Two large palm trees add a tropical vibes when you arrive at Ocean Beach Road and act as a contrast to the all-white exterior of this peaceful villa. Natural light fills the wide entrance as angled high ceilings and extensive glazing draws you to the glamorous lifestyle zone of this home. The palette is a superb mix of white, stone and timber with a splash of metallics. And that’s on show in the exquisite kitchen where you have ample room to prepare a snack or feast. A large island, butler’s pantry and servery window make entertaining a breeze. There’s a warmth and sense of comfort in the main living area with large modular sofa, stone fireplace, angled ceiling and glitzy pendant. While the dining area finishes this generous space which borders the pool and spa. This whole zone has the feel of an alfresco space with the close connection to the outdoors. Find your ideal outdoor space in the tropical serenity of the undercover dining area complete with kitchen. Sit back and relax while the kids splash around in the pool. And for evening entertaining, there’s the impressive outdoor bar with stylish seating.
Back indoors there’s no shortage of things to keep you busy or to encourage relaxation. Start the day with a session in the fully equipped gym and wind down in the evening with a viewing in the theatre room. When you’re ready to call it a night, the master suite is a tranquil escape with king bed, luxurious ensuite with bath and spacious walk in robe. The remaining four bedrooms are generously sized and feature white shutters and beautifully textured accessories. Two bedrooms house queen beds, the fourth bedroom has 2 double beds while the remaining bedroom has the convenience of three double beds and three single beds across bunks.
The Area :
Ocean Beach Road is positioned close to beaches, magnificent coastline, walking tracks and the peaceful seaside village of Sorrento. Take a casual stroll to cafes, restaurants and shops with the main village centre just down the road. There are also walking tracks to explore on both sides of the peninsula. And you will find many activities surrounding Sorrento that are certainly worth a day trip including breathtaking scenery, historical sites, hot springs, high-quality golf courses and a variety of local food and wine. You’re also close to Melbourne, just a 90-minute drive to the CBD.
A $5,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
