A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services. Guests should contact our team 45min before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in. Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in. All the remaining payments must be made in cash. Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost. Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day. Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.

Property is conveniently located a 5-10 min walk to the Boca do Inferno and 15m to the Marina. It's about 4-1/2 miles to a very nice beach Praia do Guincho. Check in was relatively easy and we were met at apt by rep from property mgr. Apt is a little tired on the inside. Furniture is stained and shows signs of wear. Kitchen was a little dated. No A/C and no fans. Be aware, birds outside are very loud in the early morning. Everything worked well and overall stay was comfortable.

Apartamento extremamente sujo completamente sujo e impróprio para alugar a alguém..

A nossa estadia não podia ter sido pior. Foi uma experiência péssima. O apartamento não tem ar condicionado, informação que está disponível e já estávamos a contar com isso mesmo. O que não contávamos era que o apartamento fosse um autêntico forno. E tivemos hospedados no mês de maio. Não imagino como seria em pleno verão. Ninguém conseguiu descansar e durante o dia também não podíamos fechar as persianas porque estavam estragadas, bem como a torneira da cozinha, as portas de uma casa de banho que não fechava e algumas portas dos quartos, bem como algumas portas de vidro de acesso ao exterior, o que se torna muito perigoso quando se tem crianças. O apartamento estava extremamente sujo. Havia desde insectos mortos, a beatas de cigarro, imenso lixo e pó pelas varandas. Garantidamente que no estado em que estavam as varandas não eram limpas a meses. O churrasco estava cheio de lixo. No sofá da sala havia pingos de sangue. A pia da loiça, que era branca, estava preta. Completamente nojento e impróprio para alugar a alguém. Das 4 noites que tínhamos reservado, acabamos por ficar apenas uma. Era completamente inabitável e impensável ficar ali. Quando ligamos aos responsáveis pelo apartamento, pediram fotografias de tudo e disseram que iriam analisar a situação. No dia seguinte mandaram 3 pessoas limpar o apartamento sem o nosso consentimento e só não entraram porque se cruzaram conosco e nós não permitimos uma vez que iríamos sair. A limpeza deveria de ter sido feita antes de nós chegarmos e não durante a estadia e muito menos sem nos avisarem que iria la alguém. Se não estivéssemos nesse momento no apartamento e desaparecesse alguma coisa, nunca teríamos como provar. É lamentável que haja pessoas a alugarem apartamentos assim nestas condições. É um apartamento sujo, com tudo estragado onde as fotografias enganam muito bem!
