全体的にもう少し温かみが欲しい

ドミトリーのベッドが広くて良かった。普通の２段ベッドと違い、上がベッドで下が各自の荷物が置けるスペースになっていて、下で寝てる人に気を使わなくて良いので安心した。女性ドミトリーのエリアに専用のトイレ、シャワールームがあり、ここもスペースが広くて使いやすかった。鏡の高さもちょうどいい。

キッチンが狭かった。食器やふきん等がなかった。今回のゲストのマナーが悪いのか、使った湯呑を洗わずシンクに置きっぱなしだった。ゴミ箱が小さいのか、スタッフがゴミ袋を変えないのか、ゴミが溢れていた。流しも生ごみ？が詰まって水が流れなかった。チェックインは無人でタブレットを使用するのだが、年配のゲストは戸惑っていた。チェックアウトの仕方も分かりやすく明記されていないので、初対面の女性にどうやってチェックアウトするのか聞かれた。

寒くて風邪をひいた。

清潔だった。

室内温度は普通だったが、ドミトリー個室内の枕元から冷気が出てて寒くて寝られなかった。シャワーのお湯が、一度お湯になった後、使用中に再度冷水に変わり、そこからまたお湯に変わるまでに5分以上時間を要したため、非常に寒かった。上記内容が連泊中、継続した。

泊まるためだけなら他の選択肢がある

1月の終わり、札幌観光の拠点として家族で利用。観光の主目的は円山公園での野鳥観察です。施設内・室内共に清潔で、設備も新しい。エレベーターは暗証番号を入れないと作動しないようになっているので、セキュリティの面でも安心。周辺はお店も多く、治安もいい。駅からもそう遠くなくバス停も近い。円山公園も歩いて行けるので立地も良いです。昼過ぎに着いてちょっと体調を崩していたのでラウンジで休んでいたら、スタッフのかたが早めに部屋に入れてくれました。その点は非常に感謝しています。

古いマンションをリノベーションしているのでしょう、居室内にはエアコンがありますが、セントラルヒーティングではありません。つまり廊下などがとても寒い。私は子供の要望で二段ベッドが2つある部屋に泊まりました。部屋は二段ベッド＋人数分のスーツケースを広げられる程度の広さ。それはまぁいいのですが、それ以外に家具がない。小さな机くらい欲しかったです。ベッドの下段にはエアコンの温風が届きにくいのか、上段は暑く下段は寒いという状態でした。アメニティは歯ブラシと髭剃り、タオル類、バスルームにシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープ・フェイスソープ。ドライヤーと空気清浄機、湯沸かしケトルは設備としてあります。マグカップとスプーンくらい置いておいて欲しかった。共用のラウンジのキッチンはレンチン以上の調理はできません。本当に「泊まるためだけ」であれば十分と思いますが、宿でのんびりしたい人にはあまり向かないかと思います。どうやって長期滞在するんだろう…… 【この宿に泊まる方へ】マグカップを持参するか、紙コップを買っていきましょう。私たちが泊まった二段ベッドの部屋にはバスタブがありませんでした。

Best value for a big family!

It's a comfortable enough size for 6 people to stay in. The stove and nearby supermarket gives us the opportunity to start the day early and cut costs when possible.

Please be prepared with google translate and learn to speak at least broken Japanese when talking to the staff as they don't speak English well. The trash sorting was a tad bit confusing at first as well.

札幌の魅力が全て凝縮した円山の地にある素敵や宿

昨年から３回目の滞在でした。静かで空調もパーフェクト。共通エリア、ベッド、トイレそしてシャワーも文句なしに清潔。同じビルの１階にある居酒屋、１丁西にあるいくつかの食堂、24時間営業のスーパー。 10分も西に歩けば円山公園や動物園。

コンビニにあるような、豆のコーヒーで淹れることのできるコーヒーマシンがあればいいかと。

親戚の3歳児を連れた旅行だったので、円山公園に近くて遊べる・駅チカ・キッチン付きの快適な部屋で大満足

立地が良かった。駅から徒歩10分くらいで、近くに24時間営業のスーパーがあった。地図を見て気づかなかったが、駅直結のスーパーもあった。部屋も”普通のマンションの一室”という感じで居心地がよかった。

強いて言えば、荷物を預けてでかけたいので、アーリーチェックインができるようになってほしい。（円山公園駅にスーツケースが入るロッカーがあったので、問題はなかったですが）

Great location, clean and warm.

