Unit Layout
The villa features a spacious and practical layout with beautiful furnishings across its 8-room, 230 square meter area spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room with a sleeping facility, satellite TV, and digital TV, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there are two rooms with two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length) each, one room with a French bed (135 cm), all equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a WC and a separate WC.

These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, pet-friendly accommodations (maximum two pets/dogs allowed), satellite TV, heating available, a microwave, and television sets. The well-appointed kitchen comes with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The upper level also has a bathroom with a WC and a separate WC. Outdoor spaces include two covered terraces, terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and deck chairs (6 pieces).
