Clean and Cozy

Very friendly staff. My room was so clean you could eat off the floor. You are in the main tourist area so can walk to restaurants and the main sites. I felt safe and secure as a single female traveler, and the room was small and efficient with everything I needed. Overall great value for the money and I would recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Plaka.

Lovely clean room in an excellent location. Great shower and a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast self-service area and amenities. Looking over a lovely square and seeing the sun rise a bonus. Nice decor and paintings too.

great experience, very safe location , totally recommended

excellent location ,access to everywhere in Athens on foot , surrounding with a lot of restaurants , comfortable bed ,free coffee and tea available at kitchen , daily cleaning for the room great receptionist support me to get private car to transfer me to airport as taxi drivers were in strike .

no elevator , taxi driver was not able to reach it at night till contact the hotel but may be the problem from him because the hotel is very centralised in very active area

My stay was excellent

The hotel is in an excellent location as it in the Plaka area. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of Acropolis. The staff was friendly as well. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Nice accommodation in the heart of Athens.

The location of this accommodation is really great, everything was close and we did not have to use the public transport to see the main points. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was nice.

The door of the shower was missing, which was a bit inconvenient. The toilet was difficult to flush sometimes. So the bathroom was not in the best condition. Breakfast is served in a restaurant across the street. It's not a buffet, and you can't even choose your food. They served the same thing both mornings. It was odd that they served one croissant for four persons. It's bad that you can't choose. People with food allergies find it difficult to have a filling breakfast

the staff were amazing. the location is good

it is a 3 star hotel at best. the breakfast is not buffet, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. moreover there was no boiler inside the rooms and I had to go to the kitchen for evrything.

Bed was extra super comfortable All receptionists were very polite It was clean Great to have a kitchen space at disposal (common area) where you can prepare a snack and have plates, glasses etc at disposal

Square was a little noisy on Saturday night, pack earplugs if you can't fall asleep easily

Everything was great. Wonderful location near Acropolis in delightful historic district.

It was not a problem, but there was no elevator. Hotel staff helped bring bags to the room, so it was not a problem for us seniors.

Old Athens Grandeur in the Heart of the Plaka

As this was our second stay at Palladian Home, we were obviously satisfied returning guests. The old mansion has great character and the location is wonderful overlooking a very green, leafy square surrounded by restaurants and cafes. High marks to the staff who are always exceptionally kind and helpful.

Without compromising the overall pleasantness of the stay, we informed the staff of some issues affecting the room so that they can make the needed repairs, and we hope they do. The toilet seat was not properly secured to the toilet, the shower function was not working adequately and there was some mold beginning to form inside the shower area that could only be seen if you stood in the shower and closed the glass door... these are the types of things that even GOOD housekeeping staff don't often notice because although they cleaned the room, they don't EXPERIENCE the room from the guest's perspective of USING the room.

SO COMFY!

The bed was so comfy. The pillows were fluffy. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was nice. Shower was so pretty and water was hot! The reception girl, Nicolette, was so sweet and helpful. We loved Palladian home!

The ppl outside were noisy at night which we expected due to location.
