The property is a 5-room house with a total area of 90 square meters, featuring a beautifully furnished living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room equipped with a French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long), and another room with two bunk beds (90 cm wide). Additionally, there are two more rooms, each containing a French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long), with exits leading to the terrace.
Amenities Included
The property offers a range of amenities, including an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets. Electric heating is available throughout the property, and there is a terrace with garden access spanning 700 square meters. The outdoor area is furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. Additionally, the property provides a washing machine, children's high chair, and a baby cot (upon request). A garage is available for your convenience.
Other Information
Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Two of the double bedrooms are located in an annex, accessible only from the outside. If the property is not occupied to its maximum capacity, the annex will not be available for use. The bed layout can be flexible, with more sleeping options available than the maximum allowed number of guests, which should not be exceeded. Your vacation here includes the final cleaning of the kitchenette.
