Loved everything about this place, met all our needs but only issue was the beds. The back bedrooms, one bed was loud when positioned yourself that is sounded like you were sleeping on plastic bottles. The other bed was hard and made us sink in the middle.

Enjoyed the stay in San Jose. There was amble room for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a maintenance request and the property owner took care of it within hours.

We were there really to just sleep for work. Downstairs really doesn’t sleep, they weren’t loud but they also weren’t quiet. Parking is bad, I was told 1 was for me but one of the night we got back and there were already 2 cars parked. They literally left the middle, I have a small sedan and I barely fit, they left me no space at all. One car was over the line and one car was really close to the line leaving me barely room to get out of my car. The house on the other hand, is exactly what the pictures look like. Clean, smells good, appliances are up upgraded. I didn’t like that the master had the 2 small beds. Quiet neighborhood, I’d still give it a 10.

We wanted a place close to a local friend who was our guide for the trip. Perfect to split costs 3 ways and exactly what we wanted - 3 nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Excellent supply of all amenities and all set up for morning coffee and creamer provided. All around perfect - no problems or special assistance or instructions were needed.

My friends and I rented this property to stay at to attend crunchyroll expo! The walk to the convention center isn’t too bad and the parking around the house wasn’t too bad at the time either! The house was great and the communication with the owner is even better! The only things I would note is that if you drive a low car the driveway to the backyard parking is pretty steep and you might hit your car on the bottom; and the fire alarm is super sensitive! We were just boiling water for noodles and it went off, so if you cook at the house just know it will probably go off! Would definitely stay again!

This is a long and interesting read about how to treat your customer really bad. This was a nightmare of a stay for my Family and I. Not because of the place, although the neighorhood was a bit schetchy, but after an entire day of traveling, we showed up at the house aroudn 10PM. We could not get in, the lock was not working. We called them and they seemed lost on what to do about it. The impression I get is this company is not even local, they wanted to see if they could get the cleaner up to come help me. I described to the lady what the lock was doing as far as number of flashing lights etc. She was clueless. Then my Son googled the lock and realized that the flashing lights were telling us it had a dead battery. We called them back and explained the situation about the battery, but again they had no idea how to fix the issue. They said they would call me back. Then we found a lock box outside of the house, I called back but the lady said that her notes said there was no lock box and that they did not have a code for it. Eventually, at midnight (2 hours later) they called a locksmith who was able to get us in. Then in the morning, I called them back to explain that without a battery, there was no way for us to lock the house when we left, and that we needed a battery. She told me that she was getting a hold of the cleaning people and they would bring one over. 1.5 hours later, and now delaying our vacation plans, I ended up driving around to 3 differenct convient stores to finally find a 9v battery. Then I had to use a butter knife to remove the lock cover to replace the batter. Finally, 2.25 hours after we wanted to start are vacatoin, we were ready to go. I called them back, told them what I had done and that they did not need to send anyone anymore, that I had fixed it myself. She offered me a 15% refund for my trouble and said they would pay for the battery. I said 15%? I could not beleave they let me and my family set on the porch for 2.5 hours and then made me drive around to fix the issue my self and all they were willing to do is knock $60 off my bill (which after taxes, cleaing fees etc, was not even 15% of my bill). I realize that had the battery not been dead, I would not be writing this, however you don't know what might happen when you want to stay here or at any of their places , but you can bet on one thing, if somethign is wrong, they have no plan to address it. I hope this review helps save a few other
