We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home by the bay. The 3 season room and fenced yard was wonderful.

Stayed for a week with my husband, sister, and our dogter Luna. Perfect location with a big fenced in yard and great screened in back porch. The beach was a 10 min walk which we did twice a day. Dogs can go on the beach before 11 & after 4. We were also very close to the grocery store and shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet and anyone we saw was very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked and she had everything we could need and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My mom and I had an amazing time in cape May and the house had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It was easy to find and close to everything. We can’t wait to go back. Thanks Peggy for a warm welcoming experience.

Very short stay but this place had everything we needed and is in a great location.

This was the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed – linens, cookware, spices, even beach towels, beach passes and bikes for the kids. The house has cheerful beach decor. The backyard was lovely and very securely fenced for our pup to play unleashed, and the outdoor shower was great to rinse the sand off her and the rest of us. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the bayside beaches, where dogs during the peak summer season are allowed in the early morning and late afternoon/evening. (During the off season, I think they’re allowed any time.) The sunsets there are breathtaking, and the fishermen were super friendly and gave one of my sons tips and a better hook that helped him catch a photo-worthy fish. What we loved about this location was that it was a short drive from all the great restaurants and shops, nature trails and swimming beaches on the Atlantic side, and yet the neighborhood was super quiet. So we could enjoy as much of the crowds as we wanted, then retreat to this peaceful home. Thanks for a memorable stay! We look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay at Peggy's house. The location is perfect - quiet and outside of the hustle of Cape May but a short ride away. The house was immaculate and perfect for our group of 3. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and running on the bay beach in the evenings. Thank you Peggy for opening up your home!

Our stay at the property was wonderful. We were there for a local event on a Sunday and made a long weekend of it. The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 18 month old, my mother, and our dog. Our entire group loved the backyard, the ability to walk to the beach, and the size of the property. Not only was the location great, but the house was spotless and stocked with all the necessities. We would 100% recommend staying there.

My friend and I stayed at this house for a mama getaway a few weekends ago. I loved it so much, we booked it for my family to come for Mother’s Day weekend. It’s so lovely to be in a more residential area where it’s nice and quiet, but just a 10 minute drive from downtown Cape May. Peggy had everything covered, even down to a travel crib for my 18 month old. I’ve never stayed at a rental property that was so generous and provided so much for the guests!

This was our first visit to Cape May, and we could not have been happier with the house. It was so cute, comfortable, spacious and CLEAN, for me that is crucial! I was impressed by all the amenities. Don't worry if you forgot your shampoo or body wash, plenty to choose from. Great location to the local beach and a quick drive to the Trolly Tour/downtown area/beach. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our fur baby Wilma. She LOVED the fenced in backyard which she doesn't have in NYC. Thank you Peggy for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning!

I stayed for 1 night, the house was so perfect. All you need is your clothes, the house had everything. Perfect location, quite block, walking distance to the beach, and only 10 min drive to the shopping area. The owner was great, very fast on responding back to messages.

We have rented from vrbo for years and this house is by far our favorite. The house was extremely clean, decorated very nicely and had supplies upon supplies. Our dogs enjoyed the completely fenced in yard. It was also very convenient to get into Cape May and even Wildwood. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our first trip to Cape May. It had everything we needed and is very well cared for by the owners. Fully stocked with essentials and more; nicely updated and decorated; and a real home like feel.
The house was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, towels, linens, and even a washer and dryer. It was so nice having towels and all linens/bedding provided. The bed we used in the back bedroom was very comfortable, which we are always grateful for when traveling.
The location in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Cape May bayside worked very well for us. We were just a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, attractions, and just a few minutes from the Cape May – Lewes Delaware ferry.
We traveled around quite a bit the 4 full days we were there. We did some shopping, a whale watch, visited the Williamstown Farmers Market, and took the ferry to Delaware for a day. Side note: If you are ever near Milford, Delaware, stop in to My Sister’s Fault for breakfast, lunch or dessert. A lunch visit there was our primary reason for our day trip and ferry ride.
Peg was a great host and communicated well. We had no need to contact her during our stay as everything was provided, but I have no doubt she would have been responsive.
All in all, it was a great trip and a great place to stay. Our only issue was the weather! We really enjoyed our visit and would absolutely book again.

Peggy is a fantastic host! She was very responsive with any questions we had. She is obviously an owner who cares about her property. The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dog. He is a small dog and there were no holes that he could escape through. The location was quiet, but close to everything we wanted to visit. The cottage was exactly as shown in the pictures. We wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately we were unable to. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to visit again.

Host was so very kind. Location was perfect for us and house was stocked with anything you might need during your stay. Above and beyond! Gas fireplace was delightful after a chilly Winter walk on the beach. Great layout and well thought out property. Thank you:)

This property is exceptionally clean! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The yard is perfect for dogs. This was our second stay at this house. Highly recommend!!

