Unit 102 sits right off of the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and the Mall area. You will really appreciate the ability to open your door, step into your skis or onto your bike and start your mountain adventure immediately. This condo is so convenient, you can easily ski right back in for a quick lunch or another layer!

This newly renovated condo has a wonderful combination of mountain comfort and contemporary elegance. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining area is an ideal space to enjoy the company of your traveling companions. Relax at the breakfast bar in the morning while planning the days adventures and then reminisce about them in the evening in front of the gas fireplace. This four bedroom/4 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This multi-level condo features 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a master bedroom and fourth bedroom on the upper level. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level.

Guests staying in this condo will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos at the Shadowbrook have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle directly in front of the condo door, adding to the convenience of this vacation rental. The local free shuttle service is just 1/2 block away and can take you to the grocery or the main transit station to catch a free shuttle to any of the other ski mountains.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will become a repeat guest as well!

We had a wonderful week in Snowmass with our family for our daughter’s wedding. Condo had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and wonderful location. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony each morning watching the sun rise over the mountains. Other bonuses were close in covered parking and super easy access to the pool and hot tub. Many thanks for the kind note and special gift in the fridge upon arrival. 😊 We will definitely be staying here again!

This a great family friendly property! Very clean and well maintained property. The kitchen and grill were great! Conveniently located close to Snowmass Village. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub!

We loved our recent trip to Snowmass and our stay at Shadowbrook for our extended family. We rented 2 condos for our large group and everything was lovely, convenient, well-stocked and clean. We will be back! Kacey

This property completely suited my family. We packed in as many activities as we could around the wedding weekend events. We shopped at Snowmass Mall, ate there, had cocktails there. It was a short 20 minute drive to Aspen, unless you took the FREE shuttle - add about 10 minutes. We did take the shuttle to the beautiful farmer's market on Saturday morning. After crazy, busy days the grotto and pools were a delight. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area. Constant contact and complete information from the management made it so easy. Thank you!

This is our 6th visit to Shadowbrook 102. Our family visits 2x a year and loves everything about this place. Location, comfort, and attentiveness of management. Regardless of season or type of group, this place offers a fantastic home-base for all activities…even doing nothing!

Wonderful property that easily fit three families with kids of varying ages. The property was clean and bright and we loved being so close to the slopes. It's a real gift to be able to ski off the mountain directly into the back patio and take off your gear. Property manager was very responsive. We had a number of questions (like getting the two twins combined into a king bed) and iTrip was fantastic and responding nearly instantaneously by text. Extremely convenient and would definitely stay with one of their properties again based on the good experience. My only minor feedback on the property is that the common space is very small. The living room / kitchen are combined and there isn't a place to eat that could seat everyone that was staying at the property. We mostly ate out in the village, so it wasn't a big concern, but if you are looking to cook / host a large group, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, great place to stay!!
