This is a no go place for those that value hygiene.

The room size, furniture, working staff was good.

The breakfast and dining area has serious hygiene problem. Cats and dogs are everywhere including the kitchen. Both guests and staff feed and welco me pets everywhere. The administrative staff was rude and didn’t take any action when we com plaines that we couldnt have breakfast and use the restaurant at all because of the pets around, as my wife has allergies to cats.

Worst hotel experience.

Close to ocean must i was stung by a jelly fish there.

Service was poor. No toiletries in the room and I asked for 3 times and no one showed up. Paid for an extra person in the room but there was no space for this person plus no extra towel for this person. it was 8 am and breakfast was not served. Requested a crib during booking (3 months before) when I got there, no crib available. dining service is slow. Employees speak poor English and translator is needed. it was just the worst experience ever.

Some rooms need few renovation work we got two rooms one of them were more than perfect

Heated pool was nice, the room view is great. Although there are some hiccups, I still enjoyed my time there.

The bathroom is not sperated from room with any doors, so no notice or smell isolation. The hotel offers only breakfast option, no all inclusive which is an issue, as the hotel restaurant is not that good and there are no nearby restaurants, if you don't have a car, you are stuck with thier below average restaurant. Only one of them speaks weak English, so for non Turkish speakers it will be a challenge. The water pressure in room fluctuates, as well as hot water temperature.

Relax & Enjoy

They upgraded our room to a new block of hotel which is has amazing view to sea and yard with jacuzzi. The swimming pool was really clean, because it was thermal they change the water of pool and disinfect every night. Reception speak English very well, they help us for everything. Breakfast was simple but enough and their omelet was perfect. I really like there and I recommend it for all.

There are probably better hotels you can choose from

The location is remote and quiet, near the beachfront, though it does not have a sand beach, the access to the water is made by stairs from a wooden platform. The pools are ok, water is warm and they are drained every night probably to prevent guests from taking nightly swims, because they do not clean or disinfect the pools in the meantime. The photos on the website are nice but in reality the property is poorly managed, there are a lot of improvements to be made. The new building has better quality rooms but they are not yet finished, even though they started selling them (bathroom tiles and ceiling not finished, small retouches to the paint job in the rooms not done, door fixtures loose) etc. Overall a nice property if it were well managed, which unfortunately is not the case.

Breakfast very scarce, composed of boiled eggs, some cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, olives and 2 types of pie. No meat whatsoever. Coffee is not free!!! They charged us for the morning coffee and only after reporting this to the manager made an exception and gave us free coffee on the first day. On the second day the coffee machine broke and stayed that way for the remaining 5 days. Restaurant menu extremely poor, you literally had nothing to order from, even though the restaurant itself is nice, placed near the water. We have been going to different parts of Turkey for many years now and this was the first time we were disappointed, especially in the services and overall attitude of the staff. Almost no one spoke english, language barrier was a problem most of the time. Cleaning service came once during our 6 days stay, and only at our request.
