We stayed in property with a group of friends. Perfect spot for us, parking garage a few blocks away, convenient to center city. Property manager was responsive to our minor issues and questions. Unit was clean and functional for what we needed. It was a quiet street and neighborhood even though it was close to Broad Street

This could be a very nice place, but it needs work. It sleeps 8, but only seats 4 in the main room; some of the towels belong in the rag bin; there is no place to hang clothes in most of the bedrooms; Crave k-cups are probably the worst coffee I have had and there were only 3 coffee mugs. The location is very convenient and quiet.

This was a wonderfully located property in the heart of Philly. It had everything we needed for 2 couples and 2 kids. The teens got the basement bedrooms and the couples were upstairs. Every question we had, or issue was promptly resolved and handled. Plenty of TVs to use and the outdoor space was quiet in the morning. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful Philly experience!

Not just giving 5 stars for no reason, every star is earned. Hosts live up to “The city of brotherly love” couldn’t be more gracious to an unexperienced travel. Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of city center. Easy walk to so many historic sites, great places to eat and less than a minute to the subway. Perfect house for small groups or families traveling to Philadelphia

The location of this house was the best thing! We had quite a few issues with the house, but host was responsive. When we checked in the 1/2 bath was locked and there was already no toilet paper in one of the other bathrooms. They did send someone to come and unlock the bathroom right away. At check in the dishwasher and dryer were full and we had to empty them. I didn’t pay to do what the cleaners didn’t do! We also ran out of dishwasher pods and garbage bags. There was only one of each. Overall not the best other than the location.

We had a one night stay here for my daughter's medical school graduation, and this place was good for just that. However, I did want to point out to future guests that the patio area is not as shown in the VRBO pictures. There was trash piled up in the outdoor area as well as on old TV on the ground and the patio chairs and table were old and dirty. There were no lights as shown in the picture. We were looking forward to eating outside but could not. The place was also not as clean as we had hoped and the bed sheets smelled badly. If you are looking for a place that is close to the Kimmel center and/or Broad street, this is a convenient stay and works for one night only.

I have nothing to say but great things about our stay at Matt’s place. The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The layout of the house was ideal for our group! The location of the home was perfect and located on a quiet side street but still only a few feet from Broad Street. We would love to stay here again!

Good communication with Matt. Place as described. Attractive low traffic street.Nice TVs and patio space. Parking in that area is tricky. Need to do a little cleaning out of cabinets and furniture parts. May want to bring extra towels

The townhouse is a great value. We stayed with our family of four and had space to spare. The location is perfect to explore Philly. It’s a 15 min walk down to the Market Street area, a 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants in Gayborhood and the 13th St areas. The house itself is three level, with two bedrooms upstairs and one down on the lower level. The lower level even had old school arcade games! The unit is equipped with anything you could think of and an adorable outdoor space. We asked one question through the app and Matt responded within moments. We also had fun with the Alexa’s in all areas, it’s great fun to play music to torture your adult children! We highly recommend this place!

A bro house full of women! A spectacular location for us. So close to the SEPTA station our arrivals from the airport and train station were super easy. We walked to see Moulin Rouge, yep, in heels, it was just that close. We also walked to the Wilma Theater for the season finale for BalletX. The house was amazing. A fully equipped kitchen (that includes the corkscrew) and the cleaning supplies we needed to be neat for a week. The basement, with the arcade games had its own bathroom. One could have a completely private level. The upper level with the bedrooms and bathroom were very comfortable. There’s a sweet patio out back (with a TV so you never miss any part of the game going from inside to outside). Our family ballet week experience was a success and this house made it possible.

Property was a quaint and nice, accommodations were good as well as the layout of condo. Issues that we had were the fact that the beds were not made, sheets were thrown over the bed, crooked and not tucked in on any of the three beds. Other issue is that the listing said “sleeps seven people,” there are three beds and a couch, however, there were no additional blankets or pillows to accommodate someone sleeping on the couch as the seventh person and there was no instruction to bring additional bedding.
