This property is very nice and everything went very smoothly. Beautiful newer finishes and plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and very clean. The only down side and this was very minor, is that the TV in the living room would not do anything but play music. But everything else was wonderful!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Very well decorated and stocked with all the necessities. The only down side is that the stairs to the property were snow covered and a little icy and the entry way to the front door had many inches of snow built up. It would have been nice to have a shovel and rock salt in the property to take care of it on our own. Other than that it was amazing.

The entire process was seamless. Everything you could need was provided and then some. New, clean, beautiful property. Kids played in the snow behind the property and deer came all the way up on the deck! Would rent again!

The pics from the listing don’t do it justice. The view of the mountains is fantastic. Super quiet because it’s far enough away from hwy 40. Amtrak and freight trains go by periodically which adds to the mountain vibe. Very modern condo with large living room and master bedroom. 2nd bedroom is across and down the hallway for good privacy. Located right next to the tubing hills and 10 min from Winter Park or 15 min from Granby for skiing. Grocery store right across the street and an unlimited amount of restaurants around. We will for sure book this place again if available next time we are in the area. Hated to leave.

Everything in this apartment is high quality - furniture, decor, dishes, view! It was very clean and we felt at home. Had everything we needed, from smart TVs to board games. We had an issue with fireplace and they send someone to fix it quickly. 12 minute drive to Winter Park, 10 minute walk to a brewery and a shopping plaza. My only complaint is the pans - all nonstick coating and all scratched badly, it is a health hazard to use. Otherwise perfect and totally recommend.

What a beautiful place to stay! Not only are there views for miles at this great property, but it has a generous kitchen for cooking, large master bedroom and bathroom, cozy fireplace and has been decorated just right. Also, there is a washer and dryer! You won't be disappointed when you stay here!

What an amazing place! Picturesque doesn't begin to describe it. It was private, close to town, well appointed, and the views were stunning. The massive picture window framed the sunset perfectly and the deck was outfitted with comfy furniture so you could relax and look for elk after a long day of adventuring. There is even an adorable "wood stove" fireplace in the family room to add that extra bit of ambiance (and warmth). It was clean, the beds were comfy, and there was everything we could have wanted/needed in the kitchen. Not to mention the ample counter space in the bathrooms (so appreciated by us girls). There were even snacks waiting for us when we arrived! Highly recommend.

We've stayed in many places in the Winter Park area, and this one, for us, really has it all. Upscale everything , and none the worse for wear, so obviously previous guests have shown respect for this lovely condo. We were going to stay five nights, then six, then, oh what the heck, one more. Mornings were a bit chilly for coffee on the deck, but there was coffee looking out the big windows to the mountains west. Most days we would then play golf, and want to come back and enjoy the deck in the late afternoon and early evening. It was so quiet! We loved the location, close to all our golf, Pepe Osaka's and the Fraser Valley Distillery. We also appreciated and enjoyed the Xplorie perks too. Thank you for sharing!

This is a great property for a family ski trip. Everything was very new/clean and in working order. Nice grill. Quick access to winter park and short drive to Grandby ranch if you want to mix it up. Kids also enjoyed the Fraser tubing hill a very short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed 10 days at Cozens Point condo - very comfortable and had everything we needed, with cool nights and great views of the Byers Peak range from the deck. Close to fabulous hiking @ Junco Trailhead / Columbine Lake. Dark skies let us catch the Persied meteor shower right from the deck.

Our second stay at Cozens Pointe did not disappoint! The views off the patio are fantastic for morning coffee and evening star gazing. Quick and easy access to nearby towns and attractions, but if you feel like staying close by there are plenty of walking/hiking trails near the condo. Great job!

Great location to many areas

The location is great for getting to the nearby lakes, ski resorts, and even Denver. Clean and comfortable place, only complaint is the train tracks are nearby and around 4am there is one load train that goes by every night. I would stay there again! My family enjoyed the balcony and quiet, clean neighborhood. We visited Denver one day with only an 1 1/2 hour drive. Breckenridge only 11/2 hour away as well. Great place to do some outdoor activities like the MTB trails at Winter Park. The condo was very relaxing after a hard day of adventuring.

The condo and the owners are wonderful. It was more than we expected and the owners took extra steps to make us feel special knowing we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. To put it simple I could only give them 5 stars on VRBO but I would easily give this place 10. Great location away from busy downtown Branson but very short ride to everything you want to do.

Everything was as advertised and we didn't have any surprises. The rental company contacted us the morning after arrival to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction which of course it was. The view is great, ski resort is about 10 minutes away and the snow tubing which the kids had to do for a second day was just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.
