktioniere teilweise nicht....

We were rebooked to Hotel Monastetri which was wonderful. Amazing pool area and beautifully designed.

Not recommended considering also the high price rate.

Check-in at 17.00-20.00pm and check-out at 10.00 am, is not so convenient for customers, as also 1 day stay will indicate about 14 hours accommodation. Personnel not so polite and always keep saying “this is our hotel’s policy”. Breakfast is poor. No bar opened for the last 2 years, so e.g. coffee can be served only during breakfast. Reception personnel available for about 6 hours every day, while no assistance available during rest hours. Lastly, we stayed 4 nights and no clean towels were given.

- Located next to a main road ›› Loud during the night - Easily accessible only by car ›› The best beaches and restaurants are in min. 30 minutes driving distance - Nice garden ›› But not needed, as the island offers a lot more - Cleaning ›› One day we had no towel at all - Reception ›› Only available between 8am and 8pm - Breakfast ›› 95% the same every day, if ones stays longer it becomes boring - Neighbour buildings ›› Not very neat, cats and dogs sometimes disturbingly loud

Pleasant

Very nice staff and very clean place

Fragrance in the room and in the hotel in general was too strong and not pleasant. Jacuzzi was not working due to maintenance without a notice. Breakfast selection could be richer and could have had more vegan options. There aren't any restaurants neither a beach in walking distance

Everything was excellent, the staff was verd kind and helpful, thank you :)

The location was not the best becase there were very few possibilities to have a lunch or any kind of food during the day. But on the other hand the location was very calm and near to the sea :)

Nice and kind stuff - on Reception and ALL of them , clean and nice hotel , new building, nice garden , close to many beaches , parking, but..

there are no Internet on the Rooms ( only in Lobby) and you are not not able to open the window during night because of mosquitoes and you can’t sleep without oxygen.. ( A mosquito net on a small window? hmm?) owners of Hotel wake up , with a little money for fixing this problems you can have good hotel…

New property but there are some basics missing

Everything is new.. looks like they have opened recently. Communication using WhatsApp was good The surrounding local beeches are amazing and less crowded Staff was friendly and helpful

We had no towels in our room the first night.. The WiFi wasn't working and no network in the area It's 30mins from Cagliari

Perfect!

Our time at the Maison del sole was just amazing. The accomodation is new and both interier exterier is really stylish and beatiful. In the morning, you can enjoy tastefull breakfast and in the evening delicious food and all kind of drinks and cocktails. We really loved our stay and definetelly would love to come back one day. One big grazie to the owner who was super kind and helpful with everything.

Highly recommended! Would stay here again!

The Hotel has just opened one week ago. Everthing ist new and the rooms are very well furnished with a modern interior. The bed was comfy and the room super clean. The Hotel Staff is very nice and friendly. We had a fantastic stay here! Highly recommended!
