About this apartment rental
Beautifully refurbished apartment with stunning views of South Parade pier, and the beach to the Isle of Wight.
Situated on the first floor of this Thomas Ellis Owen designed building, the apartment offers a stylish open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and classic French doors to the south-facing balcony to enjoy the view.
The secure private parking space is behind the building in front of the entrance.
The en-suite master bedroom also boasts a balcony.
The 2nd bedroom is a good-sized double, next door to the family bathroom.

The apartment offers private secure parking for one car.
The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road Parking for one car is included additional cars are charged
There are 30 stairs up to the apartment
We are trying to do our bit for the environment
Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting)
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don't throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging.
We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 10pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties or singles groups without prior agreement. A max of 3 single people will be permitted. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issue immediately.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.

We loved it, especially after 2 weeks traveling around Scotland! It was nice to have some
Snacks and even milk for coffee in the fridge upon arrival. Everything was clean and the beds were oh so comfy! The owners had great communication, even when I locked us out. Opps! We will definitely look up this property again when we return to the UK!

Thank you for a fantastic couple of nights away on the South Coast. A lovely apartment in a fab location. Easy walk along historic part of Portsmouth sea front to Gunwharf and the Victory.
Enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a coffee in the morning looking out over the sea.
Definitely hope to return at some point. A great place to stay when we visit family on the South Coast.

A really beautiful flat and fantastic location.
We had a lovely welcome pack on arrival which was perfect.
The flat was spotlessly clean, spacious with amazing views from both lounge and the ensuite bedroom.
Jane our host was helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Beautiful spot by the sea
We had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kiddos. We loved being right across the street from the water and walking distance to the pier. Southsea was a great first stop on our family’s England vacation.
Jane was great communicator and check in and out were easy.