Great location and neigbourhood. Very close to tourist sights - yet a relaxed neighbourhood. Clean rooms and very helpful staff.

The quad room was smaller than we had expected for a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) It's probably better for a short stay of 2 nights and not 5 like we did.

全国展開希望！見つけたら迷わず確保！！

フロントは無人で十分だと分かった。広めのboxにベットメイクされた清潔な部屋と足元の荷物スペースは良い作り。共有スペースも綺麗で落ち着く近隣の24時間駐車場が1100円だったので合わせてもまだ安い！

シャワーのお湯が最後までぬるま湯だった。冬場は無理レベル。早く直してね。

It's a nice place!

The location is very convenient for those who want to travel around Sapporo and to/from New Chitose Airport since it's only a 6-7 minutes walk away from the subway and an 8-9 minutes walk from a bus terminal which connects to the New Chitose Airport. There are also a few sightseeing spots such as Maruyama Zoo and Hokkaido Jingu which are within the building's walking distance. There are no staff (except for cleaning staff) so you would have to check in by yourself at the lobby, but the process is relatively simple and fast. I actually had a pleasant stay in the female's dormitory. The shower rooms and toilets are cleaned everyday so it's quite hygienic, however, the sleeping space is not cleaned and bedsheets are not changed during your stay (until you check out). I don't know if that's the reason why there seems to be a weird smell in my sleeping space. If you need new sets of amenities and new bath towels, you would have to pay for it too. I personally think the facilities could have been better, but given its cheap price, the dormitory would be a great option for solo travellers who are staying for only a few nights.

Convenient place to stay, easy access to main Sapporo attractions.

It’s conveniently located near the train station and Maruyama Park. There’s also a good amount of amenities nearby such as konbini, AEON, food stores, etc.

It can get a little squeezy with 4 people but you get what you pay for. It’s very clean though!

Very clean, simple bedroom and accessible location.

Check in was failed once and not sire if i got it right. It could be little more simple would be appreciated. I had to think of the last train. Is there is rental cycle would be more fun to be around. The light better to be turn off.

Overall it was a great experience. The facilities and location was great and the room felt modern.

One thing I did not like was that we could not get a hold of someone to collect trash in the room. It wasn't until later that we found out that direct contact through a IP phone number to request more trash bags so the trash piled up in the room with 6 people in it.

Relaxing and spacious place to stay.

I like that the rooms are spacious and very clean. It’s very convenient to have dishes and silverware along with cooking facilities. I’ve stayed here twice and it’s becoming one of my favorite places to stay in Sapporo.

I really appreciate the security feature of the elevator but it was a bit confusing to figure out at first.

An economic self catered good choice for visiting Sapporo

Good price, good location, clean room and convinient share facilities which we can have breakfast there. Overally it is a nice stay. I will recommend.

1.Bad WiFi. This maade us unable to watch world Cup final in the room and had to move to the 3rd floor public area. 2.Need more towels. We stayed two nights and only 1 set of towels provided. I understand that it is for the environment. However,maybe you can put some in shared area so those who need it can take them.

Great budget stay for families

The location's good. We rented a car and there's a parking nearby and it's also close to shopping malls and restos. There's even a resto right beside the hotel. The room is also squeaky clean which is great. Indoor slippers and toiletries are provided.

Unlike some hotels I've been to, all beds are in one room so there's really no privacy. Don't expect much from the reception as well since they don't speak English. We tried calling multiple times for assistance but the automated reply is "Sorry, no English".
