Great view and wonderful stay.
Fantastic property for a family, lots of bathrooms and space for families with kids. Kids loved the pools.
Nothing, as advertised.

Great location, great view and amazingly clean.
absolutely amazing views and the cleanest self managed apartment we have stayed in to date. Great location and Alana was so friendly.
The only downside is that there is only one King Bed and the rest are Doubles. For a sub penthouse and the cost per night, guests shouldn’t have to be squeezed into a bed. oh and you can hear through the walls to the other bedrooms, you can literally have a conversation with them in your bedroom. Please note this is only the rooms within the apartment, we couldn’t hear anyone else.

Great location for a holiday on the Gold Coast.
The apartment was part of the Hilton hotel, so we had access to the hotel's excellent facilities. The pools were great, although super busy as it was school holidays. Margot's Cafe was excellent for coffee, breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from the apartment were incredible with a beautiful lounge area that showcased these views. The lounge sofa / chairs were very comfortable. Walking distance to beach (one street back from the beach) and a good selection of restaurants all nearby.
The apartment was good, but unfortunately the room facilities were not what we expected for a 5 star rating. For example, the kitchen lacked some basic equipment, like a coffee machine / Nespresso; the toaster was old and looked unclean and we found a fry pan in the oven with a plastic spatula in it, both were covered in oil and the spatula had food dried on it. The cleanliness of the apartment was less than ideal in some areas, for example the carpets under the table and in the bedrooms had threads and fluff on them and the washing cupboard floor was covered in lint and dirt particles. Hair was found in the shower and sink area in two of the bathrooms. This was all a little unsettling when we first arrived, but we still had a good stay despite these issues.

excellent staff . Alana in particular was professional and extremely helpful
Stunning views from every room and large kitchen .
The walls in the unit were very marked and needed painting. given the status of the property we were shocked .

Great location, great facilities
The location was great, and the view was spectacular. It had everything we needed, and worked really well for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we asked about.
We paid for housekeeping, but our face washers didn't get replaced daily, only our towels which was a bit of an inconvenience.
