Una vacanza in relax

San Gemini è stupenda, piccolo borgo immerso nel verde. Struttura perfetta per rilassarsi e passare dei giorni in tranquillità, mangiare del buon cibo e bere del buon vino. Piscina bellissima, con possibilità di un light lunch, aperitivi, sorseggiare cocktail/vino direttamene in piscina. Il personale della piscina/ristorante super disponibile ed accogliente, attento alle esigenze alimentari.

Stanza davvero piccola, in due non riuscivamo a girarci. Il personale in reception, tendenzialmente poco accogliente.

Una struttura meravigliosa in un borgo incantevole

Tutto , posizione eccellente in centro . Vista bellissima sul duomo di SanGemini . Camera deluxe con divano e poltrona . Bagno immenso con doccia fantastica . Ottimo materasso con topper , illuminazione eccellente . Tutto ristrutturato in stile originale . Meravigliosa la sala degli affreschi ed il parco purtroppo ancora non fruibile per la stagione. Staff super , ho usufruito anche della meravigliosa spa a Vallantica Resort dello stesso gruppo .

Se devo trovare un neo , l'assortimento nel frigo bar. Peccato non trovare più bevande o snack .

Ottimo Hotel con servizio Top

Posizione perfetta, stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. Servizi ok, tv (solo digitale terrestre), asciugacapelli (comodissimo), doccia molto bella anche se acqua non caldissima. Letto molto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato l’ estrema cortesia delle persone alla reception ed al servizio colazione. Torneremo sicuramente per provare anche il giardino con piscina e magari la loro cucina che in questo periodo è chiusa.

Acqua della doccia solo tiepida, condizionamento in stanza regolabile (ma non siamo riusciti ad abbassare la temperatura). Essendo stati una sola notte non abbiamo disturbato lo staff per chiedere informazioni.

un soggiorno stupendo

bellissimo e meraviglioso hotel molto curato e confortevole, a noi è stato garantito un upgrade dallo staff che abbiamo molto apprezzato, una camera meravigliosa, grande, il bagno aveva due lavelli, una doccia e una vasca. Personale super gentile. Soprattutto le ragazze alla reception che ci hanno dato molti consigli su dove andare in zona.

una sola cosa va migliorata per un hotel di questa bellezza e comfort... la colazione!! non c'è molta scelta, i salumi sono spettacolari, mancano i paninetti e c'è solo il pezzo di pane che va tagliato, la frutta secca va riparata dall'umidità altrimenti perde croccantezza.

Un palacio para visiticar Las cataratas de Terni.

El hotel es un alojamiento muy agradable, es un palacio rehabilitado. Esta ubicado a la entrada de la población. Sangermini es una lacalidad muy acogedora, es pequeña y facil de recorrer.

El tema del parking es algo a mejorar. Se puede estacionar durante media hora frente a la puerta del hotel pero luego debiemos llevar el vehiculo a una zona de parking cercana que solia estar muy llena (dependiendo de la hora). Creemos que el hotel estaba preparando alguna plazas de estacionamiento en la parte opuesta de la entrada principal, pues estaba en obras la calle.

Pool area is very elegant. Peaceful place to relax. Nice rooms.

Breakfast was ok but there was nothing special. The dairy products should be provided in cold containers. The restaurant opened fairly late at night in case one is travelling with children. Service at the pool should include to the price and not be charged every time separately. More options for lunch would be appreciated.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at recently.

The staff is amazing; very friendly, always available and great service. The hotel itself is a fascinating building, with a lot of history and art. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a pool service too (lunch is great!). Big plus is that the hotel is wheelchair accessible and that the staff is very helpful in thinking along in that respect as well. The rooms are large, very clean and fully equipped.

We loved our stay at the Grand hotel. The hotel was fantastic, we had a beautiful room, elegant design, optimized space, located in one of the tower of the palazzo with a balcony overlooking the countryside (free upgrade was much appreciated) The hotel was calm and relaxing, the pool area and garden are perfect to chill. The hotel is located inside the wall of the old town and it’s a easy stroll down to the public parking and very nice restaurants. oh ! and the staff was brilliant, so friendly and yet so polite! we really had a great time and we are looking forward to come back :)

Great location in a beautiful small town. Right next to Duomo with a pool in a private park opposite the hotel. Room quite small but adequate.

Superb

Location was incredible - next to plenty of lovely restaurants all within 2-5min walk as well as coffee and ice cream places. We also drive to rome for the day as well as a local wine tasting tour, for which the hotel helped us organise child care, which was very convenient. The swimming pool area is spectacular and impeccably maintained. The hotel is very luxurious but we were made to feel welcome even with young children. We booked the junior suite which had joining rooms and it was very large and spacious.

The gym was not open. They also charged us €20 per night to use a cot for our toddler which seemed utterly ridiculous! This was quite a disappointing way to end an otherwise lovely trip.

Swimmingpool, garden, the food at dinner, the wine, the room, the hotel. Everything is just great! Service is really good. The town itself is also picture perfect.

Everything was great. If I had to say one thing that could be improved it would be the breakfast. It is ok, but compared to dinner there could be some improvement.
