The thoughtful Owners have truly provided everything to make your Vacation picture-perfect. Decorated with a Coastal Flair, you'll love the Modern Feel of 'Crab Shack', yet it still has that Beachy, welcoming feel. With floors reminiscent of a stroll on a Rustic Boardwalk, and pops of cheerful Tropical Colors, you instantly will feel like you're on Island Time.
Relax in the spacious Living Area and take in astonishing Bay Views - right from the Sofa - talk about Life at the Water's Edge! With Flat Screen Cable TV and Free WiFi, everyone in your family will enjoy spending time together, while still staying connected. Just off the Living Area, step out onto the beautifully furnished Balcony and gaze at the Chincoteague Bay. Whether dining or simply relaxing, you won't want to leave this amazing Outdoor Living Area. And take just a few steps down directly from your Balcony to try your hand at Fishing or Crabbing - you can even launch your Kayak from the Dock. Just imagine enjoying Morning Coffee here while watching the Herons and Egrets dance on the water, and Dolphin Sightings here are commonplace during the Summer Months. Sunset Bay Villa 111 has 3 spacious Bedrooms - plus a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. The breathtaking Master Bedroom sits Waterfront with access to the Balcony and of course those Views. With a comfy Queen Bed and Stunning Coastal Decor, it is paradise-found. Enjoy morning coffee in the Sitting Area, or slip out onto the Balcony while everyone still slumbers. The Master Bath features a Jetted Tub, Walk-in Shower with Double Sinks, and Double Vanity.
Down the Hall, there are 2 more spacious Bedrooms - Bedroom 2 is adorned in Colors of a Sandy Beach and has a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 has a Twin Daybed with Twing Trundle and a Flat Screen TV - a great room for the kids! Full Bath 2 is bright & cheerful with Tropical Colors, and is conveniently located to both the Bedrooms and the Living Area.
