Off the living room, the private, furnished balcony is also fantastic for outdoor dining and also offers a convenient gas grill. If you need to exercise, the on-site fitness room has various types of equipment, while the heated, outdoor pool and adjacent pool spa offers guests additional options to stay in shape or just to have a little fun.
One of the best reasons to stay at Canyon Creek is the fact that it is located close to the best Steamboat Springs has to offer. From the ski resort to whitewater rafting, everything is literally right outside your door. Summertime vacationers will find plenty to do with biking, hiking, and water recreation available. Any time of the year is a good time to visit Old Town Hot Springs where you can soak away your cares, just three miles away. And for all-ages fun, visit the Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, just a little over two miles west.

The pool and hot tub are open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The gym is open 24 hours a day.
This property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to take care of trash and recycling.
Pool and hot tub very clean and awesome
This unit does however need more glassware. All toilet paper roll holders were breaking off the wall. Dishwasher had lose strip inside so made it hard to pull top shelf in and out.
Smelled like cigarettes the entire time. Fire place did not work at first but helpful staff fixed pretty quickly.
Would highly recommend this unit because overall great!
We've had a varied experiences w/ Vacasa.
In this case, the unit was clean and the management was reasonabley flexible with us.
Location and condo itself are very nice. :)
