What a quaint and lovely home with beautiful details. This home was a great gathering space and a refuge to find your own space. Highly recommend.

This property is both secluded and in the middle of everything. Great location for beaches, ponds and bike paths. Many restaurants within minutes and Cape Cod Baseball League games just around the corner. Had a wonderful stay.

house is very tastefully decorated, nice size. it is really a 3 bedroom house, the basement is too hot and musty to be a bedroom. 2 showers
is nice. Master bedroom is spacious and nice

Had a blast, house is on a quiet street with plenty of yard space for outdoor games. Fully stocked with everything one could need and close to the Orleans baseball team.

We arrived into quaint & quiet Orleans, and missed the small identifying # mailbox. The new years' growth of the roadway foliage had scratched our vehicle driving in. The driveway was roughed up by the spring run off errosion. The rental was a beautiful older home, nestled close to a ravine with singing birds and nice landscape. The age of the home was evident upon entry, as the lingering scent was observed. The home was very well stocked and we were grateful when meal prepping. The television in the living area had challenged us and we were unable to watch our hockey play off games. We searched for a manual of sorts for tv operation, and were unsuccessful. There were 2 remotes & 3 boxes for tv. I had texted the contact given to me, without a response.
We were grateful to have use of a BBQ grill. Although the Flavour Wave panels (under the grill/grids) will need a thorough degreasing clean or replacement. The added security of a second propane tank was appreciated.
Having three bathrooms was a feature we appreciated. The home was very clean and well stocked for our meals.
There was enough beds for our family. Although the beds are in need of replacement. The added pillow topper is no longer supportive to the beds. I would return to this rental.

The house was fine although the listing didn't say it was on a dirt road. The SUV's were fine but a Honda Accord bottomed out.
When we arrived we discovered there was no power in the master bath or to the TV in the master BR. We immediately reported it to the property manager who told us where to find the circuit breakers (behind a locked door for which there was no key in the house). They said they'd send someone out, which never happened. I continued to report my frustration with having to use a flashlight to safely use the bathroom after dark, but we never heard back from anyone.
Very frustrated with the lack of response from the property manager, especially since I don't know how the cleaning people didn't notice and report the problem.

This was a great location for our family to gather to celebrate a wedding or to stay for vacation

And this beautiful home was spacious, cozy, and well stocked with kitchen needs, beach needs, linens, etc. The house was in a great location just a few minutes from beautiful bay or ocean. Grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would have given five stars. However, Grill was filthy, and knobs were missing could not get it to work. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place, well-furnished and equipped, in a very quiet, private location. When one of our group contracted COVID early on during our weeklong stay, he quarantined in the lower level which is a walk-out basement (home is on a small hillside). When a leak in that lower level was reported to Vacasa, they sent someone out but did nothing. Meanwhile, several ceiling tiles fell out, water was collected in multiple bowls, and a musty smell permeated. No effort was made by Vacasa either to repair the problem or to provide any recompense for the nasty condition. There are other ways to get a place to stay. You decide.

The house was a good fit for our family. We were very comfortable. But it has a split personality. The kitchen/family room and master bedroom suite are great; obviously renovated at some time. The older part of the house is dark, full of older (and dark) furniture, and a bit uninviting. We spent almost all our time in the family room/kitchen area.
Unfortunately our first impression of the house was marred by disheveled TRASH on the side of the driveway. It was the first thing we saw when we pulled into the drive. The cans were turned over and the bags had been torn open. I texted within the hour, but the problem was never solved during our stay. We could tell animals were at work. We would try to straighten the containers and the trash, but the next morning everything was on the ground again. Mid-week I emailed about the problem again, to no avail. We also tried calling the local phone number posted on the refrigerator but no one ever answered. (We think the number is disconnected.) The trash pick-up that was supposed to happen on Wednesday did NOT.
While the deck is lovely, one is deterred from sitting there because everything is covered with mold. The hot tub, pictured rather prominently in the website photos, had a sign that it is not for use by guests.
The washer-dryer was great to have, as were the beach chairs and umbrellas - thank you!
Our overall opinion is the house is comfortable. The rental service and property management could not have been worse.

Great Location in Orleans
This house had a great layout tucked back in a woodsy area. The bottom bedroom was musty and hot. The kitchen and the master bedroom were the highlights for us. We had an infestation with flies in the house which was tough but we did not spend a lot of time in the house.

Fun in Orleans
It was a great house with a great kitchen. There was an ample amount of dishes, cups and anything you might need. It's a nice community and the location provided great access to multiple locations on the cape.

