About this house rental

This shaded private retreat is located on open water. To the right of the outdoor pavilion with fireplace, the property benefits from a sandy bottom swimming cove allowing guests to enjoy all that the lake has to offer. The backyard is lush and shaded, making it cool and enjoyable even on the hottest of days. The boat dock sits on open water for docking your boat or other water toys. Guests have access to a private boat dock launch located on the same street, a few houses from the property. Newly renovated, hotel style home, accommodates up to 12 guests very comfortably. The property boasts two private master suites and a bunk house. All of the rooms are separate of each other and can be accessed from the covered breezeway. In the evenings, when lake fun is over enjoy the covered pavilion with a nice fire.

The house was clean and was equipped with almost everything we needed. The parking was a little tight, but we managed. The air worked great, and everyone loved the zipline. The boat dock sits up too high for our tri-toon to anchor to it, but we managed anyway. My biggest problem was I had the wrong codes for the doors, therefore I couldn't get in. Thankfully, the property manager responded soon after I gave in and called.

The house is nice, but nothing beats the view! You get to wake up and go to bed looking at the water. The place is big enough for everyone to gather around and to spread out -depending on what the mood is. It’s a nice option to have! 🙃

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lake house! There was one minor issue when we first checked in, but the owner was very quick to resolve it and work with us. She answered all of our questions quickly. We loved the close access to the water and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends!

This was the PERFECT place. We could not have asked for better for our girls weekend. We came for shopping but wanted to stay just for this vrbo. So much fun to be had at this place. Spacious, clean, lots of amenities!

This property was perfect for a celebration of an 18th birthday with friends. We enjoyed the fun, relaxing home ad the teens loved the yard, outdoor areas and bunk room. We even had a dead battery and they let us linger until road side assistance came to get us going. What a lovely host and location. Already thinking about a return! The kitchen was the best stocked rental ever!!

This was a great house for our group with kids. With the kayaks, hammocks, zip line and game room, it was the perfect choice! House was really cute and updated and Heather was great with communication. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the kids bedroom didn’t have a door to go into the main house. So having them away from us with just a door leading to the outside was a little weird. So we ended up sleeping with our youngest children. But seriously not that big of a deal we were sooo excited and loved our getaway so much!

Cute layout with multiple sleeping options and a great outdoor setup. Worked out great! The kayaks were an added bonus. Even though the water level of the reservoir was low and there was a small injury when trying to use the zip line, it was an overall great time! It is worth mentioning that the zip line should be reserved for kids only.

My wife and I took our daughter for her Sweet 16. Invited several of her friends to join her. They had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. This place is perfect for such an event. Heather is an amazing host and very understanding when issues arose.

The house is great. Pretty much anything you could need kitchen wise. We spent most of our time outdoors. Host responded super fast anytime I had a question. Just overall a great stay.

We absolutely LOVED this property! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and the home is beautiful! The kids had a blast in the back yard and game room. The lake was a little low, but still plenty of area to swim close to the dock. Pretty great considering lake levels were low. Plenty of room for those that stayed at the house, and for family that weren’t staying overnight! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and then some. Will definitely consider this property again for our family reunion!

We loved this vrbo so much we extended our stay. The outdoor living area is perfect and everyone enjoyed fishing, kayaking and reading in the hammock! Had a great time with our family at the Enchanted Oaks! Goal was two days outside with our small kids and we got that! Property was clean and had everything we needed. Didn’t cook but it looked like everything you could need was there. Bathrooms were very clean, lots of towels. Backyard is a dream. My kids did the zip line all day. We tried fishing for both days but never caught anything. The kayaks were awesome and we spent a lot of time in them. Another review mentioned a neighbor who was watchful. We noticed him as well and took time to introduce ourselves. He was very kind. He’s just lived in the neighborhood so long and feels responsible to keep a watchful eye on his street :) All in all it was a wonderful trip. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

First time to visit Cedar Creek reservoir. Spent four nice and relaxing days at this property. Our grandson loved playing in this completely fenced yard. They had several outside toys included for kids which was a super nice bonus. Dock sets on open water and we enjoyed catching several nice catfish during our stay.

Overall we had a great birthday weekend for our son. He and his friends enjoyed the zip line and hot tub. Our dog loved running in the backyard. The house was clean and comfortable except for all the mosquitoes. The biggest downside happened as soon as we got there. It was nighttime and we got out of the car to unpack, out of nowhere is this man standing next to my husband not saying anything. It was super creepy and gave us all a weird feeling throughout the weekend. Anytime we went out front he was standing in his carport staring at us or our guests. Also, the game room was a mess and the pool table is unusable.

Every year, our girl cousins (group of 8 - all over the age of 48) get together for a weekend of laughing and fellowship. This year, we opted to stay close to home and chose this property. It did NOT disappoint. The space was very clean and just the perfect size for our group. The beds were so comfy, the kitchen island was large enough for us to all gather around, and we loved the outdoor space! We even played some cornhole! I'd definitely recommend it!

We had a little time off from school this month and needed a close getaway. Enchanted Oaks was the perfect spot for our family, teenagers, friends and the dog! We absolutely loved the big back yard and spent a lot of our time relaxing outside, playing games and enjoying each others company. Hammocks, game room, outdoor gazebo with TV and grill, private boat dock....we enjoyed it all. The room setup was perfect with everyone able to spread out and have plenty of space. We are looking forward to our next trip to Enchanted Oaks on Cedar Creek Lake!

10/10 would recommend -- Planning our next stay!

We were looking for a booking that had everything for adults, teens and youth-aged children-- THIS PLACE HAD IT ALL! Our family utilized all the amenities. Heather even mentioned that the teenagers would love the zip-line and she was right, it was the first thing the teens did! Everything was as stated in the listing. Facilities were clean! Mother-nature was the only thing against us that weekend (Mosquitos!-- Let me clarify, this is in no a knock on the property.. it was in the middle of September and right off the water.. We were prepared for mosquitos!.. The property even supplied "OFF" bug spray-- THANK YOU). However, the mosquitos brought on great fishing right off the dock. We even caught a fish without using a rod (hand-line)! We thought we brought everything we needed but per usual we forgot a few items. The convenience store(s) were less just a mile or so down the road. Once we got all our supplies we never had to leave. Thank you, Heather, for allowing my family to stay at your property!

We had an amazing time playing games, kayaking, swimming in the lake, and fishing. Even though there was plenty of television the only time we used it was when it was raining, which was a short stent or when we were tired out and about to go to bed. Having everyone in their own separate areas connected through the breezeway was quite awesome. We will be coming back.

Graduation party and location didn’t disappoint!

Graduation party and location didn’t disappoint!

We hosted 10 22 year olds for a long weekend. The sleeping arraignments are great for this- parents had privacy and kids still had 2 bathrooms, lots of AC and 10 beds! Kitchen has lots of things to cook with! We also loved the fully gated area for the dog. Lastly outside is awesome! Lots of things to keep kids busy and great view.

Great gem on tranquil lake

Met everyone's need in our family, including the rooms for privacy off the main house. Dogs loved the huge fenced in yard on this gorgeous waterfront property. There is ample shade from the tree canopies or easy to find a sunny spot! The jacuzzi is a must for all of us wherever we stay and this property had an older model that worked for a soak!
