The large open kitchen has new solid stone counter tops, large island with pull out drawers with brand new cookware to prepare all your favorite meals at home and dine al fresco. Included are new stainless appliances including a Samsung stainless dishwasher, large French door Samsung stainless refrigerator with quick water access on front door, snack drawer and bottom freezer, stainless/black trimmed oven with glass top and built-in stainless microwave. New white cabinets with glass front doors, large white farmers sink with pot filler type kitchen faucet, under cabinet lighting and much more.
Off the kitchen is a large dining table with chairs and large built-in bench seating plus two bar seats at the kitchen island. To the right is a large den area with a queen sleeper sofa and 50" wall mounted Sony flat screen TV and a corner desk for when you must check in with life at home. We loved the house! It was just the two of us, but it would be absolutely perfect for families. The house is older, but renovated. It still has the charm and personality of an older house but the amenities of a modern home. We really felt at home there. The space was thoughtfully designed outside and in. The pool was Heaven, and protected by a screen. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Honestly, we saved a lot of money because we were just so comfortable, we didn’t go out much! Management was attentive to the couple of questions we had. Overall, one of the best vacations we’ve ever had!

We had a wonderful time. Great location. Very quiet. 15 min to beach. Pool area was perfect. Enjoyed the sunsets at park within walking distance. Communication with property mgmt was prompt and issue resolved timely. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this property enough! Very clean and the private pool/spa was great. 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed frequent walks. Very much enjoyed our stay

Everything was terrific. The only negative was that the washer and dryer didn’t work. The statement “walk to water” was technically correct but a flagrant misrepresentation. It really didn’t matter but wish you’d tell the truth.

Our family enjoyed this house. The beds were comfortable. The pool was warm enough for even the littles of the family and the kitchen had great space and usable appliances and pans so we could cook and eat when we wanted to.

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely home. The layout was perfect, the kitchen was handy and well equipped with everything that we needed, it was great, walking around the neighborhood that is well lit, and sidewalks! Check in and entry to the home was easy, and we knew exactly what we were supposed to do when we left. I appreciate the good communication with property management. iTrip is a good company to work with. We absolutely will stay here again, we had a wonderful week.

Our experience with ITripp (management company) was very good. They were very responsive and quick to resolve an apparent issue with the power company.
We also struggled with the hot tub/pool controls and again Debi from ITripp was very helpful and even responding to emails late in the evening. (I suggest better instructions be left at the property for future guests)
Once we got through the first day or so everything else went very smooth. The property is clean and spacious and the owners have thought of every possible need of their guests. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area. The location was perfect for my son’s wedding festivities at The Powel Crosley Estate and not far from the beaches and other area hotspots.

We spent two months in this Sapphire Shores rental. It was perfect for us—super clean, great lanai, well equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The yard was fenced for our dog and she was welcome, right down to the raised dog bowls waiting for her arrival. The house is in “Old Sarasota”, a beautiful neighborhood with huge trees, lovely homes and sunset views over Sarasota bay. Everyone is very friendly. It’s within walking distance of Ringling and very close to downtown, Selby Botanical Gardens, Jungle Gardens for the kids etc. __Debi Fiore was our rental agent and was always available for questions and small issues that she solved immediately. I highly recommend this property and iTrip.

Each year my husband and I are exploring a different area in Florida for a few weeks. This year we chose Sapphire Shores and were not disappointed. This property was as described and had most everything we needed for a 3 week stay. The neighborhood was great for walking although I did not do much due to a broken middle toe. There were enough attractions around to keep us busy and downtown Sarasota was just a quick drive away. We give this property 5 stars and would stay again if the opportunity arose.

We had the best time! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more! The pool and spa were so fun and our kids loved swimming morning, noon and night! We had an issue with heating the spa at first but the owner was very responsive and helped us solve the problem very quickly so we could enjoy it! The location of the house is in a decent area that is within a 20 min drive to siesta key beach and many restaurants and shopping. It is a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. The house was exactly as described and we will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future!

Great home, with a fantastic management company. Debbie (Debra?) was extremely attentive and helpful in meeting our needs. I would book from Itrip again for the customer service experience alone! The house itself was very nice, it had a great pool and all the amenities you could need.

This property was beautiful! Everything about the listing was accurate. It was so clean you wouldn’t believe that with the turn around times some of these places get. The pool and hot tub were great for early morning and late night swims. There was more than enough space for our family and more. We had no problem with bugs or anything! Property is real nice for relaxation with the screened in lanai & pool area. Bedrooms are very nice. I would return again. Listing details could be better however, there is a garage but not useable for renters, parking in the driveway-FYI. Some nearby neighborhoods are a little sketchy too.

And we had our small dog with us, which was great. But the draw is the pool area. Big lanai covers the entirety of the backyard, which also has a jacuzzi and bar/grille area. Would have had given five stars if not for a couple of issues. House can use a little TLC (brush down the spider webs on the lanai). And there was a pest problem. Small ants coming through kitchen window we could deal with. But near the end of our stay we had big Palmetto bugs inside the house (two). Manager said there's nothing you can do about it since this was Florida and they come through the drain pipes. But we had one in the living room that had to have come through a wall. IDK. I'll let someone from Florida answer that. Just not something I want to deal with when on vacation.

The whole place was spotless (we travel with a blacklight flashlight, so I mean it), and the house had all we needed: chairs and umbrellas for the beach (even that corkscrew anchor), plenty of pool towels, and all the kitchen basics, including a blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There's filtered water in the fridge dispenser, and even a hair dryer available, so no need to pack one. The beds were comfortable - also seem newer - and the living areas welcoming after a long day of exploring, kayaking, or heading to any one of several beaches within driving distance. Everything seemed to be newer or in good condition, but thankfully didn't have that new smell - just clean.
Outdoors: The grill also looked new, and the screened pool area was perfect for relaxing and hanging out - we ate dinner out there every night we weren't finding a local restaurant. We didn't need to heat the pool, but the spa can spill over into it, the one day we wanted to take the chill off. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, and felt very safe for walking and taking in beautifully landscaped yards. Would definitely recommend.
The management was responsive when we called to ask a question, and clearly took care to make everything presentable and operational. The only comment I sent them was that the master bath shower seemed to have a low flow (the other shower was great), but I'm guessing they'll look into it since we let them know. Otherwise a great house - we're so thankful to have found it and would definitely come back!

Perfect location. Perfect house. Pool was fabulous and hot tub was great. So close to airport and Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Fully stocked house. Detwilers Grocery was amazing and had butcher and fresh fish and Walts Fish resteraunt was a drive but worth it. Will definitely choose this house again.

Nice property, but….
It was a nice property. We especially loved the patio/pool area and spent a great amount of time out there. It took a bit for us to understand how to make the heat work from pool to spa. Our biggest complaint was the temperature of the home. We were required to keep thermostat set at 72 as the lowest all day/night. It got really hot for sleeping. By end of week, the main air conditioner was not working properly, and even after a service call was not keeping up, and the outside temp was barely 80 max. We slept poorly because it was too warm in the home. Besides that, the rest of the home was very nice and worked well for our family and the property owners/managers were very quick to respond to questions and concerns.
