Bacterial house with swimming pool and private garden. Consisting of 2 floors. Living room with fireplace and sectioned in dining room and living room facing south to the garden. Modern, functional and fully equipped kitchen and completing the accommodation on the ground floor there are also two bathrooms and two bedrooms (one en suite). A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is another service bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a single bed with beautiful views and a flowered balcony and another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom and a section of dressing room. The property has a private garden and swimming pool, as well as parking for 1 vehicle inside on the north terrace.

Casa Delight was a lovely Villa. Plenty of room for seven adults. Bonus was a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. We needed taxis for the local bars, restaurants but they were very reasonable. On the whole a great week. Thank you .

This villa is very good communication with the host luis was very good It's in a nice location about 20 minutes walk to the beach There is a big supermarket 4 minutes walk Restaurants/bars very close by too. The pool area is fantastic we had the pool man visit once during our weeks stay The living room dining area is very nice with a big patio door leading to the garden & pool area The kitchen is well equipped with a small fridge but there is a large fridge upstairs. 3 bathrooms 1 upstairs & 2 downstairs one en suite There is plenty of space to chill if you want to all on all I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or book the villa again in the future

Excellent Although there was a really strange smell in the kitchen area from the moment we arrived We cleaned everywhere and discinfected every day but couldn’t get rid of the smell Otherwise Excellent

We had a very nice holiday in the beautiful big house. It was very hot and we missed the air conditioning and some more shade in the garden. The owner did bring extra fans, which was very nice. Contact with the owner went well.

Location is brilliant, very close to supermarket, restaurants and beach. Pool is perfect and safe for children. The property does need some maintenance to it and the lack of AC is a big problem when it’s really hot.

Wonderful villa, spacious and clean. Contact with Luis was easy and he made us feel very welcome. The area was perfect too, nicely quiet with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. A safe would have been a helpful addition although the house was very secure. Overall a fantastic 10 days and we hope to return before too long.

It was a large property , the living area is a lot bigger than the pictures show. Rui was really helpful and gave a full tour. Lovely pool which was a good size for our family. Walking distance to the beach and good bars / restaurant and the Intermarché just round the corner. There was a couple of bits of maintenance work that need doing to the property such as replacing sun loungers , light bulbs etc but all minor and if these were all done I would expect to be paying a lot more for the week ! Overall lovely week

Good size villa located in a quiet cul de sac. My son is wheelchair bound and there was plenty of space on the ground floor to manoeuvre him around. There is also a toilet on the ground floor with a walk in shower and is a welcome asset for disabled people. The villa has everything you need and Rui the owner was very friendly and was quick to answer any queries we had. There is a well stocked supermarket roughly 2 minutes walk from the villa and several restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Tommy Gallacher.

Luis was a perfect gentlemen, always ready to help and ready to go beyond normal responsibilities of a land lord. The house was very nice, a bit chilly, during Feb. but comfortable in March. I would certainly book it again in the future.

Pros : Location close to all amenities Cons : no heating, damp, mildew on walls, unfinished electrical lighting, patio door lock broken, sun chairs broken and in disrepair. The Property Manager was very receptive and responsive, but these deficiencies should have been addresses prior to our arrival.

The house was very big and was clean when we arrived. The garden with the pool and the terrace on the roof were nice extras. The host was very kind and even funny ;). We loved our time in Albufeira and the house!

Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, een grote keuken, 3 badkamers, een grote woonkamer, meerdere zithoeken, lekkere bedden en als hoogtepunt een heerlijk zwembad! Verder is de locatie prima, je kan met de taxi in 5 min naar de strip en in 10 min naar old town en aangezien taxi’s erg goedkoop zijn is dat prima te doen :)

just a few niggles

great ;ocation on a residential cul de sac, but very close to supermarket and several restaurants. the layout is rather odd with the master ensuite leading onto the garden having twin beds. the upstairs room, with a balcony is an office with a glass door and no wardrobe, the separate loo is upstairs and has no ventilation. there is an upstairs fridge freezer which is needed as the kitchen one is far too small for this size of property, but being upstairs is a pain especially the stairs are open tread and slippy. there are loads of unused light fittings with just bare wires poking out. the kitchen tap didnt provide other than a trickle of hot water, there are no mirrors other than those in the bathrooms are no full length mirrors at all

The house was just great. It has a lot of space..We had everything we needed. A big thank you to our host! The small welcome gifts especially for our daughter were very thoughtfull! We really hope to come back again.

La maison est spacieuse et moderne, nous avons passé 12 nuits à deux couples avec 4 enfants et la maison est bien agencée et grande. La piscine est très belle et bien entretenue. La situation géographique est parfaite, 850 mètres de la plage, 15 minutes à pied, à 2 minutes d’un supermarché et dans un endroit calme. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Excelente propriedade com todas as condições para uma bela estadia. Casa grande, muito bem equipada e com bons acessos. Um pouco longe da praia (cerca de 15 a 20min a pé), mas para quem gosta de caminhar não será um grande problema.

Vivenda com 4 quartos e 3 casas de banho. Boa sala. Boa piscina e espaço exterior, com boa exposição solar. Próximo de supermercado, mercado e outras valências. 15 min a pé da praia de olhos de água. Recomendo.
