Nagyon kellemes, pihentető szálláshely.

Kényelmes, tiszta, hangulatos, jól felszerelt szállás. Pihentető, virágos kert. Figyelmes, kedves házigazda (bekészített víz, üdvözlő ital, kávé, sütemény....). Jó elhelyezkedés (negyedórás, könnyű séta a vaporettó-kikötő és a strand).

Bármikor visszamennénk

Itt éreztük legjobban magunkat a két hetes olasz körút során. A tulajdonos egy komplett kis útikalauzt mellékel a lakáshoz (wifi jelszó, gépek használata, közeli látnivalók, éttermek, ...) Punta Sabbioni vaporettó állomása gyalog mindössze negyed órás távolságra van. A környék csendes, a ház egy rendezett kertben helyezkedik el. A lakásban minden nagyon tiszta, a fürdőszoba is és naponta takarítanak. Komplett konyha áll rendelkezésre, amennyiben főzni szeretnél (mi csak kávét ittunk). Lavazza kávékapszulák, tea, gyümölcsök, sütemények mind bekészítve a szobába. A wifi jó volt, problémamentesen tudtuk használni.

Minden nagyon rendben volt. (Hosszabbítót, elosztót vigyél magaddal, mert kevés az EU kompatibilis 220V-os csatlakozó, mint mindenütt Olaszországban).

Good value peaceful air conditioned base for exploring Venice

Quiet idyllic location with green space yet well connected for visiting Venice. Warm welcome, cold aircon. Comfy bed and good facilities. The free bike rental was really handy to save time getting to the harbour. Convenient parking.

Was difficult to make use of the garden due to the hordes of mosquitos outside - bring insect repellent! (Inside was free of bugs though)

Beautiful, romantic 3 day Stay. Highly recomended.

Beautiful, peaceful, romantic. Nice and kind host. Great location for discovering Venice and nearby islands. Free bicycles as a bonus.

Excellent location near the port Punta Sabbioni for travel to Venezia. Big plus provision of bicycles with lock ride to Punta Sabbioni. Very beautiful country Italian tradition house and garden with all equipment inside and outside. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped and kitchenette with necessary appliances, utensils , coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, bottle of vine, bottle of water.

Stefania is the most lovely host; we felt very welcome and well cared for. The place is beautiful and serene, very comfortable and the location is an absolute winner - surrounded by beautiful nature, but very close to the shops and literally 10 min walk/5 min bike(free at the place) to vaporetto. We didn't want to leave that wonderful place 🙂 Thank you for the lovely holiday!!!

The owner Stephanie welcomed us very kindly. We appreciated that the accommodation is close to the port, within a 15-minute walk. The accommodation was clean, a very comfortable bed, we had coffee, tea, sugar, sweets, even wine and water at our disposal. We also used the possibility of renting bicycles. I believe that we will come back :-)

Exceptional

I was welcomed with a warm smile and my whole 5 day stay was outstanding. So quiet, clean, close to waterbus. I cycled along the lagune. A small well equipped kitchen as well and a big garden. I visited Venice, Burano ( just 20 min) and relaxed a lot. Hope to be back one day.

Some evening "activities" of the neighbours could be heard ;)

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay at Casa Pianta. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a little surprising to discover it was so rural. However, it was very convenient to the Venice ferry docks and the grocery store. We highly recommend Casa Pianta and hope to come back on future travels.

Great stay with

Great location surrounded by fields, very quite around had a great sleep. Easy to get to the bus or boat - 10 mins with luggage was not a problem. A studio well equipped with everything you need, lots of coffee capsules for a coffee machine which was amazing ! Outdoor table to enjoy meals was handy. Cycles provided by the host are very useful to get to the shop, or travel with to Lido. Lots of camping vehicles and people at nearest the beach.

I would be great to have later check out around 11.00 as 10.00 is a bit too early.

Venice is beautiful, especially in spring when the trees bloom.

This is the peace that awaits those who come from crowded cities, like us. The neat place full of flowers and trees. The room is large enough, clean, furnished with everything you need (wardrobe, bedside table with lamps, desk with coffee maker and kettle). Coffee capsules, tea leaves and chocolates are available. A bottle of sparkling wine and a bottle of water are waiting for you in the fridge. The breakfast is not included, so you can handle it on your own. You have all the accessories to prepare any dish: omelet, tea, coffee and more. Fifteen minutes away is a supermarket, restaurants, cafes. The host offers free bikes to get around.

If you do not use the bike you will have to walk (a walk, otherwise pleasant) about 20 minutes from the pier to Casa Pianta, which for us was not unpleasant, quite the contrary.

A great place to stay and to visit the lagoon of Venice

Value for money, this is a great room to visit Venice from here.

Value for money, this is a great room to visit Venice from here. The location is a 15 minute walk from the vaporetto to Venice. It is quietly located, you have your own small terrace, and the room is very clean.

The owner Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She speaks no English, which makes it a bit more difficult to communicate. But nevertheless a great stay.

A piece of paradise

Our second time staying. The property is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous architecture, the gardens are stunningly beautiful, and the room was immaculate and inviting. The owners were very good hosts, always making sure we felt comfortable and welcome. I must say we felt very welcome.

Wonderful quiet stay in a beautiful private home feeling rental.

Amazing stay. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, worth the price alone just to see them. Comfortable rooms very well decorated. Felt very cozy and like home. Well equipped room. They thought of everything!

A jewel!

La Casa Pianta is ideally situated on the Punta Sabbioni, very closed to the beautiful beaches and the ferry to Venice, Lido and Murano. The exterior is just amazing with a very nice garden, trees and flowers everywhere. It’s very green and colorful. The room (we had the blue one) is very comfortable, quiet, clean and perfectly fully equipped with anything needed for a great breakfast you can take either inside or under the trees. The 3 rooms are so located that the guests don’t see each other’s. Stefania and her family lives in the same house, is accessible anytime and extremely dedicated for the well being of her guests, but very discrete too. We had a great relaxed time in this perfect location. Thank you for your warm welcome!
