Die Örtlichkeit ist vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr gut und immer freundlich gewesen. Insbesondere das Personal für den Kids/Junior Club. Es war eine extreme Erleichterung, dass deutschsprachiges Personal vor Ort war. Es hat die Kommunikation deutlich erleichtert. Vielen Dank dafür.
Wir hatten ein 1-Zimmer-Apartment. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Das Reinigungspersonal war jeden Tag (außer dienstags) für die Reinigung der Zimmer zuständig. Dies hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Zimmer sahen danach immer wie neu aus. Das Essen war ein Traum. Die Qualität, der Geschmack und die Artenvielfalt sind unübertroffen. Ein großes Lob an das Personal für die Essensausgabe und Herstellung.
Unsere Wünsche wurden jederzeit erfüllt.
Die Veranstaltungen waren stets interessant und brisant.
Das kleine Zimmer hat nur eine mittelmäßige Ausstattung, trotzdem lässt es sich gut schlafen. Für die, die es nur zum ausruhen und schlafen nutzen ist es mehr als ausreichend.
Die Veranstaltungen sind ab 22 Uhr zu laut, um Kinder ins Bett zu legen. Trotzdem hat dies meistens geklappt.

Отель прекрасный. Огромная, ухоженная территория (это был наш главный критерий, который был полностью удовлетворен) с кучей развлечений (но некоторые за дополнительную плату). Шоу вечером были прекрасные, особенно стоит отметить шоу акробатов из Монголии. Это было невероятно. Пляж отличный, чистый, при входе в море мелкие камни, но дискомфорта не доставляет. Море в начале июня было отличное (25-27 градусов). мне, как очень мерзнущей, было прекрасно, особенно в последний день в 6 утра вода была наверное градусов 27, невероятно. Людей на пляже очень мало, лежаки всегда свободные, чего не скажешь о лежаках и популяции у бассейна (скорее всего это зависит от того, что в этом отеле были исключительно европейцы, британцы, норвежцы, немцы и тп., за все время русских или украинцев мы встречали от силы пару раз). Номера нормальные, как на фотографиях, но немного староваты. Еда отличная, огромный выбор, почти каждый день выбор меняется, каждый обязательно найдет что то вкусное для себя. Ресторан сам большой как внутри, так и снаружи, проблем с очередями/местами нет. Также есть Аля-Карт, но мы не ходили (раз в неделю каждый человек может сходить в него бесплатно). Бассейны отличные, большие, чистые, в них присутствует много горок и детских водных площадок для детей. В течении всего дня анимации и активности у бассейна. Вечером в 23:00 также проходит дискотека на пляже, но единственный раз когда мы были, было пару человек и то они сидели на стульях и пили напитки, но не танцевали, было скучновато. Большие горки также отличные, подойдут как для взрослых, так и для детей (если не ошибаюсь штук 7-10 больших горок). В целом отель очень семейный, там трудно встретить семей без детей, но это было ожидаемо и это вовсе не минус. На ресепшене вам всегда подскажут то, что вам нужно. Отдых был отличным, жалеем что приехали всего на 10 дней, очень скучаем и обязательно вернемся еще. Это было незабываемо, спасибо тебе, Pegasos World!
В нашем номере при заезде было много маленьких муравьев у входной двери, доставляло дискомфорт, но потом мы попросили на ресепшене помочь решить эту проблему и уборщица нам обрызгала номер средством от насекомых и также оставила его в номере на случай, если опять будут. Сам номер староват, как я уже писала, но за такую цену и за 4 звезды вполне хорошо. Вайфай платный и не очень дешевый, но бывает. На территории отеля очень много магазинов, продавцов мороженного/смузи и у них все очень дорого. К примеру надувной круг в магазине стоил 60 евро, а в городе Сиде около 20-25 евро, но не нравится — не покупай!😉 Просто совет, хотите сэкономить — в отеле не покупайте, до города можно добраться за 20-30 минут. Но это незначительные минусы, которые вовсе не испортили наш отдых, мы обязательно вернемся!

Absolutnie polecam. Świetne miejsce szczególnie dla rodzin. Ogrom atrakcji, baseny, park wodny, piaszczysta plaża... Długo wymieniać. No i tylko 60 min od lotniska. Hotel też ogarnia transfer za opłatą z czego skorzystałem. Personel uśmiechnięty i życzliwy. Wszędzie ratownicy, nie obojętni nawet na płacz dziecka jak mu się woda do nosa dostanie. Posiłki urozmaicone, wszystko świeże i smaczne, kolacje tematyczne. Polecam bardzo
Brak czajnika w pokoju. €3 za dzień. Ale można było się obejść, wszędzie automaty z kawą i ciepłą wodą.
Brak daszkow na balkonach. Po południu nie dało się posiedzieć na balkonie z tym że mieliśmy okna na zachód.
W pokojach mało się przebywa ale jeśli już to wszystko słychać z korytarza przez szpare pod drzwiami i nie zrozumiale jest dla mnie okno na korytarz z małego pokoju.

