Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this stunning modern three bedroom three and a half bath waterway home has it all with nothing to spare. New, sleek, modern and eclectic come to mind. Spacious open floor plan with two living areas, fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar and dining for six. Each bedroom (two kings, one queen) is equipped with comfy beds, walk-in closets, large smart tv and full en-suite with walk-in showers. The tropical grounds are a resort style. Contemporary heated pool and attached spa with waterway views, a dock for kayaking, plenty of sitting areas and sun loungers as well as a gas grill and dining for eight. We were 6 people in total: 4 adults and 2 children. We booked the house to spend the New Year together The first positive surprise was that the house looked much better than in the pictures! We were received with all lights on (we arrived in the evening) and a welcome note from the host with a champagne bottle! You can tell the house has been done by someone with a deep understanding of interior design. Not only were the spaces beautiful but also functionally very practical. From small details, such as each nightstand in the bedrooms having a charging deck, to the bathrooms having showers with a rain shower head and also a hand shower, you can tell someone has taken time to understand how to best use the spaces. The TV in the living room had a surround sound system, so we enjoyed watching a few movies greatly! If you are a cook, welcome to paradise! You will find all kinds of utensils for cooking, including a blender, mixer, all kinds of pots, pans, trays, etc. All kitchen cabinets have labels to clearly identify what is inside (here again, I go to my earlier remark: superb home design!) The pool & barbecue area, were impeccable. Very well maintained and designed providing space to eat outside and sit or relax under the Sun. We had a few questions and the host responded INMEDIATELY & even sent someone to ensure we knew how to use the barbecue and hot water system. In summary, an amazing property with exquisite host service. I highly recommend it!

This property was exactly as described. We booked for a family vacation and were thrilled with the pool. The house was fully stocked with just about anything that you’d need to prepare meals. We were able to get anywhere we wanted within 15 mins. I will definitely rent another one of their properties in the future.

This house was amazing. I left extremely motivated. I actually didn't want to leave it. Whenever we went to do something fun, I just wanted to come back to the house. I ended up staying inside for most of the trip and making plans for my future. I started a business from that kitchen table that still stands today almost a year later.

This home is perfect for three friends or three couples who want private space. Extremely comfortable and clean a whistle! Although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook we did nose a bit and it is very well stocked. Seems it has everything you’d need to cook. Pool, deck and dock area are clean, comfortable and roomy. Beach chairs were practically new. Check in and out were a breeze. Love the interactive screen. Provided great information and suggestions. David and Steve responded quickly when I had questions before and during our stay. We certainly plan to stay at this property again!

David’s house was very nice, and provided a great base for our family vacation to Fort Lauderdale. The beds were comfy, the kitchen very modern and user friendly and the laundry room convenient. What makes this house great is the yard. We loved the pool, grill, and putting green!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 3 couples sharing the house. The decor of the house was clean and modern. We loved the outdoor space which was large and lovely with mature trees and plants and private even though we were right on the canal. The outdoor area was well appointed with a large table for meals, lounge chairs, umbrellas and Adirondack chairs. Pool was small but adequate and had an integrated spa. The spa was not warm but the property manager came right away to attend to it. The lights in the pool were not working. The couple in the smallest bedroom felt the queen bed could have been larger. It would be good if the outdoor glassware was dishwasher safe. These comments are somewhat picky but overall we were very pleased with the house and highly recommend it.

Stayed in many rental home over the past few years. It was obvious from first entry that this home was rented by someone who knew what they were doing. Everything was considered when they stocked the home, beach gear, fishing pole, tackle box and just about anything you'd want to use in a kitchen. Also they provided all the essentials that some don't, soap, paper towels, toilet paper. Yes, we're rented home that had none when we entered. Nice place, well managed in a quiet neighborhood. We already booked another home with this company because they know what they're doing.

After spending a week at the Avenue One property we are definitely going to be back. The property is gorgeous. This was our second stay at a Ft. Lauderdale Stays, Inc property. There cannot possibly be a better company to rent a vacation home from. They have thought of every detail, every amenity, and every “comfort of home” to make the stay absolutely fantastic. Avenue One has a beautiful backyard with a fantastic pool and spa. We had the best weather all week long (I’m pretty sure Ft. Lauderdale Stays doesn’t control the weather but if they could it would have been the weather we had all week!) We were in the pool for hours every day and the spa every night.

Avenue One is fantastic! We had a very relaxing experience in this 5-star property. The pool and spa are outstanding and getting some exercise by kayaking in the canal was refreshing. The property managers David and Steve are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We plan to stay with Avenue One again.

From the time of booking the overall experience was wonderful! Fort Lauderdale stays were extremely accommodating to all our needs. We found the house to be extremely clean, well organized and well stocked with the essential items needed for our stay. The house was bright and comfortable, with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The outdoor experience was just as nice as the inside of the home. The pool area is clean, well equipped and its location on the waterfront enhances the experience. The owners are extremely helpful and respond quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend this property and any properties by Fort Lauderdale stays.

We had high expectations about Avenue One after viewing the listing and reading the reviews, but our expectations were exceeded! The property is modern, comfortable, and super clean. It had everything we could need for a 10 day stay. The backyard is amazing with a view of the canal, and the pool was terrific. We had dinner reservations a few times during our stay and ended up cancelling them because we just wanted to enjoy the house.

We had the best girls get-a-way weekend at Avenue One. The house was meticulous and had everything you could have ever needed or wanted! Our favorite part was listening to the Sonos in the pool and spa! Would highly recommend this property!
