I was very impressed with the superb hospitality of this host. This is the second time I have stayed here in a short amount of time for work in Roswell. I had made a few suggestions that I noticed on my first visit, and the host not only respectfully listened, but then demonstrated her desire to go above and beyond in order to please her guests. I highly recommend this home for your next stay.

Lots of usable space, very friendly and helpful hosts. Could use some repairs in second bathroom tub, to keep water from collecting and tile ledge. Kitchen could use some stream lining in order to give less of a loved in vibe. Such as removing old random groceries and replacing with new amenities for each new guest. Items could include coffee pods for Keurig, creamers and sweeteners, breakfast bars and something similar and a few bottled water or other drinks in the fridge. I would stay again and possibly may do so soon for work.

Calling it "The Farm House" is right; tho' the home is very modern and nicely renovated, the farmers must have been spraying the fields with fertilizer. The outside kitchen was great but outdoor activities would have been unlikely. It would be nice to know what season the fertilization happens. The inside was comfortable but lacking some basics. There was a collection of keurig pods but no keurig coffee maker. A regular coffee pot but no coffee, sugar or powdered milk. The water/ice dispenser in the fridge didn't work. The master shower needs a handhold. The floor was slippery enough to worry my 72 year old brother he would fall. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. There should be covers on the pillows between the pillow case and the pillow fabric - so at the least the stains on the pillows don't show, but to also provide an enhanced level of clean. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Our son was playing baseball for the weekend in Roswell. My family and my parents met in Roswell to watch him. It was the perfect house for a family to stay together during the weekend. Had plenty of games.to play! It was super cute and decorated with lots of love.

We had a VERY pleasant stay - even with a snowstorm thrown into the mix. This home is close to the Air Base and also downtown Roswell, but far enough away from all the hotels and strip centers on the north end of town. Also, the house interior has a very “homey” feel. The hostess even had Valentine’s Day bears and hearts displayed in the living room.

Such a lovely little house in an excellent location. Close to everywhere we needed or wanted to go. My 6 year old wants to stay there again, as do we all. Haha

We stayed on our way to Page, AZ from Houston TX...and also on the way back home. Vanessa was very nuce and even called to check on us due to a sand storm on our way to her property. We had a blast in Roswell and really enjoyed the property. I would definitely recommend this property.

We will 100% stay here again if we stop in Roswell! A great home away from home, it's clean and inviting, nicely decorated, and there are multiple welcoming spaces to sit outside.

Loved the décor, it was very clean, enjoyed sitting the backyard drinking coffee in the morning. Smooth check in process.

Good stop for one night en route across the country

The farmhouse was very relaxing and exactly what was listed. The host was attentive and easy to get in touch with if anything was needed. If we return to Roswell we will stay here again.

This place was perfect! Located in a really great area and easy to find. The house smelled amazing and it was decorated for the holiday, my favorite holiday St. Patty's DAY ☘️ Everything exceeded expectations and we all got such a wonderful night's sleep. I'd love to stay here again when I'm in or around the area.

Lovely little house in Roswell in a quiet neighborhood. City is close by and house was cleaned nicely. Loved the interior decorations. Definitely a great option for small groups. Would go again in the future.

We had a great stay. This house was perfect for our group and fenced in yard for the pups was perfect. We loved the enclosed patio and the retro tile plus barn sliding doors gave us inspiration for our own home. Loved the farmhouse decor also. The host was amazing such a kind person. Thank you for everything we really enjoyed our time here.

This farmhouse was great. Very charming, welcoming and comfy. It felt like my own home. Vanessa was very gracious. She made sure everything was ready and the house smelled so good. A very nice touch. Centrally located to everything in Roswell. Hteat find on VRBO.

Stayed there for one night, plenty of room for six adults. Enjoyed the back patio in the morning. Wished we could have stayed another day. It was a lot better experience than a hotel. A recommended this place to stay.

We needed a safe, convenient place to stay while traveling from Texas to Arizona. This was a good option and the backyard was one of the main reasons we chose this place. I would have given it 5 stars but the neighborhood was a little sketchy. We didn’t have any issues so maybe by concerns are unwarranted. Thanks again!

Fun time in Roswell for two nights. House was better than expected. Kitchen had way more gadgets than we'd ever need. Clean, comfortable. House had a good, homey vibe. Recommended!

We were in town for the Alien Open dart tournament and the farmhouse was perfect. We were close to our event, the neighborhood was quiet, the house had everything we needed and was decorated super cute, and Vanessa is a great host who is very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if we come back in future years.

The house was immaculate and comfortable. It is also located near the airport, making it convenient for visitors who fly in and out.

Great location, very dog friendly & beautiful interior.

We appreciated this comfy oasis — and the garage was just enough room to park an oversized GMC Denali. Made use of the kitchen, Netflix and washer/dryer. Also, the host is friendly and fantastic with communications. We would love to stay again. For consideration, coming from an area with soft water, we were unable to enjoy the tap water and the refrigerator’s filtered water dispenser was out of order (no water line into the fridge). I later came across a Brita pitcher in a lower cabinet by the oven with no filter. Might be nice for something like this to be more accessible (we headed to a nearby store for bottled water). Also not a big deal that we didn’t find the WiFi password until we were departing (above head level). And be sure to jiggle the door when working the lock code. It was fine when the door was pushed inward a bit, which took a bit of time to figure out. All in all, we did feel welcome and appreciated the homey feel. Thank you!