Peggy was, by far, the most thoughtful host we have ever encountered, staying anywhere. The house was absolutely spotless, we didn’t need to bring linens (a rarity in south New Jersey beaches), the coffee bar was stocked with everything from k-cups to flavored syrup, there were creamer and condiments in the fridge, extra blankets, dog bowls for our pup, a blow dryer and a hair straightener under the sink, and bikes in the garage.
The beds were squishy and comfortable and the living room was cozy.
The neighborhood was quiet, and the bay beach was very close by. With easy access to Cape May, we took full advantage of Thanksgiving weekend on Washington Street and at Congress Hall. Our dog loved the fenced in yard, and even managed to make friends with a bunny.
Peggy was wonderful to communicate with, and check-in was a breeze. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her place on Haverford Ave. we can’t wait to return!

Perfect place for a family of three. House was super cute and super clean and had literally everything you could need. Cute decor but we didn’t need to toddler-proof, so was perfect for adults and for our toddler!
Great location. Away from the main bustle of Cape May or Wildwood but within 15-20 minutes or less of everything.
Can’t wait to go back!

from the home, to the host, this place is nothing but amazing. Some rentals are a house. This, is a home. From the little touches, to the fireplace, to the backyard, it oozes warmth and love. The goat is absolutely wonderful. Everything you would possibly need is provided for and I can’t wait to return next month. I wish i could give it more than 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The hosts were professional and seemed to know exactly how to make guests feel right at home. We loved the enclosed yard for our young son and the nearby beach was a great place for him to swim.

The house was amazing. Home had everything you would want, or need. Including the private fenced back lawn. Very well 100% stocked. Towels, sheets, laundry, kitchen pantry. Tv and sunroom. The house was Spectacular!
A 5-star cozy home. Bikes were in the garage and readily available beach chairs if needed. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Wonderful N. Cape May location is a few blocks from Delaware Bay Area beach,

The house could not have been better.
Very clean and comfortable. North Cape May is a great location.
The host could not be more accommodating.
We'll be back soon.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Spotless, bright, welcoming and incredibly well-stocked with everything you could wish for. You can tell that a lot of love goes into making this house so perfect. The back yard is amazing . My dog loved it and we enjoyed a sunshiney spring day and also a lovely fire at night. The shower was so nice and the bed was so comfortable you just sank right down into a restful night’s sleep. A lovely neighborhood and very easy to walk and bike to the bay beach, and Harpoons for a sunset (well, almost a sunset except for the low clouds but still nice). Peggy is so responsive and makes your stay effortless. I can’t wait to go back again!

We have stayed in North Cape May for the last few years, but this was our first time staying at this property. It was definitely one of the best. The house is clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. It is so well taken care of and the owner was very attentive and welcoming. Check-in and check out was seamless. Great location. Only a few blocks from the Bay and short drive into West Cape May. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return soon!

I loved this property! The owner takes great care of it, and it shows! It is full of amenities and creature comforts that make it feel like a home away from home! Very clean and well stocked! Will definitely be back!

We had a really nice night staying in this house. It is very spacious, clean, and well-decorated. Would love to stay here again for a longer period of time.

Great house in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Although the timing was not great (we where here for the entire time Hurricane Ian was), we had a great time. The house was clean, extremely well stocked, the bay beach was within walking distance and everything else we wanted to do was no more than a 15 minute drive away. My poodle Gracie Lou loved the back yard and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. We will definitely rent this house again!

This property is amazing. Clean, comfortable and stocked up on anything you need. It is a dog friendly property with a great back yard for your pets with an amazing dog beach close by. The owner even had lots of pet items in case you forgot something. We also loved Cape May. Will definitely plan to go back. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. She even found us pickleball courts! We all had a great time.

The rental process was super easy, and the owner was very responsive and friendly. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities. It was like home away from home, only better. Our two dogs loved the fenced yard! Close to take out and eat in places with great menus, plus easy to cook in the kitchen or the grill with everything you need already there. The bay beach (where dogs are allowed mornings and evenings) was just a few blocks away. Great vacation!

Beautiful home! Very clean and well organized. The owner was very friendly and a good at communicating

The only reason I gave 5 stars across the board for this property is because you didn't offer 10!! Cleaner than clean, fully stocked, larger than the photo's show, Great host, 2 minutes to the beach, great value, etc., etc. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cape May.

Beautiful House/ Perfect Location
Peggy was extremely responsive and the house was very well stocked. Beautiful sunsets on the beach and almost everything you would want to do was 10-15 minutes away. There's a local pool 3 minutes away that was closed due to a mechanical issue so that was the only thing we didn't get to do but the beaches as terrific.

Wonderful place to stay!
This was a perfect little getaway for our family. The house was immaculate and clean, with everything we needed. Their fenced in back yard was great for our dog! The neighborhood was quiet, a short walk to the bay (which we did several times) and a quick 10 minute drive to town and the ocean. Peggy is a wonderful hostess. We had a great time and loved Cape May!

Easter in Cape May
We had a wonderful experience at Peggy’s beautiful house in the Town Bank area of Cape May. The totally and beautifully renovated beach house was adorable and very well equipped. Peggy was a charm and saw to our every request. Our dog Squiggs loved the big backyard! It was a perfect get away.