Altaat ja liukumäet oli meidän seitsemän vuotiaan tytön mieleen joten niissä viihdyttiin suuri osa lomasta. Huone oli tilava ja siistissä kunnossa.
Altailla on runsaasti aurinkotuoleja, mutta osa ihmisistä on ottanut tehtäväkseen varata tuolit, joten kun menet aamupalan jälkeen yhdeksän aikaan altaalle ei tuoleja ole enään sinulle vapaana.
Ruoka ja juoma tarjonta on aika kehnoa tai voi jonkun mielestä olla hyvää jos määrä ratkaisee. Itselle on tärkeintä että ruoka olisi laadukasta eikä mitään jäte mössöä.
Maksullinen netti ei kyllä ole miltään osin nykyaikaista.

The staff were very freindly , the food was good , the hotel was clean .

Het hotel is groots waardoor het niet te druk voelde. De locatie zo dichtbij zee, is ook ideaal want daardoor kun je makkelijk kiezen tussen zwembad of zee. Het voedsel is gevarieerd en prima en het entertainment aanbod is veelzijdig.
Er zijn weinig plekjes waar je geen muziek hoort. Ook ‘s avonds heb je geluid totdat het programma stopt. Dat zou wat minder mogen.Ik had begrepen dat er een airport shuttlebus was op aanvraag naar dat bleek niet zo zijn

Some guests smoked in the rooms which was against the hotel’s policy. When we complained about smoke staff could not help us.
Air conditioning could be much better. It felt very warm in all public areas and even inside the room

I like that there is many activities there you can do with your family, reception stuff was very helpful and friendly, cleaning stuff all around the hotell work hard there and they were very nice and friendly waiter's as well
Food was very poor, always cold and sometimes its overcooked or not well cooked , many stuff going around all time trying to sell you things such activities and if you say no they will stop look aven at you so the where not friendly specially some one call hassan there , bar stuff they will not be nice to you unless you tips them , and the plastic cups which they use on bar is so disgusting and the juice glases on the restaurant looks dirty all the time so i was using one time use cups all the time , and many things you would buy there is for exstra charge such WiFi and safebox even for fresh jus for the breakfast, every one need to avoid buying any things from the hotell because it's extremely expensive and the hairdressers saloon tried to scam me he asked for 100€ when we had a deal for 60 € only for small cut and hair coloring for my 10 years old boy and I believe every where on the hotel try to scam tourists

Lack of terrace (by room) floor cleaning.
Some of the food was not heated adequately for lunch/dinner. Chicken at luke warm temperatures on at least 3 occasions.
Having to get up at 7-7.30 to acquire a sun bed and finding 90-95% already taken, although none are meant to be reserved prior to 7.30am.
Lack of clear information on arrival at reception. (Staff informed vaguely as if we already would know where to go to be shown room, also not informed we had a “free” meal at an a la carte restaurant.)
Food plates taken from us prior to finishing our food, sometimes while still eating at the time.
Mediocre entertainment, although the garden 80s party with fresh fruit was pretty good.
Too much loud music - the bass carries much further than the music, so much of the sun bed areas had a night club boom boom experience for way too much of the time. (I’m not against this vibe, but it doesn’t allow for a relaxing holiday !)

* Great service - anyone we met from the staff was very nice and helpful,
* Multiple swimming pools with great variety plus the beach
* Safety is prioritized and being taken care of - gives the parents confidence about their kids using the different facilities.
* Great thought of kids experience through accessible dining area, bathroom, pools, etc...
* Very good value for money
* Would have been happy to stay for at least one more night.
* Small things I didn't expect I would have to add money for like Wi-Fi in the room, using the safe, and things like having Shampoo and body lotion in the room.
* Many mosquitos went into the room after every time they cleaned the room, because they let the room ventilate (which is a good thing except of the mosquitoes).
* There where many ants in the room, which was yucky.
* The food isn't tasty in general
* Horrible light planning in the dining room, which has a negative impact on the vibe (feels tiring to be there, looks super old and just not fun when going there at night)
* Small things in the room like the marble where the sink is, or how the towels hangers were set on the wall - nothing is straight or aligned properly, it all looks like the work of someone who did it for the first time.

it was disappointing to have to pay for Wi-Fi in this day and age. Additionally, charging for the in-room safe felt unnecessary. If these issues are addressed, it would be a perfect hotel.

Everything is perfect, our third time coming here! Kids love it, adults love it! Perfect place for a family vacation! The only wish I have is that it should be smoke free at the outside of the restaurant ( right now just in a small area at the back) and around the kids pools. Baby pools are but should be also at two slides pool! It's very difficult if u have astma etc and not good for the kids to have all the smoke around them. Should be put up smoke corners!
Other than that it's all the perfect place!
The smoking everywhere as it gets really hard for me to breathe around it.
