This extraordinary condo features a massive living area with a wall of glass and a generous wrap-around balcony for infinite views from the optimal floor.
Massive Gulf front bedroom with access to the gulf and ensuite bath with separate shower and jetted tub. Luxurious, comfortable, new, mattresses in each bed. Everything from the ground up is brand new.
Brand new in July 2021. NEW hardwood flooring throughout, new commercial-grade appliances, new shiplap, decor, new cabinets, quartz countertops, new beds and mattresses, new pillows, lamps, paint, new sofa, table, lighting.. if it is in the condo, it is brand new.

This place could be called "No Regrets" because I promise you won't have any! It is so much better than even the pictures show. We absolutely loved every minute here and were so sad to leave. Everything is so nice and the location is perfect; very quiet and convenient. And the view... Spectacular! We can't wait to come back!

Grande Surf Club is located within walking distance of restaurants, Go-Karts, Putt-Putt, and amusement park. Within just a short drive from the lagoon, jet ski and pontoon rentals, Watersports fun, Shell island tours, and St Andrews State Park. We are less than a 5 mile drive to Pier Park.

We recently stayed at the Big Easy. We had a great time and really enjoyed our condo. Everything was just as described and as we could see in the pictures. There were no surprises, which was great. Communication was easy.
The condo was clean and well decorated. The building was clean and local residents were very kind and pleasant.
We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grande Surf Club. It was so nice to be on a quiet beach where we could spread out, which was perfect for our first trip with our little one. The balcony was perfect and we spent a good bit of time out there. Great overall stay and would stay here again!

The house was the perfect size. It was just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. It is so close to the beach/ocean. The pool was clean and well maintained.

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The view was amazing. The beach was never crowded. There was some confusion on parking, but a quick call with the property manager cleared things up. We would definitely stay again.

This condo location was perfect for a family beach vacation. The beach wasn't overly busy, and we were there during spring break. It was near a lot of restaurants and everything we needed. The condo itself was immaculate! Clean, amazing views, and cozy with all the amenities we could ask for. Booking was easy and communication made the visit stress free. We would 100% stay here again! This condo is full of light! We loved the amazing and constant views of the ocean and beach. When you awaken in the morning, beauty just hits you in the face--a great start to the day. We enjoyed the location. It is a little away from the hyper-activity at the other end of the beach but close enough to enjoy all the amenities. Communication with the rental company was superb--very responsive. The microwave broke during our stay so as advised, we texted maintenance. Within 10 minutes we had a text response and within 2.5 hours we had a new replacement microwave. You can't beat that. Our grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool. It was clean and not crowded. The master bathroom has two sinks--very nice and is quite spacious. The only thing we expected to be there that were lacking were kitchen towels and dish cloths--so we bought a few and took them back home with us. All in all, this place was exactly what we wanted.

We love this condo. Everything about it. The space, location, size and how convenient it is for us as a family. We stayed for 5 days and enjoy everyday there. The host very easy to get a hold. Host also Very accommodating and we thank you for being flexible and considerate. The pictures describe the condo's condition with precision. Gorgeous and clean ! Great week in PCB. Condo represented well in pictures. Would have given 5 stars had the floors in main living area and under couches been cleaner. Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Bedrooms very clean. Adequate kitchen utensils and pots, and pan’s provided. Follow their advice for bringing extra TP, paper towels. No cleaning supplies provided. Pool beautiful and clean. Very short walk to gulf water/beach. Parking A-OK. Condo central to everything.

This is the largest, and most beautifully decorated unit I have ever stayed in at PCB.
Finding a 3 bedroom with these views..to accommodate a larger family, is almost impossible. This allowed us space to ourselves, as well as a beautiful kitchen and living space where we all hung out together when we wanted.
The area where you step off on your floor (5th) is fabulous. There are places for sandy shoes, towels and a huge storage chest right outside your door. Its literally a small lobby that has so much extra room. When I opened the door the unit, it smelled heavenly. The beds were comfy- plenty of blankets and pillows. I really can't say enough. Everyone on the property was nice, I had not one issue at all the entire week, checking in or out.
Thanks so much for allowing us to rent, we hope to come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed this unit. There was plenty of room for all of us. Master bath is huge. The view was beautiful and the building itself was great. Not crowded and we practically had the pool to ourselves! Since the building has a small number of units we also weren't crowded on the beach. We had everything in the kitchen we needed. Beds were very comfortable and our kids loved their bunk room. Warren Beach Rentals was good about communicating what we needed to take ourselves. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was stunning the moment we walked in. Everyone we met here were so nice and helpful. The beds were roomy and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Was very clean! We did notice when we went to use the bathtub with three kids the warm water faucet was broken and not working so we just avoided using the tub all together. In the oceanfront bedroom the toilet ring holder on the wall kept falling off so we used that lightly. A remote for the light and fan in the bunkroom was missing a battery so we set that aside and didnt use. Other than that everything was awesome! We would def return to this place! The kids absolutely loved the pool. As an adult with three kids, having lock codes for everything we felt very safe and secure. Thank you so much for a great stay! We will be back!

