The Ocean Village Community, located on Hutchinson Island, is approx a 120-acre private community located directly on the ocean. Great location for this first floor condo at Ocean Village, centrally located to main pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, first hole of golf course, main tennis court and minutes to beach. Located at Ocean Villa I Complex this Beachy Condo features a first floor, 1 bedroom King size bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom with walk in tiled shower, additional vanity sink, open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, leather sofa bed, this condo sleeps three occupants only, all tile flooring through out condo, semi private porch located on rear of the condo with 9 foot hedges.. New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9 hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, main pool and over a mile of private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. The condo is licensed through the State of Florida and permitted through the City of Fort Pierce and is open for inspection by both entities when required. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE MAIN POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED AND A NEW OLYMPIC SIZE POOL IS BEING PLANNED AS A REPLACEMENT. THE TWO ADDITIONAL POOLS REMAIN OPEN.

I went by myself. I felt very safe there. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. They also have a nice gym on site that I worked out in. You also have access to the beach.

My daughter and I spent two weeks in this lovely apartment. We couldn't have found a nicer place to be. It was beautifully furnished and everything we could possibly need was there. There was more than adequate drawer space. The king-size bed was super. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in a quiet space at the back.

Just as described in pics - great communication from owners. Lovely flowers and wine with music presented at entry. The master bed has a 4” thick sponge topper which was too much as we like a firm bed but we made it work. There are no grills at all in the complex if you like to grill. The restaurant on site was closed as it was off season but we were happy with the condo all in all.

The condo was exactly as pictured, beachy and cozy! Loved the area and we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and restaurants. Kurt and Melody made our stay stress free..easy check-in and supplied all the essentials! We would love to come back soon! The flowers and wine were a welcoming surprise!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a lovely and welcoming place. You felt transported into a tropical oasis. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole community was great and the beach was a few minutes walk away and was spectacular. We wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for your hospitality especially when our plans changed last minute due to a spring snowstorm.

Everything about the condo matched the way it is pictured. We loved the beachy vibe decor and it was comfortable and quiet. Just what we wanted! Kurt and Melody replied promptly to any questions we had and were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

This condo is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is in the condo. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We always bring our own chairs and beach umbrella but it's nice to know they are there for your use. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and Kurt was there within the hour to remedy the situation. We don't frequent restaurants and I found everything needed to cook our meals. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We spent 21 days in this condo. It's our second time at this particular one. I would never consider another condo in OV. A huge thank you to Kurt and Melody. The flowers and wine are such a nice touch after a long drive. We really hated to leave since it feels like a second home.

The home was decorated very beachy which was so fun and bright. The walk to the beach was quick. Loved the additional sink area outside the bathroom. Plenty to do near the condo in Jensen and Fort Pierce. NFL Sunday at the bar on property was lively and plenty of tv’s and specials.

Loved the condo and tropical decor. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Tennis courts right outside the door so playing every morning was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be booking again!

We stayed for 5 nights, wish it were longer. Our stay was dampened by a 2 day rain event but the unit was comfortable enough to let us decompress and binge watch some TV and back to the beach when it cleared up. Close to restaurants and Ft. Pierce for grocery shopping and the hosts had a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us on arrival. If our travels bring us back to the area we would definitely stay again, top notch.

We , the family of four, stayed in the condo for a week. It was our first time in Fort Pierce and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is located very close to the city and multiple beaches. The lived how few people we found on our beach. It was very private. The owners were very easy to reach and very accommodating with any questions we had. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Thank you, Curt and Melody . We will be back. ❤️

Property very clean and easy to access from vehicle. Bed and living room comfy. Quiet unit close to golf hole #1. The golf course in great shape...fast n fun greens. The beach is beautiful here and the bunnies hopping are so cute! Property owner very responsive and helpful.

We had a great week at this beautifully decorated condo by the sea. Ocean Village is a gated community on Hutchinson Island in close proximity to Ft. Pierce. The property is beautiful and offers golf, tennis, heated swimming pools and a restaurant. The walk to the beach is short with easy access. The condo has a well stocked and attractive kitchen, a very comfortable king sized bed, great shower and very comfy living room sofa and chairs. We had some bad weather resulting in Wi-Fi problems. The owners were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. This is a gem of a place. We look forward to returning soon

This was our second visit to Ocean Village and we loved it (again)! This condo was identical in layout to the last one we stayed in however we found the decor nicer and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We were a quick 4 minute walk to the beach which was nice as well. Everything was clean and in good working order. We had an issue with the washing machine (which turned out to be a water shutoff that the plumber had failed to turn on after replacing the hot water tank). We contacted Kurt and he and a friend came down that morning and got the problem fixed right away! We loved this condo and are planning another stay at some point!

Hosts were very accommodating and make their space feel like home. Check in process was easy and very close to the beach. There is a ton of stuff to do in Ocean Village. We love staying here and this spot is definitely our favorite so far!

Excellent stay, was missing a few cooking supplies, (spaghetti pot, sharp knives and baking pan) but other than that it was great. Very clean and comfortable! 5 star!!

We had a wonderful experience in this comfortable and thoughtfully appointed condo. Ocean Villiage is one of our favorite places to spend time in the winter and we have rented other condos in the community but this unit was the nicest by far. We were very pleased with the responsiveness of the owners and the check in process couldn't have been easier. We would love to return!

Smooth, easy check in. Everything works as advertised. Fast wifi, nice big screen TV, new Keurig coffeemaker and pods both regular & decaf, paper products, necessary cooking utensils - in short, everything needed for a trouble free vacation. Even the weather was perfect!

Condo was clean with a well-appointed kitchen. Owners are very thoughtful. After a 10-hour drive, we were welcomed with fresh flowers and bottle of wine. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. However, the main pool is not up and running and won't be for some time. There are three other pools for your use. We would stay at this condo again. Very nice neighbors and the location is perfect. Two miles to the Jetty Park and all other amenities at Ocean Village are within walking distance.

Kurt was an excellent host. We had a slight problem with the toilet running, and he was there within an hour and got it fixed immediately. He was kind and thoughtful when he spoke with us and was an incredible host. The condo was beautifully decorated and came with everything that we would need and more. So close to the beach, the bed (even the pullout) was so comfy. My family and I cannot wait to come back. If we could give it over 5 stars, we would!

Ocean village is great and this condo is special. It’s on the ground floor, you park by the front door, and its a short walk to everything. We stay in lots of condos and there is usually some small inconvenience. Not here. Everything worked perfectly and Kurt and Melody provided instructions about keys, codes, tv remotes, Wi-Fi , etc. Also it was super clean. Everything was spotless. Our hosts certainly take pride in their condo. We would certainly stay there again.

Very pleasant, nicely decorated, fully equipped place. Very clean, super comfy mattress Perfect location, walking distance to the beach, restaurant and tiki bar located at the swimming pool. Upon entering the condo you automatically get the filing of being on vacation. Soft music playing, perfect lighting, perfect room temperature, bottle of wine and flowers. Nice touch!

What a beautiful condo and excellent location for our week in the sun. Pool and beach are an easy walk. The restaurant and the tiki bar were reasonable and delicious. Hosts are very easy to work with. Lots of activities and other beaches along the island and in downtown Fort Pierce. We had a wonderful time and we recommend this condo highly!

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular condo in ocean village. This condo is always a treat to walk into, always so warm and inviting. The owners add a few special touches to make this happen. The amenities at Ocean Village are nice and the people are friendly and helpful. This was our seventh year to vacation at Ocean Village and will be coming back next March to enjoy some time here again.
