Guest access We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each. For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. Pet Fee: For your furry friends, our pet fee is based on the number of nights and pets. We charge $25 per night for the first pet, up to a maximum of $250 per month. Each additional pet incurs a fee of $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each. Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of two (2).
