This was a very comfortable home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is central to everything and everywhere we went seemed just a short drive away (even Red Rock Ampitheatre!).
The deck was amazing to have coffee on during the sunrise. Multiple gathering spaces and lots of seating made it comfortable for a large group of adults. Bathrooms were clean and having 3 bathrooms a huge plus for our larger group.
Would definitely stay here again!

The master bedroom did not have a closet, dresser/drawers are any hook anywhere to hang any clothes.

This place is all you need for a group of family and friends to enjoy Lakewood, Red Rocks and the greater Denver area.
We were all in the area for the first time; the house was a perfect place for all of us to stay and re-energize for the next day.
Thumbs up from our Virginia/Alabama crowd!

We stayed busy around the Golden, Boulder, Idaho Springs and Highlands Ranch area for our visit. This house was very centrally located and easy to get to from all. Very clean and well maintained. The view around the neighborhood was breathtaking. Would definitely consider this place again.

The only thing that didn’t work for us, was the theater room. Your maintenance man and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and very helpful..

Our group was visiting to see friends open at Red Rocks Amphitheater. This house has a beautiful view of the mountains with a lovely outside area. It was clean, well stocked, and beds were all very comfortable. Check-out was a breeze. Thanks for a lovely week!

Great House/Great Location
If you're looking for a place to stay in Denver, this is a great house with a great location. It sleeps six comfortably; it has three full bathrooms, plenty of living space, a huge deck and a movie theater in the basement. It's 45 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes from Roxborough State Park, 15 minutes from Golden, Colo. and 10 minutes from Red Rocks Ampitheatre. What more could you want?

Unsafe Living Environment
Due to the unsafe interior home environment my son and family refused to stay in the home, but unfortunately had to pay full price for the 4 day rental. This was due to an accident at the time of entry into the home. While inspecting the home my son's two year old daughter opened an unmarked/unsecured door that led to a steep stairwell to the the lower level. She slipped and bruised herself and luckily I was able to catch her before she tumbled to the end of the stairwell. This incident could have easily been a tragic one.
Upon entering the house reeked of "fabuloso" that caused the family to react with sneezing and tearing of the eyes.
When the accident and the safety hazards in the home was mentioned to the Property owners they were unresponsive, uncaring and showed no alarm over the explanation of the toddler's accident and safety hazards that were brought to their attention.
The exterior of the house had goose droppings throughout the sidewalk and driveway. The house is located on a street with high traffic volume and noise and high foot traffic. There is no garage to secure a vehicle. Most undesirable.
I "would not" recommend this vacation rental to any person seeking a restful stay and a secure interior and exterior environment.

Living Accommodations Good / Kitchen is Very Annoying
The house is set-up well for family / group gatherings. There are three sitting areas, large dining table that sits eight, lots of plates, and silver ware to accommodate at least two meals before having to run the dishwasher. The TV room was a hit with the 20-somethings in the group.
There were a number of small annoyances that exceeded normal wear and tear issues. On first arriving, my wife sat on one of the beds and it broke. Management did not respond until the next day.. There was no dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. We purchased some on to use it. There is a NutriBullet that is broken. We use to own one, so understand how the lid needs to fit / twist to activate switch, but could not get it to work. The blender did there was mold growing on the blade assembly. One of the knives in the butcher block was put away greasy. There is a a very nice induction cook top, but few of the supplied pots and pans worked on it. Serendipitously, I brought a large skillet that did work. My wife had read about this complaint in other reviews. Unfortunately, I had missed that detail. And lastly, the spray nozzle on the sink loosened, leaking water ran down inside of fixture causing a small flood in the base cabinet. No one of these items is a big deal, but when you are in the middle of a pandemic trying to avoid taking 90 year old parents to restaurants and cook family meals, it was annoying. - very annoying My recommendations to the property managers is to take the time to figure what equipment is working and what isn't and address the issues. There is no excuse for the non compatibility of cookware to have been previously mentioned and not addressed.

