The location was good and close to a shop although there was no parking.
We had booked for a three-night stay. When my friend became sick and needed to return home, we called the hotel management to tell them that we needed to reduce our stay by one night. They said that they would consider but that we should go through booking.com. booking.com helped us ask management whether they could refund us for the one night that we did not stay. Management refused to do so. We have since emailed the hotel on a few occasions and there has been total silence.

The.customer relationship, the quick response, the facility is also good

Semmi.
A környék rendkívül lepukkadt.

Has Councillor for Sandwell Council in the West Midlands we are arrived for the labour party conference. The property was not up to standard.
Everything about the property was unacceptable from cleanness, no hot water in the bathroom upstairs, the heating was not working on our arrival. The Internet was too slow. The boiler kept making noises and disturbing our sleep. The maintenance individual decided to grout the downstairs shower and the tiles on the floor. There was a blade in the toilet basin. The maintenance person did not clean up afterwards.. we were not told the bathroom flooring was been grouted. The upstairs bathroom was not clean. The utensils in the property were not clean. The pans were burnt and not clean. We had to wash all the dishes and sterilise them in hot water. Before we could use them clean, the shower the toilet on arrival.

It is stated that there are cooking utensils and a dining area in your room, this is a lie. Absolutely nothing is in the room aside from a bed and old flimsy desk.
3.4
Tidy room, comfortable.
No access.to property on first day. Had to find alternative accomodation for the trip
3.4
The location of the accommodation is only a 15 minute walk to Sefton Park.
The road is quiet - no noise pollution from traffic.
The wifi is good when it actually works.
The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
The location is not great because it is far from the Liverpool centre - 40 minute walk - so we had to rely on uber.
Wifi was poor for the first day and a half.
Some tenants did not know how to use the toilet, so left some mess on the toilet seat.
The bathroom floor was very annoyingly creaky.
One of the lamps in the bedroom did not work.
3.4
The size of the room
The WIFI signal was really poor. No signal in the room, and in the living room, the WIFI signal was really poor and slow, not able to work, and I had to use by phone with my 4G.
I left my fresh food in the fridge for the next day, when I came back the next evening, it has been either trashed or stolen. Not a great experience.

Mostly the staff were great, going out of their way to be helpful.
When they overcharged me, they refused to acknowledge it, never mind refund me, and then straight denied ever receiving payment. I had to lodge a complaint with Booking.com (who were brilliant) to get sorted in the end.

Super easy check in process, very quiet street, great room, comfy bed and all the house facilities to use.
Can't fault it for the price... excellent

Bed was comfy, shops nearby. Fairly easy to gain access to the property with lots of parking spaces outside.
Everything was fine until the night. Came into the bedroom after a shower to find the curtains COMPLETELY transparent with the lights on, rang the owners and asked for a move upstairs where people walking past couldn’t see me and the girlfriend cuddling without spending the night in the dark.
they was more bothered about paying a cleaning fee x2 rather than our issue, tried billing me for the cleaning of the downstairs room after I wanted to go upstairs due how uncomfortable it made us feel, then proceeded to say I rang him up at 10:30pm lying about the issue, claimed to have no problems with this before but after looking at more reviews plenty of people have complained about this a year ago!!
Shower was ok, toilet scrubby was swimming in poo water with urine under the seat, seems like all they do is hoover up and change bed sheets with a quick wipe of visual surfaces. kitchen was dirty with grease hanging off the extractor fan. claims to pay a cleaner £30 for the cleaning when a apprentice cleaner on £5 an hour could do a way better job in 6 hours.
gardens aren’t very nice, overgrown and smells of ganja from the neighbours along with SO much litter on the streets(out of the owners control obviously but it doesn’t make you feel comfortable)
3.4
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable sitting room.
The communication around check in and payment is pretty complicated. We did not recieve our codes to enter the house and the room. But they helped us swiftly when we stood before the door and called that we coudn't enter.
One night the front door would't open any more and non of the guests could enter. It took some time to fixe this the next day.
The curtains of our room (number1, downstairs) are too thin. If you have your light on and it's dark outside, you can easily look through. That is uncomfortable.
3.4
Thin curtains. Light in outside all night. Left at midnight cause it was lit up like a Christmas tree. Impossible to sleep
3.4
Good value for money in a convenient location with some comforts
I would have liked the curtains to be thicker / blackout as it's a ground floor room and both felt slightly exposed at night but also it can be a busy road.
3.4
The room was well groomed and staff was very courteous
the washroom was dirty

Location is perfect, 5 mins from bus stop into town. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Was nice they provided an EU plug adapter as well. Bathroom was lovely and was only occupied once during the week when I wanted to use it.
The outside door lock caused problems I think for every guest. I was initially given the wrong code and only realised when I was locked out at 11pm. If you're in a ground floor room, you'll be woken during the night by other guests trying to get in but having problems with their entry codes. Also, room 1 doesn't have blackout curtains - I'm a heavy sleeper but even I was woken regularly by the combination of the door code error beeps and the floodlights that come on automatically when someone's outside at night.
3.4
The location was close to a bus stop that took you straight to central liverpool. It was handy to have a shared kitchen. The value for money was exceptional.
The front door lock was very tricky and several guests got locked out. Might be handy to have someone on site to help with that.

there was no breakfast
I had problems entering the property. It seemed there were problems with the host accessing e mail information I had previously sent. This was eventually resolved over the telephone

good location, doors opens with code - easy access
clean room, soft bed, 5 minutes to bus station leading to city centre
noise from heating device (or something similar) in hallway was sometimes disturbing (in the room on groundfloor)
shared bathrooms - sometimes we had to wait long time to bath in the evening
