New enjoyable experience

Check-in, arrival and communication was very easy, clear and perfectly organized via text messages. The houseboat seems to be new, well equipped and very clean. The available space was larger than expected. There was also a list of recommended restaurants and places which was a great help.

Stra consigliato non vedo l ora di tornare

Per chi come me è amante del mood navale direi che questa meravigliosa casa galleggiante è il massimo. Ottima posizione all interno del porto , con parcheggio limitrofo . La casa è attrezzata con una cucina funzionale e con spazi adeguati. La perla è il patio galleggiante con poltrone e tavolino per un relax senza eguali. All interno del porto poi ci si può deliziare con il punto di ristoro che offre piatti genuini e gustosi

Anche se L Hause boat è un luogo di relax , non ho apprezzato la non presenza della tv . Nella mia c’era l’antenna , ma nonostante avessi portato il mia piccola tv da casa non si prendeva che un canale.

Magnifica sorpresa

Casetta da sogno sul mare , si trova all 'interno del porto di Giulianova con lo sfondo di yacht e barche a vela . Il Parcheggio all interno del porto è vicino alla struttura è proprio una bella comodità. Colazione compresa nella tariffa nel bar che si trova a 100 metri dalla casetta , la ragazza Glenda che gestisce la prenotazione è molto gentile ed è stato disponibilissima ad accontentarci nelle nostre richieste. Esperienza consigliatissima e da ripetere

FABULOUS PLACE!!!! What a unique property! It was roomy and well-stocked, and the coastal location could not be beat! Also, parking and breakfast were included. The owners were great! We will be retuening for a longer stay!

The air conditioner did not work in the August heat.

Exactly how you will imagine that. I would recommend to bring face mask as sun is shinning very early.

Excellent concept, container on the water turned into facilities. Very modern and clean.

Asking about time of arrival on a regular basis but then not even being there upon arrival.

Great place to be

Actually everything. Very friendly and helpfull agency staff (thank you Manolo and Glenda) and cleaning lady. Very nice location; house-boat was new and very clean; all was working properly; good storage concept for such a place (except the issue I have with all Italien holiday flats😒...why are they always not enough shelfs in the wardrobes but only hangers), beds were ok - we slept very well. Without any doubt - we would book their again. We hope they can keep that level over time. Free WiFi was working properly.

Only small things: very minimal kitchen equipment, if you would cook daily it be great to have broader and more (per type so you do not have to do the wash-up immediately) equipment. One more outdoor chair would be great. If it is rainy the living room area is quite small....but you know that before you book, so no actual problem.

A unique and to be repeated experience!

An incredible way to spend a night in Giulianova. The boat was brand new, perfectly comfort, and just such a unique and great experience! Manolo was kind enough to arrange an arrival aperitivo at our request, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset from our floating dock!
