Ausblick, Wohnung, Pool, Essensmöglichkeiten, hier passt alles!

Tolle, große Wohnung im 38.Stock, großartiger Ausblick, entspannte Lage, in 10min im Zentrum (Grab-App), viele leckere Essensmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür, nette Umgebung, ein kleines Einkaufszentrum, einige Supermärkte. Speis und Trank rund um die Uhr! Super gepflegter Pool, sauber, wenig los, wird überwacht, so wie die Eingänge. Man fühlt sich sicher.

Es fehlte eine Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen. Sollte jetzt aber vorhanden sein, wir haben was beim Supermarkt besorgt.

Nice apartment for staycation near to Singapore

Comfortable spacious apartment with sea view. Location not too bad, with 24/7 mart and eateries.

Just finding many ants on the table and floor but still manageable after cleaning with wet wipes.

风景挺好的，到楼下有中国餐味道很正宗。

拿钥匙在另外一个地方，拿完了再去找这个公寓，公寓是在这么多房子的，其中一栋的一套的房子里，然后拿钥匙地方的房子有一定的距离，房子里三个卫生间的热水都是不热的，11:00退房，然后没有任何地方可以寄存行李，这样很不方便。全程没有看到管家也没有看到任何和你接触的人，只有微信联系，这也不好。

7/10 Bonus points for sea view, sanitation is acceptable, other facilities need to be improved

The scenery is beautiful, the sea view from the balcony is particularly beautiful The space is large and there is enough room for activities

1. The parking space that belonged to us was parked by other car. Although it was not the administrator’s fault, this caused us to need to communicate with the security staff to get a new parking space. 2. The pillow is uncomfortable and will collapse, making you unable to sleep for long before you get up. 3. The exhaust outlet of the air conditioner is on the balcony, which causes huge noise and heat when we sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view. 4. Odors will come from the toilet, causing the entire room and even the living room to smell.

الشقة كانت جميلة جدا وإطلالتها رائعة ونظيفة ومرتبة و آمنة ومجهزة بالأساسيات.

الموقع ممتاز و الإطلالة خيالية، وجود مراح في الغرف، الثلاجة حجمها ممتاز، وجود غسالة، اجراءات الأمن في المداخل و المصعد، الكراسي المعلقة في الشرفة، وجود احتياجات المطبخ، وجود أكياس القمامة.

وجود رائحة كريهة من الحمامات، عدم وجود دعاسات داخل الحمام، عدم وجود صابون عند المغاسل، عدم وجود مكان لوضع قطعة الصابون وايضاً فرش الأسنان عند المغاسل، عدم وجود مكنسة واداة تمسيح الأرض وأداة لتنظيف الحمام، عدم وجود مكواة، عدم وجود من يساعد حمل حقائب السفر، عدم وجود مكان لخدمة تخزين الحقائب المؤقت.

Overall I really like it and may come again with my family

- The place was clean. - Location is good, lots of eateries nearby. - Clear instructions on check in and parking - Good facilities - a simple kitchen, toilet with washing machine, hair dryer and towels, TV with Netflix and console games - Good view from the window (only one small part is not very pleasing, the rest are ok)

Controllers of console game had very short cable so we had to stand in front of the TV while playing games. One controller isn’t working properly.

It was nice place for a short vacation with a nice view and privacy. The facilities also excellent.

there is smokey smell. When we enter the middle room and turned on the ac , the smell become more strong.

Its my 4th time stay here. Always impressed with the unit.

It was an enjoyable stay. The place was clean and tidy.

Easy landmark to collect the key. The owner is very good in giving directions to collect the key.

I was a bit worried that the key was handed back to a different designated person at the cashier in the restaurant because I was not sure whether the person was the authorised personnel to take the key. The owner may consider displaying a tag at the counter that they were the authorised personnel to collect the key or think of a better system.

Overall, I think it's a good stay!

I love the spaciousness of the apartment and the view. Two bedroom comes with washroom inside their room, another bedroom has another washroom outside their room. Therefore, each room sort of entitle to one washroom which is a good thing. Have booked two apartment, one apartment has Netflix and another one doesn't. Each apartment comes with a designated parking lot. The staff is very responsive through what's app, thank you! Comes with water dispenser and washing machine. With aircon and fan in each room.

The beds are a little hard. Each bedroom comes with shower towel only, no face towel and vanity set.

Good location, you can walk to supermarket, dining houses and beach. The most beautiful view from balcony. We stay for three nights. The house keeper gave very clear guidance to help us find the house.

It was strategic location as there were a lots of shops near by. There also a kedai mamak which is open 24hrs.
