We stayed because we were on a business trip and the neighborhood was quiet the beds were comfortable. The house was super clean. Cooking was easy with all the pots, pans, and dishes. We don't like going out to eat every night so it was convenient to eat lunch and dinner there! Highly recommend

We had such a great time, the property was great. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stalked with everything to make cooking simple and easy. The host was amazing and very accommodating and always quick to respond. The river was so close to the house, just a quick walk down the stairs. We will definitely be staying here again.

We go to the river once a month in the summer and this house is one of the nicest ones that we have rented. Nicely decorated, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. A great place to stay!

We love this house and can't wait to stay again. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The house was decorated so nicely and was completely stocked with everything you need. The owner was very friendly and had great communication with us. We highly recommend this property!!!

It was very easy to rent. Property manager was excellent with communication and everything. Location was key. A short walk straight down to the water. Thank you for a great Vacation.

Great Location. We have stayed in The Rio Buena Vista neighborhood several times. Location is great for a good time at the river. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Julie was great with communication and answering questions. Would definitely stay again!

Julies place was awesome. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, back patio was awesome, and location to the water was the greatest. Communication with Julie was quick. Only thing that was the oven did not work. Slight inconvenience, but our group managed. Overall, we would stay again.

Great location on the river. Unit was cute and well equipped. Having a provided launch pass was a definite bonus. I loved having coffee on the porch each morning. The complex was great but it’s important to know the boat parking is very limited as cars also park in the boat spots and the spaces are super tight side by side spaces you back in to (30ft boat). Owner communicated that the oven was having issues 2 days before arrival, so that was disappointing as we book vacation homes to have a space to cook on our trips. All in all it’s a great space with wonderful suggestions from the hosts for things to do in the area.

We had an amazing stay. Cute house with a great patio viewing the golf course. Coffee/drinks are a must for the patio. Miss the quiet mornings out there. House was spacious and perfect for a get away. Julie was great with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally appointed home with golf course view and easy walk to the Colorado river with steps to beach access. Home is right next to Needles Marina where you can rent a slip and launch your boat. The house is well stocked with everything you might need - beautiful home away from home! Light and airy interior design comfortable beds, towels etc. This is a super host house at its best! We had a simply amazing time! Thanks soooo much!

Great place for a getaway on the river

We went out to Julie's place for a family (6 adults) boating trip on the river. Home is very nice. Pictures are accurate. Clean and all updated furniture.. We rented a slip in Needles Marina which is super close. Julie has a pass for Jack Smith but we prefer to not deal with pulling the boat in and out of the water. My son golfed 2 mornings on the golf course that the condo back up to. He enjoyed it. The back porch with the golf course view is nice. Only downside was my sons wanted to watch the Angels game season opener and the TV (internet based) was super slow and keep buffering/loading making it very difficult to watch the game. I'd recommend this place for a nice place to stay in Needles!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julie's river home. Julie was very easy to work with and promptly replied to our inquiries. The home was even better than the photos - with very tasteful decor and an extremely well stocked kitchen. We will definitely choose to return to this lovely river home. Hope our rave review doesn't mean this rental will be booked on dates we hope to reserve in the future!

Julie's home is a perfect rental for having friends and family at the river. The community is very nice and well maintained and a perfect location next to the bridge giving you convenient access to both sides of the river. The house is homey, well decorated and fully equipped with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation. The three bedrooms gave us the perfect amount of space. We were also able to cook and prepare with everything we needed. The back patio opens up to the golf course and both the marina and boat launch are in the neighborhood, easily walkable. Julie was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We will certainly be back this summer.

This property was beautiful on the inside and out. Near the river and a cute fun beach within a 2 minute walk. Also it was fun to wake up and have coffee on the porch watching the golfers. The whole community was very friendly. Julie was easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth trip!
