It was pleasant. Nice place to stay for what you psy

Friendly staff. Ease of check in. Nice variety on breakfast bar. Rooms are nice size.

Not enough towels and blankets in rooms. Breakfast bar closed earlier than told and advertised. Husband went down snd brought me bsck food to room as i took care of baby and then headed back to get food for himself. All food was in the trash and bar was getting wiped up. He was disappointed at was barely 9:30 and we were told 10 am at check-in. Felt rushed to get checked out when we still had over an hour because they knocked on door twice while I was feeding baby and loading up suitcases.

It's a little pricey for the state of the rooms

Location was good beds were comfortable; room looks clean

spare sheets were tattered and torn; bathroom door was peeling there was 12" of more of tearing in the paint and paneling; elevator sounded like it was gonna fall at any moment;

Our room had ants everywhere. The headboard, bed, dresser, tv stand, floor,& bathroom. I called down to complain and they finally answered after 4 calls back to back and said it was nothing they could do they was sold out. Went do the next morning no one was at the desk. Checked out and they told us that they was gonna spray in the room and that I should talk to the manager who was not there. I called the customer service number and they put in a claim, and said that I should hear from someone within a hour. It is now a day later and I haven’t heard from anyone.

Dissapointed

I didn’t like much about the property. it is tucked away behind a Costco’s . it is old and rundown . The hallways were dark and smelled musty. There was no vending service on our floor , so we had to go upstairs or down to first floor to get ice. The room was a nice size but dated and the bathroom door knob was in poor condition and my wife was almost locked in. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. We will not be staying here again!

Staff was great!! Smelled like weed being smoke in the entire building!! Yuck!!

15 cars were broke into outside. Very scary… was told robber had a gun as well!!!

Breakfast was just okay. Only fresh fruit were apples. Cheap yogurt.

It was decent.

Location is in the middle of everything, but there was lots of construction on the road and parking lot.

Sunday there was church service going on in the conference room, which is fine but no one told us and it was very loud and woke us up. And the weekend breakfast was great but on Monday, no eggs no meat, no protein at all.

The messed up toilet got me downgraded from a king to a double

In the king suite that we booked, everything but the toilet was great. The toilet was clogged. In the downgraded "queen" suite, the bed was comfortable.

The toilet over flowed in the king suite that we booked online. We got moved to another room that was supposed to be a queen suite, but it looked like a double. I felt like I should have got a discount since the room change was a downgrade from what I booked.

The staff was friendly but the hotel could be better. I may give them another try in the future

Not very much to choose from. The location was ok just not enough parking.

Needed a better variety to choose from for breakfast. Upon check in the Wi-fi was out, the TV didn't work for the entire night. !

This was a very uncomfortable & disappointing.

Disappointed. All other experiences with Comfort Inns have been positive.

We found some small ants in the bathroom, in the bed and on the desk. I reported this to the front desk. The response was they would call the exterminator. The breakfast counter was not complete. There were empty areas on the counter.
