The property was very clean. The room was very spacious. All of the employees we came in contact with were nice & helpful.
The pet fee was definitely a surprise. $95 for an 11 hour stay with 1 small dog was kinda painful.

good value, new decoration, fire pitt.
1pm late check out
hot tub
Breakfast is only la carte, no buffet.
We have 3 adults and 2 young kids in the 2 bedroom suite, but we are not able to shower one after the other, the hot water ran out very fast, our toilet also got clogged, easily. We extended one night but our room didn’t get cleaned up after first night. However The Biggest issue we interfered this time was that our first night reservation got cancelled but we didn’t know that until we arrived and checked in, after 10+ hours driving, this is very frustrating. After we left the hotel, I saw my credit card got charged for another night, with no reason, so I had to call back 3 times to get it refunded.

Arrived early in the morning after driving from Washington, the staff that greeted me were friendly and accommodating. Everything was nice, clean and exceeded my expectations. I felt safe being there as a solo traveler.

The bellhop was the best, above and beyond. Don't remember his name, but he was from Italy and our family really appreciated his help and knowledge of the area. this was a great place to stay, wish our stay wouldve been longer, we were just there one night on our way home to Cali.
a little further fr the restaurants than we'd like and no tesla superchargers in park city! the closest one is salt lake and the cold makes the ghost charging annoying lol...

Property is fine , but room view is bad ! They give us room on side where is construction and people working because they built building two or finer walk steps in front of your balcony:)
It is new property!

Wonderful views and amenities including bar, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and billiards. Loved having the ski and snowboard rentals inside the property with Switchback.
A little construction nearby and the PlayStation and arcade were not working.

Beautiful, new, clean and trendy. Staff was wonderful and informed. The energy was fabulous. Attended a family wedding in Deer Valley 15 mins away and the 2 bedroom suite we had was 1/3 the price of DV and surrounding areas.
Lots of construction, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it in the future

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and well equipped including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 full en-suite units. The staff was very responsive and accommodating even though it was probably one of the busiest weeks of the year.
They had a great shuttle service to Park City Mountain resort, all managed via a dedicated app.
They have a rental shop on site.
You leave the ski equipment on the rack in the evening and they store it for you as well as bring it out in the morning.
I wished they had more frequent shuttle service.

Excellent Service and facilities, very comfortable, good restaurant
Only thing was lack of kitchen equipment- no non stick pan .

Clean, beautiful. Pet-friendly. Great staff. Very comfortable condo.
The location, while in the Park City area, is not near any restaurants/bars other than what is on property. Views were mostly of construction and building projects during our stay.

Location. Space and floor plan. Has everything you need.
Limited hot water for showers. With a family of 5 that makes it difficult to get everyone ready for the day. We did not have that problem last year when we stayed. In the doorway to both rooms there is a tack strip where the carpet meets the tile and the nails come through the carpet, so walking barefoot we stepped on the nails a few times and that is an issue with kids. Parking can be limited.

We loved the very clean spacious living area. Nice big TV's, extremely comfortable bed including the couch bed was also comfortable. The pool was great for the family with the nice umbrella's at the sitting area. The children loved the gameroom and arcade room. Nice gym. We most enjoyed sitting out on the patio enjoying the weather and watching the deer.
We would have liked more sitting options on the patio.

When we needed more coffee pods and dish washer tabs, it was difficult to get. They only left 1 Fidh washer tab and two reg coffee pods. House keeping is not very available.

Food was good and staff was excellent in every way. Special shout out to Oscar at the front desk and Diego in maintenance for helping us out when we got stuck without a ride. The people made the stay great. Loved the game room too.
The air conditioning came on so loud at night it disturbed sleep. Fix that and all will be terrific.

We loved the room and the front desk even let us check in a little bit early. The view was so so beautiful ♡ the game room was super cool and the pool. The tvs had streaming apps available. Our little getaway was amazing. The coffee in the rooms was great! Starbucks was also a great extra. The restaurant was so delicious, a bit pricey for what im used to but delicious. We enjoyed the black rock burgers, the pizza, the salmon. The waitress was super sweet and genuine. The pool table in the game room was awesome and the air hockey and ping pong tables. My family had a blast.10/10, we would love to stay again when we are in Park City. The lake was so close as well. Black Rock Mountain Resort is a perfect spot! Also has a cool gym my teenager enjoyed. There's a sauna too.
The only bit of a bummer was the arcade room. The coin machine wasn't working when we went. We got a few coins out, and then the machine went down.

Black Rock was beautiful inside and out! It was just 12 minutes outside of Park City. It was surrounded by hills with lots of trees around the property which made it feel remote. The lobby had multiple huge gas fireplaces that made it feel very cozy and inviting. Every space was very clean and modern. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. The bartender was also very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I appreciate that the hotel is also dog friendly!

I like that the hotel has two game
rooms, a restaurant, bar and little coffee/convenient store and that the rooms are incredibly spacious. I do feel like the restaurant/bars are over priced as the food is not that great. that would be my only complaint.
our room was right by the pool so it was a little awkward to try and enjoy the balcony or the view when people could see right into your room and it didn’t give you much privacy. also, being right by the pool was incredibly loud especially at 7:30 am when we were sleeping and kids were swimming.

it was very clean and the staff was very friendly with us and our dogs.
our room was right next to the bar so when the bar was open people at the bar could see into our room and our balcony, so we had to keep the shades down and couldn’t enjoy the scenic view.

Place was amazing. I am a clean freak. Like OCD clean freak and our room met those expectations. From the lobby - check in to the room and the hotel amenities/facilities. If you come off season you can get crazy deals to stay here. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
I didn't like that we only stayed one night and didn't stay longer. This place actually ruined the rest of our Utah trip because it set the bar way too high. The rest of our lodging elsewhere was not as clean and nice.

Wonderful, nicely appointed, large 2 bed suites. Comfy beds and linens. Staff were exceptional and very professional.
restaurant had a change of style during our stay - becoming ‘fine dining’. Prices doubled. Food is good but now overpriced for what it is. Hope they figure out a good value balance!
