Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo is just steps to the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!

Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: (1) Twin/Full Bunk Bed with Trundle. Sleeps 4.
Living Room: (1) Double Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 2.

Professionally renovated in April 2020; including luxurious linens and towels to provide the pampering you deserve.

The Balcony provides a spectacular view of the pool.

For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you'll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!

The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.

Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.

We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. The Beachview Complex has a pool, a tennis court, and plenty of parking.

Beach chairs in the unit provided for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

NO boats, jet skis, trailers, RV's or campers of any kind allowed in the parking lot!!

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

When I had a question, they were there! When I needed an extra day, they helped me out. They had the sweetest card and gift basket when we arrived and that just set the tone for the whole stay. Don’t judge a book by its cover because the inside was clean, organized and mints on every pillow! We will be back with the family next time ❤️

Other than the first code given to open door not working and causing a little stress (very little as we got new code) the stay was wonderful! The beds comfortable, shower great, everything working (fridge, washer, dryer, etc). Check out easy aside from scrambling to get out before storms. Loved not having to bring my own beach chairs!

The place was so clean and well stocked. It’s rare to find a place that goes the extra mile and the hosts welcomed us with a sweet note and gift upon arrival that included some items that we may need but didn’t pack such as bandaids and extra flip flops. I would definitely recommend this listing to others looking for a beach getaway and have them on my saved list to look and see if there is availability here before moving to another area. 5 stars all around.

We loved the easy access to the beach! Super convenient to set up camp on the beach and be able to go back to eat or use the bathroom then be back on the beach. All of my kids (17,15, 10 & 7) had enough space to not drive each other crazy but still be together. We would definitely stay there again.

Navarre is a quiet little paradise. We like it quiet and family oriented. This place delivered. It was clean and well maintained. The beach is about 1 or 2 minute walk. We had a great time.

We were so impressed with this unit! It was very spacious and lots of little touches that made it stand out. Navarre Beach is a gem and this one is situated in the perfect spot to enjoy all that NB has to offer! Would def. recommend and stay again!

Walked in and it smelled SO good! So bright and airy! Have no complaints about our stay, but the building is older and needs some things done here and there. Thank you for the welcome basket, esp the caramels. Very nice touch along with a handwritten thank you note. We didn’t use the pool but it was very nice. The access to the beach was very easy, just a few steps to the sand. Thank you for the great communication too!

This property had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. Its a short walk to the beach, and there's a pool too. We loved that it came with not only a kitchen stocked with everything we needed but also beach towels and sand toys! The washer and dryer were great to have with having such a large family staying for a week. Theres even blow dryers in the bathroom (i forgot mine)! And to top it off the welcome basket was such a welcoming touch and had some things we forgot too! My kids already wanna come back next year.

The condo was so clean and pretty it just set the tone for our long weekend! Headed to Navarre with my sister for a friends, daughters wedding. The weather was perfect and the ocean calm and so pretty. We just can’t Say how wonderful our stay was. The goody basket upon arrival was icing on the cake! Thank you for being exactly what you said you were. A great value! Super nice neighbors as well. Safe and close to everything!

The condo was so clean and well stocked. We cooked in ten out of eleven nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was a brief two minute walk till our feet were in the ocean water. Only half a mile from the pier. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, fridge makes ice at a great pace, hair dryers, box fan, the care basket was perfect and needed bc we forgot a couple necessities. They were quick to respond to our questions and everything went smoothly and perfectly!

The condo is beautiful and well stocked. It had all we needed to cook and stay comfortably. Lots of extras that were very thoughtful such as laundry detergent in the condo, flip flops just in case, and a vacuum that we put to good use after being on the beach for the day. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes- across the parking lot and over the boardwalk to the beautiful white, powdery sand and crystal clear waters of the Gulf. The pool was nice. First time in Navarre and it was perfect! We’ll be back!

The unit was clean, beds were very comfortable. The only draw back I had was there was not a big pot for Shrimp Boil. (HAHA) . I would suggest bringing your own sand chair but there were plenty of beach towels. I would highly recommend this unit.
