No frills, affordable option to stay walking distance to main lifts in AF

Location was excellent. The condo had the space and amenities for us to enjoy our evenings (2 rooms, TV+cable, board games)

Washing machine was broken (didn't need it), oven didn't work, fridge had a leak coming from the ceiling

It was fine for my daughter and I.

Condo is close to the lifts. It also has plenty of room for 4. Condo was pretty clean.

The condo needs some major updating and remodeling. The mattress was very worn out. Parking was not very well explained.

Never stay here, and there are a lot better options in Angel Fire.

Enjoy it until I got trapped in the parking lot for 17 hours on the final day with no help from booking or the local prop manager.

everything was greasy

for the price the bed was like sleeping on rocks. ruined my trip ended up leaving in the middle of the night

no cleaning before stay place was filthy had to spend first night after 10 hr drive buying laundry soap in town and cleaning supplies. booking agent and local staff of absolutely no help. worst experience in 25 yrs of travel

great and would definitely do again

super close to the ski lift and awesome views.

parking was cramp and neighbor had an f250 that was parked in front of my door half the time; had about two feet to maneuver out. internet password did not work.

Very convenient location! A little dated but clean.

It was clean and close to the lift.

It was very dated and when a place is old it just feels like it may not be as clean. A fresh coat of paint and new bedding would go a long way…

Exceptional

Everything else was awesome. Great views and location. Quiet and cozy. Thank you for the late check out. ✔ would definitely recommend to others and would definitely go back.

Even with the location, will probably look elsewhere next time.

Location was easily the best thing about the condo.

Condo obviously wasn't cleaned appropriately upon arrival, eaten sunflower seeds on the floor, and dirt that wasn't vacuumed up. Exposed nails on the deck separating from the wood caused a cut foot and should be fixed.

Bad. Only thing is it close to the lift.

Location to the place of activity.

Cleanliness. Old soap is still in the tub. I think the floor was not cleaned, table still have crumbs, microwave is so old(microwave have isolation for safety old ones is questionable), found an old pair of spectacles under the chair. Cleanliness is so bad.

I was very disappointed in the facilities and expected an apology and a small refund.

'The leaking dishwasher, the smelly water that came up in the sink while the dishwasher was in use. The faulty light switch that tripped the breaker. The TV down stairs that only played CDs of which there were none.

It was awesome and I would have no hesitation to rebook at the same place.

The location was great. Very close to the lift and the restaurant/bar on location. The beds where comfortable with a great view of the ridge line sunrise and sunset. Very convenient to everything in town. Down stairs bathroom is updated and great for kids.

The appliances where older than me, needs updating. Electrical short or bad light switch in living room that would trip the breaker. The living room couch and chair are not the most comfortable to try and relax after a hard day of riding or skiing.

Our visit was very pleasant! The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Except the bed & tv!!!

The convenience of our privacy.

The bed was uncomfortable and the tv was a lot small.
