Cleanliness, especially the pool and the location of the property.
A lot of loose dogs running around and jumping into the pool when there’s clearly a sign no animals allowed.

The property is conveniently located near town and away from the “hotel zone”. It is quiet and meticulously kept. We rented the hotel golf carts and used the bikes provided to get into town and enjoy the local restaurants.

Absolutely everything! Your welcoming, pleasant and accommodating team made us feel right at home the entire stay. The rooms and amenities were perfect throughout - family friendly for all ages! It seems everything was considered when developing the resort. Seiri del Mar sets the standard!
Excited to see the restaurant going up! We didn’t get to enjoy it this trip, but hopefully by the next time we return.

The property itself and the staff were beyond expectations. It is a beautiful place with gorgeous rooms, great pool, and beach for days! We enjoyed our stay so much we felt absolutely spoiled!

Very comfortable apartment and loved that it was on the beach. Beautiful views and very quiet. We had a 2BR unit that had a well stocked kitchen. The management was quite gracious and provided great dining and shopping suggestions. They also arranged for a masseuse to come to our unit. My husband said it was about the best massage he’s ever had.

Loved our stay here - the staff working at the resort were exceptional - very, very friendly and helpful. We were traveling over the holidays and they went out of their way to make it special. We stayed at two different units throughout our visit and both were beautiful, as was the setting of the resort itself.
It'll be really nice when there's a restaurant on site. Pool bar was great but a restaurant would be a bonus. Next door not a bad walk, but it's next door...

Seiri Del Mar was a truly phenomenal property. The view, the pool, the beach, the hot tub, the swim up bar -- all amazing!!
We could have kayaked, but opted for the stand up paddle boards, which were all free. There were bikes on property to use - for any age, including some with training wheels. The golf cart was very helpful for running into the middle of town for groceries and some meals out. The 2 bd 2.5 ba villa was so spacious. Much bigger than I expected. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking. The beds were comfy, lots of linens. Washer and dryer was unexpected plus. From a staff / management perspective - Bryon (manager), JoAnne (front office manager), Emily, Kyle, the cleaning ladies, the pool cleaners, the guys who swept the beach, the security -- they were all amazing. Very safe, very private. So clean and highly recommend this property. I could write so many more wonderful things. This property is a bit farther from some traveled areas, but I loved that about it. Highly recommend this property and I will visit again soon.
Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about about Seiri del Mar. The only thing they don't have is an on-site restaurant, but you can walk 2 minutes on the beach to the Rhum Shack at the next property. Or grab a golf cart or bike and head into town for a local meal.

This location just north of Hopkins (but with an easy walk, bike or golf cart to town) is a great location with beachfront, pool area....swim up bar!!!.....and an incredible staff who's only goal is to make your stay an UNBELIZEABLE experience. The Hopkins area of Belize not only allows you easy access to the reef & lush jungle areas that Belize is known, it also gives you the opportunity to meet and interact with the locals of Hopkins Village, an area free of all the resorts but vibrant with locally owned and operated restaurants and shops. A really great experience and the management and staff at Seiri del Mar is there to help guide you through the whole experience. You can book all your excursions through them and they know all the good ones....and all the good deals!! This place is worth every penny!!!
The unit we had was a little sparse for closet space and hooks to hang clothes. It did have a washer dryer which was great. The best thing is that the management reached out to us before we left for our input and I am sure they already have a plan to fix that in place.
