a shuttle bus service to town would be handy

Couple and my wife pregnant, so it was really good choice, because we didn't want move much..all we want is resort. In general 90% were perfect!
Pools, food, close to town, hotel services..
.
In booking they didn't had good rate..but we give it chance and was Allright.
The beach not clean..they really somehow good location and short coastline..bad no one take care of it.
Cocktail service were bad in most bars.
The tip part: in my opinion it's annoying and not so comfort for guests to see it everywhere. It's all-inclusive...so u r moving around with out money..how to put tips and why?

Exceptional service, thank you

Great food, my girlfriend is a vegan and some dishes that would have been great had e.g. a dusting of cheese on top that ruled them out for her. But staff checked in at most meals to make sure she was finding good options from the buffet.
Had trouble connecting to wifi on the night we arrived, but got it sorted out eventually. Needing to book restaurants through the app meant we missed out, possibly we could have had more warning at check in that bookings would fill up quickly.

Location was fantastic!
Amazing setting and views
Staff were extremely pleasant and very family friendly
The lack of variety and quality of food and beverages especially the cocktails and beer
Areas of the hotel weren’t kept clean- pool side - gardens around the hotel needed more attention
Rooms were lovely kept clean but could do with more mirrors
Hotel is obviously trying to bring the property up to date but it still needs a lot of modernisation

Very big and comfortable location. Enough space for all guests
The check-in was terribly slow

The resort was what was promised in the brochure - which is rare these days! Clean, good pools, very good food.
We had to pay for taxis to go anywhere, the beach wasn't very nice and we found through discussion that booking from Australia, we paid a lot more than the English did.

Free Car Parking Facilty and proxity to Center by taxi is a great advantage.
The sea was not very attractive although the beach was well laid out.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
it is very tired and quite misrepresented by the photography. Our room was a family room and cramped by the extra beds. The view was of the top of a roof and a car park. The air conditioning was broken. All the restaurants were booked up well in advance and yet looked empty when you walked by. I’m sorry but it is not worth the money.

We stayed October 2022. Quick and hassle free taxi journey from the airport which cost €20. I had asked for rooms close to each other and the hotel was able to do that. We were in 424 and 426 they also had a connecting door so we asked for that to be opened up which was no problem. Rooms had a lovely sea and pool view. Had the Greek and japanese options on 2 nights and ate from the buffet another evening..we had no complaints about the food we all though there was a great selection, which was frequently replenished. We would have liked some fresh orange/apple juice for breakfast, but it wasn't a deal breaker. 10 mins on the bus into corfu town, bus was easy to use. just walked to top of hotel driveway, crossed the road and bought tickets from.the machine. Hotel is right beside the sea, there is a small beach but it's not very sandy, the water was lovely although there was a lot of sea grass in parts. I joined in the aqua aerobics and yoga each day which were good. And watched the Greek dancing one night. We always try and learn a little of the language and the staff seemed delighted with my daughters attempts at Greek. Some mentioned wasps, we left a sugar syrup mix in a glass/bowl a little way from us if we were at the pool and we were not really bothered by them.. there was only some near the pool areas, no issue inside the hotel and rooms. the staff told us it's due to corfu's vineyards. Our ferry to Paxos was cancelled and I had to book an extra night, the reception staff were great and got us organised, although we had to change room they picked one on the same floor so it wasn't much hassle. Also thanks to Karen(on the cleaning team and originally from Glasgow) who helped me out at reception when things were getting a little lost in translation.
Beach is small and not nice sand, a fair bit of sea grass in the sea for swimming which didn't bother me but gave my mum the heebie jeebies if her feet touched it when swimming.
No nice walks from the hotel once you are up and out of the driveway you are straight onto a busy dual carriageway type road, as it's built on the outskirts of corfu town if there had been a coastal pathway into corfu town and they cleaned the beach/immediate sea bed up it would be an amazing location.

Location. Room size. Food.
Limited alcoholic drinks. Weak beer.

1) The staff is well trained, friendly and everyone speaks English. There was no communication problems.
2) The entertainment team is great, there is a schedule for the entire day.
3) Very spacious property, a lot of green area to walk
4) The pools are enormous and there is pool bed for everyone.
5) The food is excellent. A lot of options to choose from. My wife is vegan and she was positive surprised with the menu description. We were glad with the adults only area in the main restaurant with some privacy.
6) The room is huge and the see view is beautiful.
The rooms is outdated, specially the bathrooms. The mattress is way too firm and it was not so comfortable.

1. Clean rooms and facilities
2. Views were amazing!!! Get a sea view room if possible.
3. Good location with good bus links
4. Close to town centre (by bus) and airport( taxi)
5. Not too large a hotel, which I prefered
6. Good entertainment at night
7. Lovely area for guests to sit after dinner, play games amongst themselves - great ambience.
1. Sea was OK, not as lovely as other parts of the island but private. There isn't much of a beach but we were still able to walk along the sea
2. Wasps but this is everywhere across the island
3. Food got a bit repetitive but again expected from all all inclusive restaurants. You can eat at the Japanese and Greek restaurants too
4. Adult pool needs regular cleaning- dead insects. Probably due to the rain.

The hotel was able to honour my request for a room on the ground floor . The staff was polite and friendly . The food had a good variety
The late breakfast and snacks was a joke . tThere wasn’t much variety for snacks . Also it advertises that it has a Kate snack bar which we never found and is untrue

wonderful staff, great food, beautiful location.
No provision for child free travellers in the pool. even part of the pool cordoned off for adults only would be great. also, since covid they have stopped doing courtesy rooms, surely something could be organised. our flight wasn’t until 2230 and we ended up showering in a toilet. not a very 5 star end to the holiday.

What a great hotel to stay at with family and kids! There's a lot of focus on the kids: shows, activities, music and dance so they will love it there. The food is great and I personally gained 4 kilos during our 1 week stay :) The staff is doing their best to make you feel great and cleaning is well done.
The rooms are a bit dated but again, it is very clean and a great value for money.

good hotel with good all inculsuve serivce in a good price with two swiming pools and one for children. 40 minutes walk from the city or 10 minutes drive. Weather in beging of October was good to spend 30 minutes in swiming pool and enjou sun. It is a pity that at least children swiming pool is not heated. It is worth to pay for sea view. Still in Ocotber some shows in the evening and some days with free kindergarden for small children

Total misrepresentation - calling a hotel All inclusive and discovering we actually booked B&B - just shouldn't be allowed to do this - BIG BOLD LETTERS ALL INCLUSIVE in the title - a total con - you must be really pleased with yourselves

Excellent location of the hotel, very accommodating and hardworking staff, a large selection of good food.
Exteriors and interiors would need refurbishment, but this did not affect the quality of stay.

The hotel was beautifully clean with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The pools were lovely and the evening entertainment a great laugh!
The location wasn’t the best on the island but very close to the airport and the staff helped us find a cheap rental car for a lovely day trip to the west coast. Shout out to Roman who helped us find a gorgeous cove for swimming!
