This newly built spacious home has 5 large bedrooms, each with a private bath. You are directly across quiet street from the beach and a short walk to the beach and the village of Manzanita. Our beach home gives you expansive views of the ocean from a large deck and patio area, where you can enjoy time with your family and friends. Enjoy new high quality linens and towels, plus a private area for the children to watch TV and play games. I love this property! Beautiful sunsets. Close to the beach, town, golf, Nehalem, can rent bikes, hike, close to cannon beach. Well stocked. Great for my elderly parents and teenage children

This home has so much to offer. We enjoyed it very much. I was impressed with the amount of pantry stock. We brought a lot of stuff but there were a couple of things we forgot and they were in the pantry!! We would definitely stay here again. My family had a great time.

The house is beautiful. and extremely clean. And extremely well stocked with everything for cooking and food storage and cleaning items. Comfortable beds and bedrooms.. It is an easy walk to town which we loved..and to the beach. For my family of 10 it was a perfect. fit.. The kitchen and dining area and living room all one.. perfect!! Great for family time and puzzles. The decks were very nice and wind protected. Only the outside fire table was awkward to sit at and get any warmth. Chairs too low for the fire :-( Thank you for being so easy to contact We loved the house and hope to return next year

We arrived with a wide range of ages, from 1-year-old up to 70. EVERYONE had an amazing time! The house was the perfect jumping off point for all our adventures. There was everything we could have possibly needed, and all the things we brought "just in case" were never even touched. Such a good trip, and we look forward to returning!

Very clean. We had a very short walk to the beach which was beautiful and not very people at all A very short walk to the town to get some groceries and purchase some memorabilia. The house was well equipped and extremely clean. It was a very spacious house, enough room for our family of twelve. I’d rent this wonderful home again. Very personable and quick responses from the host. LOVED IT!!!!!

We shared a wonderful family Thanksgiving at your home. The house was beautifully organized to accommodate four adult couples plus children. The cleanliness, new feel and furnishings and living spaces were superb. We highly recommend it.

I stayed here with five other friends and this house was absolutely perfect! Each bedroom has a bathroom and each bedroom is huge! The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve been in, with plenty of cookware, dishes, serve ware and cooking utensils! My friends all took turns cooking and was never left wanting anything. There’s even a gas grill! There is a large balcony and another outside sitting area with a gas fire in the table The house is wonderfully decorated and had a supply of board games and books should you get bored. Location is great! Very short walk to the beach and 10 minute walk into town. You can see the water and waves from the kitchen and hear the sound of the waves with the open windows. The owner was responsive to any questions and was wonderful to converse with. If you have a large group (or even a smallish group) I would highly recommend staying here. The next time I am here and with a group I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a girls weekend. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Wonderful location, nicely stocked kitchen for making meals. Adorable house. Cozy and comfortable. We had a great time!

Our family had a reunion this year to celebrate an anniversary and two birthdays. The largest group of us stayed at this beautiful home, which was large enough to host dinners with our smaller groups who stayed nearby. All rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. This home is clean with easy check in and check out. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family. It was close to surfing , golf , the shops and beach. We could have stayed longer to enjoy a day of hiking. Our family love to cook sea food and it was available as well fresh local fruit and vegetables for salads. We had parking for our 3 vehicles and 11 of us stayed in a comfortable home with perfect cooking tools stove and clean up. My husband and I could walk for a 9 hole golf game every day. Thanks so much!!

I have stayed in a lot of rentals all over the world and I have to say this is my top one! Its location is great, the decor is flawless, the house itself is perfect for a big fun family/group rental. Oh and the kitchen is beyond amazing!! So worth the money! Thank you for making my grandmothers 95th bday celebration one for the books!

We will be back! What a beautiful property. Perfect for family gatherings & groups! This house had all the amenities and more! Well stocked & clean. Michael was always available and friendly! Games, beach toys, a wagon & bunk beds are just a few of the reasons my kids did not want to leave. Being across the street from beach access was also an amazing perk! Every bedroom has its own bathroom, a huge plus!

The house is beautiful and lives very well for a large group. Kitchen and bath are very nicely stocked with everything you need. Biggest plus is how responsive, kind and generous the owners are. Price is reasonable for five bedrooms. Would definitely stay again. Beach access is excellent.

This property worked so well for our family of four couples and two babies. Everyone had their own privacy to get away to, and when together the great room was truly great - sparkling clean, spare yet cozy, beautifully equipped and accommodating as we cooked, dined, did puzzles, chatted, listened to music, or made beach plans. It could not have been better. Just across the street from beach access and a few blocks to town or the children's playground, we walked everywhere except for a couple of hikes nearby. Having multiple doors to get in and out of the house was also great when babies were sleeping or sandy feet needed rinsing outside. We loved the sunsets from the front porch.

I’ve rented many homes on the Oregon coast and this one was by far the best for a family stay. The bedrooms with en suites were wonderful. The open kitchen and family room were just right for cooking large meals and hanging out. The deck off the kitchen was a great gathering place as well. I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with this house. It really made our family vacation a joy.

This is an exceptional property. The host has designed a luxurious beach house with ensuite bedrooms, spacious gathering areas, wonderful kitchen, and provided every necessity. He was responsive, courteous and kind. We hope to stay again at this wonderful property .

This lovely home is beautifully appointed with beach-themed touches. We especially enjoyed the books specific to the region's history as well as the bird guide. A quick walk over the dunes to an amazing beach was greeted with amazing summer sunsets. We even took advantage of the gourmet kitchen and made a couple 5 star dinners since dining options in the immediate community were somewhat limited. Lovely place. We had planned to have a slumber party to take advantage of the "kids room" downstairs but it never panned out. Lovely home. Thanks for sharing it with us!

This was a beautiful, spacious house with the best layout. We loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom and the location could not be beat. The only thing I wish they had was blinds on the living rooms slider doors/windows. At night it can feel like your in a fish bowl a little bit. Otherwise, this was an amazing place to stay while on the coast!

Five women gathered to reconnect under the guise of a birthday weekend. This turned out to be the ultimate reunion house. From the multiple private bedrooms and bathrooms to the open concept main living area. The home is spacious and welcoming. The home's décor has a beach modern flair, just lovely. Fluffy towels and many thoughtful touches. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and supplies. The home was immaculate. We all agreed it would be great to come back with our children. The kid's room has such a creative custom layout. There is an expansive ocean view over the tops of the houses across the street. We walked to the Laneda easily from the beach access a couple houses away. A lot of time and effort went into designing this home and it shows. It will not disappoint.

Highly recommend Michael’s beach house! It was the perfect location for old college friends to meet with our own families and make memories. The house was so spacious. We were able to walk to dinner which was about a half mile away and were just steps away from the beach. It’s a large home but has such a cozy feel. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Michael was available if we had any questions and made the whole process easy.
