it is a gated community everyone minded their own business we felt very secure

washer an dryer are outside no roof over them , older model but they do work so it wasn’t big deal it’s just that I had a load washing and it started raining 🤣

Excellent rental home!

Better value and commodity than a hotel. Felt safe since it was a gated community. Washer and dryer, fully loaded kitchen with pots, pans and silver wear came in handy. The whole family loved it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

property was secure with gated entry, and within walking distance to playa hermosa.

property was right next to the tecate distribution center so very industrial with trucks backing up all night.

The facility was beautiful. There was a playground for my children. The house also came with pots pans cups plates, everything and anything one would need! Even a washer and dryer!

affordable and response was good

very responsive to all questions and matters. very affordable price and secure location / gated community

water was cold , I realized this the morning after. someone came and fixed it that same afternoon .

Great stay for families

Home was very clean and it is in an ideal location. Secluded little Community yet very close to anything and everything. great size and everything needed was at your disposition.
