Overall this is a nice looking apartment with plenty of space. Washer and dryer work great! They also provided coffee and tea. We enjoyed the little balcony area too. Apartment is about 20 min walk to rainbow road which was fine for us.
Some areas for improvement are:
Parking in building is way too expensive so we parked in nearby neighborhood. There was no bath mat provided and water from shower gets all over the floor. Also one hand towel provided for a group of four seems inadequate. I messaged apartment group about this to try to get another hand towel and got no response. Trash bins were full when we went to empty trash- several families left not knowing what to do with refuse. Also, some of the details were off…shampoo, etc is mounted to the wall outside of shower and there are no hooks for towels. Also, door handle at bathroom was very loose and felt like it would fall off which is surprising for a “new” apartment.
Overall a good stay and easy checkin/check out - a seemingly automated process.

Property is clean and well maintained. The management was very responsive to our queries and requests. The proximity to public transportation made getting around very simple. Our only problem was not being able to get the apartment cool enough for comfortable sleeping.
