We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Falmouth. There were 8 of us, the home was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The yard is huge and a great spot to hangout. We would definitely rent this home again.

The cottage was simply delightful. It was perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. It was fully equipped with everything a family could want to have an enjoyable beach holiday. The garden was perfect for relaxing in, as well as for camp fires and family games. There were cosy corners both inside the house and outside, so that everyone had space to spread out and read, nap, or play.
The BBQ wasn’t working, but was replaced promptly within hours of our reporting it. We were super impressed.
We loved our time at Teaticket Cottage and would highly recommend it to any family wanting to have a relaxing time together. ♥️♥️♥️

Great place! I spent the weekend here with friends and we were all very happy with out stay. Check in process was very easy and the host responded quickly to any questions we had about the property. Very clean and plenty of room in living area and bedrooms. Highly recommend and hope to return!

We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of adults. Vacasa was super responsive and it was a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Very nice home. Very clean with many amenities. Lock box does not work so entry is built in to the back door. Great location to woods hole, Falmouth center, and island ferry to the vineyard. Definite recommend staying here

Spacious kitchen with new appliances. Beautiful pine flooring. Very clean.
Living room area is small, so best places to sit around and talk with a group of friends would be outside.

We went for a girls weekend and everyone had a blast. Plenty of towels upon check in and it was easy to get in contact with someone if needed. The driveway fits 3-4 cars which was nice since a lot of us were from different states

The home was lovely and location was perfect however the management company, Vacasa, was completely unresponsive to issues that came up! Worth it for the location but I will not be booking again with this company the next time I visit nor do I recommend others to.

Wonderful location in Cape Cod
Really enjoyed this cozy home in great location for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or dinner in Sandwich, MA. Loved the outdoor firepit on a cool October evening. Management very responsive to any questions I had.

Not 5 stars
This is the first time I've ever given less than 5 stars to any VRBO property.
- Check in: They key was not where Vacasa had emailed me. We arrived in the dark after a long drive. After getting no response and no texts back from the number I had been corresponding with, I finally got through to a call service operated by Vacasa. The operator had no idea where the key was either. Knowing where the key is located is an important part of checking in.
- The house was clean but it's old and tired and in need of updates.
- The house is located on a "cut through" road. There is high speed traffic all day and night. It's definitely not safe for kids on bikes. It's a very loud road if you sleep with the windows open.
- The window air-conditioners are old and loud (see above about sleeping with the windows open.)
- The house is conveniently located to Falmouth and was not expensive.

Home was very clean and all essentials were provided.
We had to contact Vasaco a few times and the customer assistance was excellent.

I would definitely come again
This is a charming, well furnished home with all the amenities one might need. Five of us stayed (17-68) and there was more than ample room. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of linens, etc. The location is lovely -- close to services, the beaches and stores. We didn't get much chance to take advantage of the yard as it was hot and we had lots of places to go, but it would make for a wonderful relaxing evening for those with the time. We especially appreciated the updated status and cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms and the washer an dryer were definitely a plus.
I really don't have anything negative to say. Somebody seems to have had lots of fun with decorating and accessories and the result is a warm and cozy environment.

We had the house for four nights, through Hurricane Henri, with four adults (I believe it can fit 7). It was cozy - it would have felt tight for a group of 7. Was clean upon arrival and we appreciated the beach towels, umbrella and chairs. They also had someone come put away the outdoor furniture before the Hurricane was going to hit so that was nice.
House is decent but felt it was missing some basic items like garbage bags (we had one extra), cooking utensils. No garbage disposal was tough, especially when we had limited space to throw out our garbage. Upstairs bath could use some ventilation. Beds were fine, rooms got pretty bright. Location was fine but felt it was overpriced for what it was. Couldn’t find key lock box at first as it was hidden and this wasn’t noted in the instructions.

Great Escape
We stayed here for a long weekend, and the property was great! Everything was accurate to the listing, and the only speed bump was getting into the house initially. (The check in says to just enter a code at the back door to enter the house, but it is actually a hidden lockbox around the corner). Maybe just update the check-in instructions, as it was confusing and I had to call. Other than that, I would highly recommend this listing!

charming cottage in Falmouth for a Cape vacation. Easy to get to. Convenient to most attractions. Did have trouble finding the lockbox to get in, the instruction could be better.

Beautiful home, amazing outdoor space, good location
Beautifully decorated, everything you need, and a stunning serene backyard, we cannot wait to stay here again! Short drives to the center, woods hole, mashpee commons, great beaches, nearby grocery store all of which was great. The outdoor space was out of this world with a fire pit stocked with wood, backyard games, off the dining room deck with grill, outdoor shower, beautiful coy pond and sitting area strung up with lights: it was unexpected and wonderful. The indoor sitting area is a bit small for the eight people the house can otherwise comfortably hold with two full baths, great stocked kitchen and dining space. It’s not walking distance from anything and is on a moderately busy road but otherwise was close to everything we needed. Well stocked with linens and towels, responsive house manager, supplied with basic spices, oil, and oil spray for the grill, it really left nothing to be wanted! Even had pack n play and high chair for little ones should you need it, some board games and plenty of extra fans (though window unit A/C in every room was more than sufficient) and extra blankets. Highly recommend it!