AMAZING OCEANFRONT CONDO
This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was everything we could have dreamed of. The amount of room was perfect for our large family. The views were incredible! This rental exceeded every expectation we had! This was our first trip to PCB. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful. The views can’t be beat. The condo is on a quieter end of the beach for ultimate relaxation. No loud party crowds here. Everyone we ran into at the condo (mostly private owners) were so nice and helpful. The elevators were fast and not crowded. The beach in front was not crowded at all. There was a beach chair rental in front for easy access if you want to rent (although most people had their own tents and chairs). The kids enjoyed the large box of beach toys at the condo that they could use. The condo was well stocked with anything you would need. The kitchen was huge and the bedrooms were very comfortable. There was easy access to the pool and it was usually empty. The BEST Part was the gated assigned parking. You never had to worry about parking. This condo was very close to many restaurants, beach stores, mini golf that you could walk to. Other popular restaurants, grocery stores, and St Andrews State Park were short drives. The very crowded center of the beach (the pier area) was a short drive but we mostly stayed at our peaceful end of the beach. Thank you Warren Beach Rentals for a perfect and memorable family vacation! I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back! If you are trying to decide with condo to pick- pick this one!

This was a great place to stay, the nightly sunset view was amazing, good location, just a few miles from the busy beach area. Beds were ok, the condo was beautifully decorated and quite spacious, (fit 2 families without an issue, 7 total). Couple things that could have been better, various lightbulbs were out, one lamp we were told was “decoration only” as it did not work at all. Maintenance was very quick to respond but we went and bought our own bulbs. One ceiling fan remote did not have an odd shaped battery so it never worked. One of the 4 patio chairs was broken. While none of these things were show stoppers, one thing that was especially disappointing to us, is that the VRBO ad said there was a grill on property, only to find there was not. Washer and dryer on were a huge plus but the washer did not spin clothing well, even tiny loads, often giving an error code for an off balance load. Hand-soaps left for us were watered down and a mix of different colors, doesn’t seem smart in the age we are in. All in all, we collectively said we would stay here again but might look for something else as well. It worked well for our late vacation stay.

It is gated. 2 parking spots; one adjacent to the building (gated outside) and one covered, under the bldg. I texted management a few times about someone being in our parking spot and a few days in, they finally moved. The outside spots are easier for larger cars. Everything has a code, which is good for safety. Gosh the condo was the best part! Beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. Stunning views and just perfect! The previous reviews mentioned a cooler and chairs outside but there was not a cooler. Management brought a cooler very quickly. The chairs are a bit rusted and stained my clothes though. The guidelines in the condo mention swim bands and trash chutes. As far as I could see, we were to carry our trash, double bagged, across the street to a dumpster. That was a bummer upon check out because it was flooded to my shins today. The swim bands weren’t around either. The front door bedrooms had an issue with the fan and lights being connected. If one was off it turned the other on, vice versa. The doors to the condo are a bit tricky to close and I never got the sliders to lock - but talk about minor. Management was very responsive and I am thankful. It was quite hard to leave.
Overall, this is the spot and you can’t go wrong with the beauty and comfort of this place.

This condo was immaculate with a beautiful ocean front view!!!
The condo was IMMACULATE with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW!!! We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and even walked the beach in YES, February. The condo had top of line appliances and a GREAT master suite with lots of glass to see the ocean. Their was plenty of room for the 6 of us. As an AirBnB owner myself, I can truly say this condo is top of the line. We definitely hope to visit again in the future.

The property was exactly as listed. Very comfortable for a family of six. The front beach views and sunsets were spectacular with the spacious wrap around balcony. If you want to get away from all the radios and loudness, this place is definitely the perfect example of relaxing, watching the waves roll in, and listening to the ocean. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful!!
This property is just as advertised, gorgeous and luxurious. You have everything there that is needed for a great getaway. We had two adults and two children (3&7) and there was plenty of room for everyone!!
