Property was very nice and clean. The only downfalls were there were no blinds in the bedrooms so it was very bright early in the mornings. And also there were only 5 hangers in the entire unit (which included 2 massive closets).

I stayed here with a group of friends and we loved the rental & the location. We could walk anywhere needed and had easy access to the train station. Easy check in/check out and good communication from the host. The building is very quiet & felt extremely safe/secure.

Had a wonderful long weekend!

Would definitely stay there again on our next visit. Great location a short walk from restaurants and Whole Foods. Went down for a Avalanche game, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the arena and about 20-25 minute walk to Corrs Field. The property is a bit of a maze when you first show up. Communication with the rental company was great.

Great spot, close to everything and easy to check in and out.

Great location, easy check in
Property was clean. Check in was easy. Parking garage was not tall enough for our regular-sized pick up truck. Windows great but bright as soon as sun was up.

Great place but a few inconveniences
First the place is great and a good location.
The challenges came when we wanted an early check-in and they the rental company said they could not provide an early check-in not even 30 mins early.
The TVs would not stay connected to Wifi so we gave up using them and connected them to our mobile phone hot spot
And not rental company fault at all but when we bumped an audible sound level device it shorted out the outlet. Not sure if it was an accident or someone intentionally setup a "trap" that when someone touched the device a quarter slipped down and hit the plug prongs and caused it to blow the outlet.
I called and told them the kitchen had no electric and they didn't make it a priority to get someone out there to fix the outlet
But everything else was great about the place and location

A Great Stay
Family of four and our dog spent four days, three nights, and had a wonderful stay. The check-in process could not have been easier. The instructions were extremely easy to navigate and follow. The place was clean, both apartment and building. The neighborhood was very pet friendly. The management group stayed in touch making sure we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property!
This was a great condo in a great location. Short walk to Union Station and the surrounding area. Very comfortable beds!

Like a decent hotel suite
You can’t beat this location! Walk to everything. However, this property is fairly bare bones and more akin to a two bed two bath hotel room. Our biggest piece of feedback is that the kitchen is not stocked with basic cooking essentials making it essentially useless. There are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance so not a deal breaker but definitely not as comfortable or homey as other rentals we have stayed in. I will also say that the carpet is in need of replacing or serious cleaning it made the suite feel less clean than it could have been.

Awesome!
Short stay with 2 teens and our dog while our home was being painted. Absolutely loved the apartment (chic euro-inspired decor), amenities and neighborhood. A short walk to anything and everything - great food, great shopping and loads of green space. Dog park right down the street was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this property.