Nice place with a couple of small annoyances
The house was generally as billed in the advertisement. There were a couple of small annoyances, that we’re not difficult to deal with. The range is induction and only certain types of cookware work on it. There were several pots and pans that did not work on the induction oven and it would have been easier if they were removed from the cabinets. Also, several of the closets were locked, including the master bedroom closet, and we didn’t have a place to take clothes out of our suitcases for the week we were in the house. Again, a small annoyance, but something I wasn’t expecting. It would’ve been nice to have instructions for the television and basement home theater. We figured it out finally, but a little bit of help would’ve been appreciated. That was especially true because we didn’t know that Xfinity was the carrier of network television until a local family member visited and tried it. The home theater in the basement was really fun and fabulous. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner adequately. So, all in all, it was a nice house and we will consider staying there again if we come as a family in the future.

Great location but had issues
We had several issues during our stay that were never resolved in the 5 days that we were there but the house is in a good location. Biggest issue we had was that the home theatre never worked (one of the main reason for picking the house), beds were pretty uncomfortable, kitchen sink leaked and garbage drawer in kitchen was broken. note that the front door and garage door will make you think that you are arriving to the wrong house as they don't match the interior. checkin/out process was super efficient though. I have stayed in many rentals and for the price would rate this one a 3.0-3.5 vs. 4.5 for the price point

Excellent Property!!
We rented this property while we were in town for my son’s wedding at nearby Red Rocks and Morrison. It worked out perfectly for our needs. It was super close to the venue and we were also able to easily drive into Denver for a couple of meals, although the nearby town of Loveland had everything we could need. The property was great with plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, two spacious living rooms, nice sized spacious dining area plus huge outside two tier deck and enormous backyard. The pictures were completely accurate. We really enjoyed the home theater which had Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu and more. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend, especially if you are visiting the Red Rocks area!

We took a chance and it was worth it!
I’ve used several vrbo’s and NEVER stay in one that doesn’t have several reviews, as I like to know exactly what I am getting in a rental. We could tell this was a new property. It was exactly what we were looking for, so we decided to take a chance. We are glad we did! It has one of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve ever stayed in. It had a crock pot, blender and even a kitchen aid, as well as nice appliances. The theater room was so fun to use. The deck and backyard is amazing. We were sad we couldn’t really enjoy it as it had snow on it. The neighborhood is super quiet but close to everything we wanted to access. The listing states it is 1600 square feet—that is just the main level. It also has a full basement. There are two sitting areas/ family rooms with TVs on the main level, so there is plenty of room for everyone. In the previous review, they stated there was no storage in the master bedroom. This is true. However, there is plenty of space in the bedroom across the hall and there is a linen closet just outside the master bedroom where you could store things. The beds are very firm, FYI—for those who like to know how the mattresses area. A couple of things we would’ve liked—there were no dishrags in the kitchen and only one dish towel. There was not a waste basket in the downstairs bath. There is also an issue with the fridge. Every time you close the fridge, the freezer would pop open a little bit. After a few minutes, the fridge would beep to let you know. We figured this out pretty quick and would check the freezer after opening and closing the fridge. There is an induction cooktop. This is amazing! However, you can only use certain pans or it won’t work. The first morning, it took over an hour to make breakfast as it took a lot of googling to figure out which pans to use. I would recommend the owner remove any pans from the kitchen that will not work on the induction cooktop. I’m sure these few, small issues will be resolved as the property managers were great to work with. Give this property a chance. think you will be glad you did!

We booked this property for several reasons vs some other locations. 1) it had a hot tub - IT DOES NOT - we have a pro racer with us who needs certain amenities after racing. 2) It had a garage - IT IS LOCKED - we had to leave 60k worth of motorcycles in the driveway. 3) location- Great location close to Thunder Valley MX 4) space for everyone. 5) patio area - Backyard neighbor harassed us for being there said that the home was not VRBO OR AIRBNB approved by the county. We did not make extra noise or were out there late, she came in the middle of the day while we were playing scrabble. The house was fine. The lack of places to store your clothing is a bit annoying. Master closet locked, no dressers. I.E. dress clothes and such had to remain in suitcase.