Review-needs property maintenance
While we enjoyed the visit, there are a few things that I would like for you to be aware of. The trash was never picked up (and the garage was foul smelling), we wished the outside shower was cleaned out. I was willing to clean it out, but it was filled with leaves, spider webs, and moths. The queen bed upstairs was full of sand as well. Lastly, the teak table outside has moss growing all over it in between the slats. It really needs to be power washed. This was a little bit disappointing as we spent a lot of money on this rental.
Hopefully this feedback will benefit the next renter.

Group Trip to Orleans
We had a very nice time staying here. We did not have any issues or concerns that needed addressing and found the house to be in good condition when we got there. Overall, I would definitely stay there again if I was traveling with a lot of people. The master suite was beautiful and the other rooms were also good. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with tons of essentials. The oven was tricky to use, but we found the manual online. At first, we were confused as to where all the hand towels were, but we found them later in the dryer. The instructions left for cleaning up were confusing and contradicting, so we just tidied up the best we could. There was a lot of trash outside the house under the porch, probably from a previous stay, but it didn't really bother us. The home was well represented in the pictures and the virtual tour.

The house is spacious, well stocked and felt clean on entry. One feels just like you are home. The surroundings are quiet and serene. Grocery stores and beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away. We just loved it and will definitely come back to the same in future

Orleans Vacation
The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and bird watching (though the bird feeders were empty - we filled them). Plenty of room for a family to enjoy a week or more away. Overall a good value. It’s very close to downtown Orleans so that is convenient.
Here is our constructive feedback: the road noise outside was noticeable. That was a little disappointing as we were hoping for a truly quiet getaway. The dishwasher leaks water and the gas stove doesn’t work properly (if you have more than one burner on, it sparks endlessly). The downstairs bedrooms are unusable due to the smell of mildew (the rest of the house is perfectly fine). The outside of the house needs quite a bit of TLC, including the main door which barely opens and has a storm door with nothing but the frame. Lastly the outside was a little messy, with tables and hoses etc strewn about haphazardly. Would have liked to see it tidied up before we had arrived.

Hut tub did not work and I found out about it just 2 days before the weekend. Fireplace is not working. And finally- second flor did not have hitting. We could not take off coats all evening. We called to the company and they sent people just next day afternoon. Porch was not cleaned. If you want to have barbecue, you have to clean porch first, to much snow. The house itself is not bad, but it was not ready for guests. Looked like this house hadn't been used for a long time.Olga

Quick winter weekend
House is in a great easy location in Orleans. We were happy with the property and our stay. We were there during the winter so it took a long time to heat the house.

The pictures don't do the property justice – this is a very comfortable home to stay in. 1. The home is in a great location - close to the town center and the beach.2. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped.3. The bedrooms were cozy (could maybe supply a few more blankets for a winter stay).4. Provided plenty of toiletries and cleaning supplies.5. There was more than enough space to spread out.A few complaints/suggestions for improvements:1. The road to get to the property is unfinished and could be a hazard or even unpassable for smaller cars in poor weather.2. Unfortunately the hot tub was not filled before our arrival. This was the #1 reason why we chose this property, and it was a big let down.3. The house binder could be more helpful for the property. We needed to google how to use the oven, the check-out info conflicted with the info on the refrigerator, and it wasn't organized in a logical way.All in all, we had a great stay. I think it's a great property for a family trip or girl's weekend!

We LOVED this property. Very close to shops and restaurants, easy access to Rt 6 for getting around the cape. The house was nicely decorated (beachy, nautical theme) and had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, games, radio, tv, towels and linens, etc.). It had everything we needed for our lobster bake too. The master bed and bath were amazing. The hot tub was as clean as could be and was great to have once it got cold out at night. The grill ran out of gas but whatever, that stuff happens.10/10 would highly recommend.

Close to bike trails
The house was comfrtable in common areas with a few hiccups. The basement bedroom was musty and blankets were rolled in a ball in the closets. The oven was a fancy european model with unclear symbols that prevented use. Better suited to 3 couples with a nice master suite

Disappointed
One of the reasons we chose this property over several others was the hot tub. When we got there it had a gross brown foam or film over the top of the water. We called the property manager who let us know that someone would come look at it. That person never came. We never got to use the hot tub. We were promised some sort of reimbursement but that never came either. I am now trying to track down someone at Vacasa that will respond. It was really fantastic to have to try to get the property manager’s attention the whole vacation and then have empty promises made and nothing resolved. I would highly recommend that you skip this property, especially if you are interested in the hot tub or expect any sort of appropriate customer service.

It was a nice home on a beautiful property.
We had some callouts on this property. While the kitchen was very well stocked, the rest of the house had some issues. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, there were not bedspreads or comforters on the bed and the blankets were old and dirty.

Amazing Find
The house was emaculent, larger than the photos provided and the best choice we made to enjoy my sisters bachelorette party! So close to the beach and the deck was amazing to cook and enjoy a few games on! I’d recommend this to anyone
