Sehr, sehr unfreundliche Reception.

It had an accessible room on the ground floor for wheelchair users. It's difficult to find this in the Moselle Valley. This and a decent bed were the ONLY things we liked. I would only stay here for 1 night at the most, if you don't have another option. See my comments in the section "What didn't you like" for the problems with this place.
The bad:
1. NO WORKING ELEVATOR / LIFT
- The entire elevator was blocked off and no one was working on it the entire time we were there. It looked like it had not been working for awhile given the signs and set up around the elvator / lift.
- No help offered to us (I am disabled and in a wheelchair) or to the other customers with their luggage.
2. MAINTENANCE WAS UTTERLY LACKING. For example, all the faucet handles and faucets were loose and would move in ways they weren't supposed to/ spin when you tried to use them.
3. BATHROOM:
- The layout was ridiculous as the open shower was close to and right in between the toilet and sink. Water was everywhere including on the sink and storage area and the toilet seat. They must know this as a large squigy, with a handle as long as a broom, was in the bathroom to try and deal with the water on the floor after using the shower. We had 1 bath towel each and no extra towels to wipe up the floor.
- IT WAS NOT SAFE as the entire bathroom floor was still wet and slippery after using the squigy.
- TOILET AND SHOWER IN CLEAR VIEW OF OTHERS IN THE ROOM: The room we stayed in is designed for 4 people (2 queen beds separated by an open ended wall partition. However, the bathroom is right at the entrance door to the room and has a clear glass door with a such a small section of frosted glass that it is useless. This means you might as well be sitting on the toilet or taking a shower out in the open as there is no privacy at all.
4. KITCHEN: We reserved a room with a kitchen, but all it had was a sink. No plates, no hot water kettle, no microwave . . . If you are paying for a kitchen in your room, there should be some provision of basic items to make the kitchen functional.
5. YOU NEED A CAR as this hotel is in the middle of a industrial and rural area and away from the nearby sights.
6. The accessible room (the only one I could stay in) was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what you got.
3.3
Bathroom too narrow and uncomfortable
3.3
It's nice to have separate single beds.
Cyclists should avoid this location. It's a major climb uphill
3.3
Only room size was good nothing else
Property staff has taken money for breakfast however when we took the plate for breakfast (1 hour before breakfast finish time) then there was nothing to eat, eggs finished, muffins finished, there was only bread and juice available. When we asked kitchen staff then they mentioned people take eggs and food to their tiffin before going out which is pathetic excuse when you do not have enough supply and you take money for breakfast. I asked for breakfast money return then they refused stating i have paid through card so it cannot be reversed which is again pathetic response.. Cheaters!!

There was no information about the possibility of check-in via the terminal. The regular check-in is from 3 to 6 pm. We didn`t know about the option of alternative check-in and were in a big hurry as we were afraid of being late and no to be able to stay in the hotel
3.3
The breakfast buffet in the morning was great value for money but not included.
Great to find a room for 4 people as well.
Check in is a bit tricky if you arrive late, especially with the music so loud from the Disco next to the reception, which turned into the breakfast room in the morning.
We had booked a room with 1 double and 2 single beds but were given a room with 2 doubles.
3.3
The room is very large and the beds are comfortable.
The shower is strange, without any kind of wall, and everything gets wet to include the toilet when you shower. The hotel is quite far from the center of town. Checking in took almost 40 minutes.
3.3
I could not get into my room even after obtaining a new key. because there are no staff at the front desk and it was late at night, there was nothing I could do. I ended up having to leave.

Really good money for value. The room was indeed small but very tidy and everything seemed brand-new. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Very quiet surroundings as well, we had an excellent sleep!
Check in late at night was a bit tricky, but we were helped within 5 minutes by a member of staff. If there could be some room for storage in the room, that would've also been brilliant!
3.3
Great location, clean apartment. Recommended for short stays. Highlight was one of the receptionists, Ms "Happy", always willing to help in any situation
3.3
The receptionist was very polite and when we showed up early we go our room with no issues!!! Breakfast was good, can't complain at all
the bed was somewhat hard as my wife stated, for me was fine. But everyone has their style
3.3
Room 26: No fridge (room 27 has a fridge)

Cosy, clean, refreshing
A little misunderstanding that lead to a late check-in.
3.3
Nothing
