About this house rental
Why stay at just an ordinary home when you can stay right in town in a one of a kind home overlooking a pond! This is a unique property that is sure to delight the nature lover in you! Talk about a grand entry... a foot bridge over a pond to get to the front door! Enjoy the covered hot tub regardless of the outside weather conditions!
This house is right in town with a creek/pond running in front. The water is so clear most of the year that you can sit on the front porch and watch the fish swim. The water is always flowing and there is a fountain that will instantly soothe your senses.
The house is located in a very desirable area of high end homes near the intersection of mission and crossover (east side of Fayetteville). It is approximately 10 minutes to the University of Arkansas and under 5 minutes to a Walmart Neighborhood Market and Harp's Grocery store and many restaurants. It is located near the bike trails and you can even access the trails right from the property. No need to transport your bikes and park your car elsewhere! Two bikes are provided should guests want to explore the nearby bike trails.
The home has 3 bedrooms. An extra large master suite with sitting area and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with 2 double beds and a third bedroom with daybed and trundle underneath. There is also a futon sofa that makes into a bed in the master bedroom.
There is a one car carport in addition to a large gravel parking area that can easily accommodate multiple cars. There is a fire pit and roasting sticks provided in case you'd like to make smores or roast hot dogs during your stay. Guests must provide wood which is normally available at the neighborhood market and/or gas station just down the street. The property was once a yoga studio and there is a meditation circle to the far left of the home (when facing the home).
A gas grill is provided. There are two tables on the extra large front porch that each seat 4 people. Inside there are two tables that each seat 6. So whether you're having a large family gathering to eat dinner or you want to play some board games, put together a puzzle or just enjoy sitting and talking, this house has plenty of seating to accommodate the family. Perfect for families, ball games, or a staycation!
We have 2 smart TVs and provide a blu-ray player in the living area. There is also a large selection of DVDs in the TV cabinet in the living area. We also have a few games and puzzles to make the most of any time you spend just relaxing.
If you're musically inclined, there is also a piano that guests may use during their stay. Please note this is not a toy and should be treated as an expensive musical instrument.

This cabin is literally a diamond in the rough!! With the beautiful trees surrounding it, you would have no idea that it is in town. Gorgeous house inside and out! We absolutely loved our trip and knowing when we got back from our running around, we got to sit and relax. It was so calming and peaceful! If we are ever back in AR, we will definitely be staying at this cabin again!!

Absolutely loved our stay, very comfortable and everything we would need was already there. Just like home. The pictures are great but in person so much better. One whole side of the home with huge windows floor to ceiling looking at nature… little bunny rabbits and squirrels in the morning, the bullfrogs singing in the pond at night, just fun and peaceful. Host Jennifer is fantastic, we will return next year!

Loved the stoep!!!

Cabin like feel in the city made a perfect and convenient stay for us! The layout of the house was fun and there was a little something for everyone in the family.

What a wonderful property. It feels like you were in a remote area, but you are within minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. Jennifer is a wonderful host and is very responsive with questions. I will definitely stay here again.

Great property close to campus! Fishing from the porch was awesome!

Lovely!

While the stay was nice I think I was missing some personal touches. As in there were no throws for lounging, the curtains barely covered the windows, and there were a LOT of windows.
It was odd there was no welcome basket and only left filters for coffee for how many days you stay. You couldn’t make 2 pots a day. lol
The place was pretty clean but lacking the personal touch.
Great neighborhood.

Very rustic property with everything you need. Great location…close to restaurants, grocery store, church etc.

The stay was great and we enjoyed it. I believe I left a black hoodie and I am having trouble trying to find a way to communicate with the property manager about it. 214-542-7206 is my number.

My husband and I stayed here with our college student and two of her friends. There were plenty of beds for everyone. It is a wonderful home that feels secluded, but it's just right outside of town. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings having coffee and watching the fish in the pond. The owner was VERY responsive to any messages we sent and was very kind. Our whole group loved staying here and will be staying again for future visits to Fayetteville. Highly recommended!

This cute abode is the perfect stop for anyone trying to get the most out of Fayetteville. You feel like your out in the woods but close to anything you could possibly need and minuets from hikes. Our host was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

We came to Fayetteville for our Grandaughters wedding at Sassafras Winery (which is beautiful) This house was so relaxing. I enjoyed coffee each morning out on the front porch and in the evening when everyone got back to the house we sat outside on the porch again. Oh and the hot tub too!
Spacious house with the fully stocked kitchen. I ask if they had a crockpot and our wonderful host said she'd bring one over before we arrived.
Walmart very close for a store pickup and the Botanical gardens were very nice too. Your not far from anything you might need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Fayetteville! My husband has family nearby and the location couldn’t have been better. Having traveled by car all the way from eastern Washington state with our 10 & 13 year old boys, we were ready to settle in after the long journey…the deck and hot tub were just what we needed. There was enough space to entertain a few family members and we were close to restaurants and stores, yet it felt secluded in the trees. The kids kept busy exploring the pond and catching and releasing fish and frogs- they absolutely loved it. The host was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Very unique house that is situated close to everything you want to visit. The house is located at the entrance of a very nice quiet neighborhood. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable was supplied. The privacy in the hot tub area was not as expected but other than that wonderful experience.

We visited for a sports even but our younger ones wanted to stay at the house more than go out. This house is very different than any other places weve stayed. You feel like your in the counrty, yet your right in the middle of town. If the weather would of been nicer, the wife and i could of sat on the porch for hours looking at the water and listening to the fountain.

This was such an interesting place to stay. So close to everything, but without the bustle! Snowed when we were there, but teens still enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again, but in warmer weather when we can enjoy all the amenities. NWA is beautiful… so much to do. Plenty of room, clean, and close to everything!

Rustic retreat with plenty of comfortable beds and ample bathrooms. Appreciated the simple check out with minimal housekeeping work. Hot tub was ready for use on a very cold night.

Very reasonable price for this cabin. My parents came with me and they have mobility issues. But they had no problem getting around. We enjoyed the kitchen. Overall, a great place.

The entire experience was perfect!! The house was clean and welcoming. The host was very friendly and communicating was easy. The house was close to everything yet secluded just enough for privacy. 10/10 recommended for a relaxing, carefree getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. Clean and comfortable, great location and a covered front porch that I didn't want to leave.

Our family loved this house! The property is big and wooded, perfect for our 3 kids (10, 8, and 6) to run around and explore. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen stocked with all the basics for cooking. The owner was quick to respond to the few questions I had. We did not want to go home!

We enjoyed our stay-so quiet and very clean. We would book again.

We have wanted to visit our 4-year old granddaughter since before the pandemic so this stay was especially important to us. Owner/Jennifer could not have been more understanding and hospitable! We needed accessibility accommodations and Jennifer literally bent over backwards to help us with equipment and pre-visit communications. The cabin is perfectly maintained, supplied and ready for immediate use. At our request, Jennifer visited with us in person and she was/is delightful! We will be back each time we visit our sweet family since we've found our 2d home...and a new friend!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out. The porch and pond were very relaxing. The beds were comfortable, even the futon!

Girls Weekend
This is the absolutely perfect place to stay for a Fayetteville girls getaway weekend!
The property feels completely secluded but is minutes from the Farmer’s Market, kayaking, bars & restaurants. It is also 1 mile from the grocery store which made stocking up on snacks nice & easy. Bonus, it was also only 40 minutes from Crystal Bridges Museum.

We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Very relaxing, in a rural setting, but close to the city. Had fun fishing, cooking meals and just enjoying. Will certainly try again.
