Great location, love home 2 suites, pet fee was too high

Location, breakfast bar, suite room

Pet fee of $50 was double fees of other hotels checked out and the carpet had multiple spots assuming from other pet accidents or spills.

My Home2 stay enhanced my visited to Temple and the surrounding areas.

I like the centralize location of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasantly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms and breakfast areas were very clean. The room was comfortable and well organized for movement. The curtain to divide the room was a plus. Overall, the quality for the reasonable price was well appreciated and valued during these economic times.

A microwave in the breakfast area would be a better plus because no one like cold eggs.

Holiday Inn Express had better breakfast, comfort and maintenance the week prior to this stay.

Good well-lit location near the hospital and restaurants.

The body wash dispenser on the wall in the shower didn't work, so I used shampoo. The light under the microwave didn't work. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. I brought these items to the attention of the front desk within the first 24 hours, yet none of them were fixed days later upon checkout. On the third day of my stay, the maid service skipped my room. I at least got fresh towels from the front desk and explained to that clerk about the broken items that were still outstanding. The eggs on the breakfast bar were very unusual. They were not scrambled, but hard-cooked centers yet flat not fluffy.

Despite the really great staff, we will not be returning.

Good location

We were told the systems were down along with the key fob system. This resulted in staff having to take people to their room everytime. So many safety concerns! They never asked for identification and would leave front desk empty when they left. Due to systems being down and not knowing which rooms were booked, staff was trying to enter rooms after 11pm to find vacant rooms that weren't showing up in the systems. The alarm went off at breakfast, the AC broken was broken in the lobby... however, the staff kept a great attitude, was very kind, and did the best they could under the circumstances.

I paid 1145 for 6 nights.. Barely Any Breakfast Options and had to switch rooms Twice.

The Pillows and Beds were Very comfortable!!

The food and food options weren’t the best. No parking, Over Priced and Not worth the money we paid.

I shall surely return!

The rooms were all clean. Nice breakfast and the sweet lady called Yoli was such a sweetheart. I hope to go back and hopefully, I'll see her again. She kept asking us if we needed something else to eat.

Failed to log in to the wifi but that's ok.

Wonderful stay

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered some very nice options. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

The only issue we had was the shower pressure was a little low and the shower door had a noticeable gap that the water came through but that was the only problem we noticed.

There was not "stay." The hotel cancelled the reservation without any notice.

Notwithstanding reservations, the hotel cancelled the reservations. We were told that the hotel overbooked and it was a "first come, first serve" basis. We were not as early and were cancelled.

Everything - cancelling a reservation is bad.

Room was not clean, toilet leaked when flushed and part of bathroom vanity broken. Major nasty stains on carpet. My child found dirty spoon under nightstand. False Fire alarm going off at 10pm. Beds are very hard

Exceptional Staff

Every member of staff we came in contact with were exceptional, they went beyond helpful when our bags failed to arrive from airport for 4 days. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, clean and the beds so comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location was great for us - very close to hospital; good selection at breakfast with very friendly staff; enjoyed amenities in the room with lots of utensils and dishes; good supply of outlets and USB ports

The a/c unit was too close to the bed and the air was directed right to the person's feet sleeping on that side. Not a good situation; the shower door would not stay closed while taking a shower

Good overall property. Needs repairs to the rooms - at least ours.

I didn’t like that our room, # 206, did not have a sleeper couch/full size couch , and secondly, the electric blackout shade in the living area was not there. It was removed.

It was a wonderful room and breakfast was nice. But need some more fresh options vs. In a pkg.

The location.

The pool was outside and we couldn't use it. That was not so obvious on the booking andcit was why we booked there. The breakfast needs some more options. The toaster was not working when i wanted to use it. And it needed replacing but there was nothing to replace it with that day. But i definitely appreciated the staff and their kindness.
