it was a decent stay

close to Dive shop, nice view

found a dirty q tip on the floor of our room, something in the wall by our bed and the sheet ha had spots on them. bath was viewable by neighbors next door

Très bien, parfait. La gentillesse de l'accueil et des hommes qui travaillent La chambre. Levé de soleil, la baignoire face à la mer. La proximité des commerces et Taxi. Je vous conseille

Great view

The room view is awesome. And the pool was really great. Some staff are so friendly. The security person was very helpful and the front desk one guy was really kind.

The room is not clean, and all pipe lines are visible. We have stayed for 5 days and all the days same breakfast available.

Great hotel will definitely go back.

Hotel was right on the water - overlooking Chalong Bay. Very large room and room facilities (shower etc.) Close to most things that i needed - like the Chalong pier and marina.

Breakfast options could have been a bit more extensive.

Very basic experience.

The cost was doable

Filthy rooms, especially behind the beds. We found dirty paper towels. The swimmingpool was dirty. The breakfast was very basic. Not a good area to stay in.

Other than the view into the bay. Nothing

For starters the washroom was not clean and had water on floor even when we just checked in The balcony faces into other people's bath tub, amd if they wanted privacy or one wanted a relaxed bath while looking into the bay. You simply couldn't unless ofcourse you wanted everyone to see. The room ac was not effective for it's size and the beds uncomfortable Just could not stay even when I had already paid for 4 days

Enjoyable and convenient.

Breakfast good, location for us was great, staff very accommodating, room and outlook great.

Hot water not to all taps, finishing off in our room a bit rough. Around taps etc.

Not recommended for tourists.

The room size is good, and the views are nice.

The location is very very bad, no tourist spots around, the bathroom accessories are very poor, no hands and face towels, only a big one for the shower, no restaurant or bar at the hotel, no te or coffee facility in the room, swimming pool without any service. Definitely is NOT a 4 Star hotel maybe 2 star.

Good quality with this price

All areas and room were really clean. Staff was very friendly.

Bed was a bit too hard for me. Also the breakfast was quite poor.

Location and views from the rooms is amazing. Breakfast was good and we loved the breakfast room too

Amazing stay and I will most definitely return

Property was beautiful and in a great location. Really nice room with amazing views. Great rooftop pool, quiet location but still close to shops/bars etc. Short walk or run from the pier.

Wifi wasn’t great at the rooftop pool and breakfast was minimal, however didnt cause me any problems.

Not again

The location is nice and direct at the beach. Even thought it’s the beach where all the boats are parked so no chance for a nice day at the beach with swimming. The pool at the roof is kind a nice.

On the pictures it had an interesting design with the special bed for kids and the bed facing the beach. However, the beds are hard like sleeping an a piece of concrete. The whole bed furniture is filling apart with sharp edges everywhere. The whole finish is very cheap and nothing for small kids. It’s a nice place if you like to be without connection to the world outside. However if you need internet or want to watch movies at night , this is the wrong place to go. Wifi was off for 90 % of our time and couldn’t be fixed due to the rain. ( we were told) Water dripped down inside the elevator and water was everywhere during our stay.

Pleasant

location was good and staff were attentive and were particularly helpful in getting me a 4x4 cab to airport during storms. there’s some lovely restaurants really close by too.

I found the breakfast very disappointing and only ate there once. extremely basic food and expected more for the price. I had the same if not better breakfast at hostels. I found it quite noisey, hear neighbours and the pipes were loud.

Amazing view - ok hotel.

The view from all of the rooms was amazing! A full 180 sea view. What a way to wake up! Beautiful little cafe to have breakfast in. Great bath view. Nice rooftop pool.

This hotel has the potential to be amazing but falls quite short. - The staff were not very welcoming, the receptionist was asleep when we arrived. - The breakfast is ok - but all hot food is cold (no attempt to keep it warm) and no fruit. - The designs of the rooms is such that the bed is right against the doors. The bunk beds are not against the walls, we had to shove the bean bag down the side to keep the children safe - will attach a photo. - In such a luxurious view it feels a bit like a nice hostel rather than a hotel, very hard beds, no tea or coffee and the cleaning was quite bare minimum. Communal areas like the pool I don’t think were cleaned throughout our stay. - Not the hotels fault but quite noisy at night, dogs barking and cockerels throughout.

Good location, very beautiful view comfortable room , Minimal style buy very Sabai.. so convenient if have island trip from Chalong harbor big room , clean Breakfast is good too

I had a wonderful stay (sandbox) at the property, and I will definitely come back for holidays!

Great spot, lovely staff, huge rooms.

The location, right on the water, was fantastic. Lovely views with a sunrise over the marina every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful in both organising the stay and during the stay, with very personal communication and updates.

As with many places at this time, the breakfast was a little limited, though you can see this is down to the number of clients in the hotel.

Ok for a night

A newer property is done with warehouse-style rooms but they just miss the mark. The view from the bed over the water was very nice.

It just seemed so empty & baren. Like the room was missing the finishing touches.
